I was searching on Yelp for a new plumber and found Mason Plumbing and I'm so glad I called them. Positive experience from start to finish. My phone call in to schedule my appointment was answered on the second ring. I've called other places where the phone rang at least a half a dozen times before anyone answers, if at all. The receptionist, Kristina, was very sweet and accommodating. She was able to get a plumber out the very next morning to unclog my drains. Branden came out and he too was very nice and knew what he was doing. He worked quickly and was able to get the job done! Kristina then called towards the end of the day after Branden came out to follow up just to make sure everything was still working properly and to make sure I was happy with the job done. I've never had a company care enough to call just to make sure I was happy with the job done. Yes! I am very happy!! Needed main drain service the day after Thanksgiving and called 3 plumbers. The first - a large national franchise - said they had only one person working, and that they are charging overtime rates, even though it was Friday 10am - a work day!! The second plumber's rep gave me the run around when I asked for their pricing, not willing to name even a ball park figure for the service, nor hourly rates, even though I clearly stated a detailed job description. She said an estimate is $59. Wait... why pay for an estimate?? No thanks! I went back to YELP and found Mason Plumbing and saw their great ratings. I called them and they quoted a very reasonable price for the job. They showed up an hour later just as promised, and came through a 100%, and stuck to their quoted price. I will use them in the future for all my plumbing maintenance and spread the word. read more

Great experience! My sewer line was overflowing in my front yard with smelly sewage and I was worried I wasn't going to be able to get anyone out to take a look before Christmas. But I came across Mason Plumbing YELP page and called on whim, thinking there was no way I could get someone to come out before family arrived Friday. Kristina was very nice and was able to answer my plumbing questions. She sent a plumber out the same day. Kurt fixed my sewage leak problem within a few hours. Mason people have great customer service, they are very knowledgable, and very thorough. Both Kurt and Kristina let me know what the problem was (I was at work and couldn't meet with the plumber) and they let me know what work was needed to fix the problem. A+ service. Mason Plumbing is the best! When we had a clogged drain Cameron came out the same afternoon and completed the job in less than an hour.
