If you have Asian or monolids, please please please just go here. I've experienced weighted heavy lashes where it made my eyes smaller at other places. But this time its just sooo beautifully done AND I can still see fully. When I had my eyelash extensions done here, the way I've experienced it was that the setup is multiple employees and their clients in the same room. And honestly it makes the environment so enjoyable. The vibes was there and it just felt like such an uplifting fun place while doing something that could be tedious work with applying each invidiual lashes. It really made me part of the family or sisterhood that they had. You would think that maybe that could distract the ones who are doing the lashes, but nope this was far from the truth. Vi made sure to go back and forth checking different angles to ensure she tackled my lashes thoroughly. I came in wanting anime lashes which can be nerve wacking as its not "common." I like how Vi cares about the quality and the longevity of her services. (+100 Points for being ethical and truthful!) Some places only care about taking customer's money and call it a day. Vivian wasn't scheduled to be in for the day, but she immediately came by when she heard I was interested.(More points for being so flexible!) While I was waiting, Vi was helping me pick out the chains and charms. I had questions regarding the type of metal as I'm pretty picky with jewelry and hate when things just rust and tarnish after like a month. And especially with something being "permanent", I wanted to make sure it will stand the test of time. Vi dealt with my never-ending questions and even helped me arrange the charms as she and I both know how super indecisive I am. Vivian came in and got to work right away. She was very meticulous with the placements of the charms to make sure everything looks perfect. After placing it on my ankle, Vi came out to take a look and suggested for it to be cut shorter/tighter for aesthetic purposes as well as practicality--she didn't want it to be too loose where it'd get caught in things. Vivian was super professional and even though she had to remove it off my ankle and do a re-do, she again, was very careful and took her time to make sure everything is in place. And now--I finally have an anklet! A super cute one that screams me, and it's also permanent! I stand proud having something "permanent" on me because I still can't commit to a tattoo. Maybe one day. I live in San Antonio, but made the trip because there just wasn't anyone here that had as good of work as Tiffany. I came with my friends and she was able to do 3 of us in one day! Two of us did microblading and the other one did ombré. Since it was 3 of us, Tiffany used her time wisely so that we weren't stuck there forever waiting. She mapped out the brows one of us, numbed the area, and while one of us was waiting for the numbing cream to kick in, she mapped someone else's brows. I feel like the brow mapping took longer than the actual microblading because Tiffany is such a perfectionist. She really wants to make your brows twins (which is almost naturally impossible lol), but Tiffany makes it possible!!! She played around with the shapes and asked what I preferred, but also made suggestions that compliment my face shape. Tiffany also looked at my friend (with a darker complexion) and straight up told her that microblading would be a waste of her money and that she should do ombré. Since Covid, they ask that only 3 people be seated in the waiting room at a time and require masks for entrance. They have a rewards system and give you a card to get signed after each visit. Come 10 times and on your 11th visit, it's free! Not too bad considering your paying under $10 to get your eyebrows threaded to begin with. Mine usually last for more than 3 weeks. I started coming here regularly but slowly became unhappy with the service, every time something…read moresmall. So I found a new girl who would come to my home. The times she has gone on vacation I've come back, and every time I regret it. I needed a one week fill. Instead of charging me for a one week fill with foreign lash fee, they charged me for a 6 week fill!! Even the tech told me that wasn't right.. The second time I came back the tech was struggling, it felt like she spent more time ungluing my lashes from the pad then actually doing my lashes. When I got home, I noticed she had CUT a third of my bottom lashes because she didn't cover them with the pad correctly. And the last time, I was told I didn't have an appointment, when I showed the tech my text confirmation she said the tech is on her way she was over 30 minutes late and finished a full set in about 40 minutes. I had showed the tech a picture from THEIR yelp page of what I wanted and my lashes looked nothing like it. Then she said "let me check your profile" because my biggest complaint was the length. She used 14/15s when I get 19/20s.. and she said oh ,ok. So she tried to add longer lashes in, four times she took off the pads thinking she was done but I kept saying they are too short and look nothing like the picture. I finally gave up. She glued lashes on top of lashes so now I have thick clumps of glue along my lash line that are too heavy for my lashes. The longer lashes look messy and out of place. I reached out via email thre days later to get this rectified but I haven't received a response.
