Avoid this place if you can. First and foremost their customer service is ridiculous. It's just a draining experience when the person behind the counter doesn't smile or guide you through the ordering process. Second, their food is terrible. We ordered potato balls and a few desserts. The potato balls had no flavor and the dough around it has way too much yeast. The desserts are not fresh as they taste as though they had been frozen, defrosted and then put out for sale. The cake tasted like fridge air. So gross. There are so many better options out there! Skip this one! read more

I have never physically been to the bakery. But I have ordered desserts delivered by DoorDash. This place has AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS treats. We ordered about $20 worth of tarts, mousse and slices. So. Damn. Good. There are a ton of reviews complaining about the customer service but I don't have anything negative to say because my desserts came packed perfectly in a box and arrived in a timely manner. I don't know if I will ever actually go to the bakery but I can tell you I will continue to order delivery as long there is a service provider. read more

We love their food and their service. Always my go to for cakes. Surprised at some of the hateful or negative reviews. Sure, no business is perfect but these guys are pretty good at what they do. Kabobs are always bomb. Rice is perfect. Grilled veggies are delish. And their assortment of pastries and cakes (especially last minutes) are great. read more

The young girl with long curly black hair working the register is so rude, I waited patiently and she didn't even acknowledge me she served other Armenian customers prior to me and I was there before them I let it go.... So afterwards she assisted me I grabbed a few pastry's mainly bc my autistic toddler wanted a cupcake- and she look frustrated the whole time she didn't understand when I asked to leave the cupcake out meaning I'm taking it just leave it out the box ; she took her sweet time telling me the amount it came up to $17 she also prolonged giving my change I just told her to keep the change- I know Armenian are so loving and welcoming but this store made me feel so uncomfortable the whole time I'm Hispanic and don't know what it was but they need to check her. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: There was two ladies who never asked if I needed anything and I was there waiting for 10 minutes. I asked if they could help me and they said "wait". Horrible attitude, The lady seems like the owner has a horrible attitude towards the customers. If you guys have your lights off then it's expected for people to ask if you are open or not. Don't attack or make fun of people just asking you if you are working or closed. Simply say 'yes we are, how can I help you' You are not being smart by saying ' you walked in and see us all here' that's very dumb answer. Great food, really reasonably priced, only reason I wouldn't give this place 5 stars is because of the service, a smile and good attitude goes a long way for a customer who orders from your establishment at least once a week. I've been coming to eat here for well over 5 years a review long over due I always have a great experience here they have a variety from raw meat to take home to baked goods their food is really good I only advise you call in and place an order so you wont have to wait usually takes a good minute for a walk in call and place an order and it'll be done within 15-25 minutes the baked goods are also amazing they make great birthday cakes here also I would really recommend this place to anyone if your wanting to try something new I'd say give them a try you wont be disappointed at least I havnt been 5 years later and I'm still a loyal customer read more

I thought it would be a great idea to bring some desserts to my boyfriends family for Farher's Day and boy was I wrong. I saw that the fruit tart was on the suggested so I ordered half a dozen of those and half a dozen of the birds milk. I was horrified and disgusted to find out that his grandma and little sitter had eaten half of their fruit tarts to find MOLD on it. Upon checking the rest we found mold on 4/6 of the fruit tarts. It was so embarrassing that I was the one that had brought the desserts in the first place. We went back to the store to return them and they offered to give us new ones but I just wanted my money back at that point which they did refund me. Thank goodness. I understand that not everything gets sold the same day they are made and may sit out for a couple of days but mold is unacceptable. I just wanted to update that the owner was kind enough to send a message that they're adding a packed-on date on their pre-packaged foods. If so, that's really awesome. I have to say that I really loved their hummus that was served with the plate lunches before the last incident. The food tasted fresh and was filling too. The place looked nice and the staff was very friendly and made sure I was okay while I waited for my food. I've never came in here once and had a problem with their customer service If you come in here for lunch expect a wait like other places and if your in a rush make sure you have patience because there' is a wait! Over the years, I've come to find out: Kabobs are generally good, especially beef luleh, and fairly priced. Bakery stuff is generally not good. Usually old. We've tried walnut cookies, tasted like fridge. Old single slice cakes. Etc. Some of their pastries are ok, but honestly, it's trial and error. Those tiny multi colored tarts are probably the only thing that are always fresh. They're on the top shelf, I think they're around .75 cents each. If I have to get something in a pinch, that's usually what I get. Customer service is hit and miss for sure, as with most Armenian bakeries (and I say this because I'm Armenian and I have lots of experience in that department). I only go here when I must, and I live literally 2 minutes away. That being said, their fresh bread is good (barbari/matnakash/pouri). Great with borsht, for breakfast, etc. read more

Don't be turned off by the awkwardness that surrounds you when you enter, order, or sit to eat. I promise the food is worth it, especially at such a great price! I went to Masis today with my brother. He's been a few times, I have not. To the right is a case full of pastries, to the left is a little Middle Eastern grocery. I ordered the #10, chicken breast with hummus, rice, and Greek salad. Everything was full of flavor. The chicken was juicy. The hummus was delicious. The salad was well dressed and seasoned. We ended up ordering platters for a party this weekend. We also tried every flavor macaroon (NO RAGRETS). Oh and I also had 2 chocolate covered strawberries. The macaroons were delicious! My favorite were the mocha and the lemon. The strawberries were nice and sweet! I definitely recommend stopping in. If it gets too awkward, just take it to go. read more

Looked for this little gem in a small strip mall, when a co worker brought in a raisin cake (more like butter bundt - large $6, small $4), but very good. Slightly crunchy outside and moist inside. Better yet near my work. I discovered they sell lulas and other combos range from $5 and up. Perfect ..place to have meal and decadent desserts...Nutella filled pastries to say the least. I ordered the #1 beef/chicken combo, 9.99 - good for 2, Nutella Napoleon and nutella ponchik. I will definitely come back to try the many variety of items.
