If you suspect you have a leak, I would definitely recommend calling Dan's Plumbing before going straight to a specialized leak-detection company. The front office was also fantastic. They were responsive, helpful, and kept us updated with text messages throughout the process, which made everything so easy. It's rare to find a company that combines great service, expertise, responsiveness, and genuinely good people. This has gone on for years and will continue to do so as long as the work remains at the same level.

In my case, I have quite a story of having to go five days without hot water because the unit I received was defective. The day after the install we found the tank had shut down. After a reset and restart done over the phone with the installer assisting, the unit failed again, a short time later. The next day which was a Saturday, another technician came out to swap out a heat sensor which appeared to be the problem. While changing out the part, the tech noticed that insulation near the assembly had burned, and ash was present. He vacuumed it out and restarted the unit. It made a horrible noise, and he spent a half an hour on the phone with the manufacturer tech support trying to diagnose the problem. The noise eventually went away and he finished the repair. Unfortunately the machine shut down again after we got one warm shower. I called on Sunday, and explained that I was no longer comfortable with the unit being in our house and I wanted a replacement, of a different maker. Without hesitation they agreed, and Monday morning, after acquiring a, more expensive model of a different make from a supplier, we got a replacement installed, at no additional cost. These problems are rare, and not the fault of the installer. I could not have asked for a more timely and considerate treatment as a valued customer of this business.

He told us what needed to be done to prevent it from happening again -- essentially the crazy winds knocked the cover off a unit off roof loose and water got in. They managed to secure us a part quickly and replaced in before we had friends come over for New Years Eve. So grateful for their help during the holidays. Cannot recommend Reyes enough!

Jimmy Reyes arrived at 8am Friday morning to take a look and told us they could fix the furnace, but since it was old there was a possibility something else would fail in the future. We had installed the furnace and A/C condenser together in 2002 and decided the best course of action would be to replace both. Jimmy told us that the A/C unit would require a permit and that might slow down installation, and provided a competitive estimate. Fortunately, we were leaving for a week's vacation the following day but Reyes dropped off some space heaters to keep us warm in the meantime. A week later, Reyes arrived promptly at 8am to install the new furnace and A/C (having secured the permit). The team introduced themselves (so polite!) and placed tarps, etc. to protect our flooring. They worked diligently and completed the entire job in 2 days! Not only that, but they removed the registers and sealed all the ducts to maximize the heating and cooling. We could not be happier. The new furnace and A/C are super energy efficient, quiet and effective. Reyes Heating and Air set the standard for excellence and customer service.

It was a big project that took about a week, and they showed up on time every single day, checked in regularly, and worked hard throughout. Along the way, we discovered a pipe leak, which they fixed without issue. We also needed to reroute our dryer vent, and they handled that as well. Even with these unexpected additions, Eduardo stuck to his original quote, which we really appreciated. The quality of the work is excellent, and we are very happy with the results. On top of that, Eduardo is coming back in two weeks to make sure the rodent-proofing is fully effective. That level of follow-up and accountability really shows he stands behind his work. After living without a working master bathroom sink for months and giving up on disconnecting the drain and faucet myself, I contacted Doke's Plumbing Inc. and was pleased to find that they could schedule one of their team to come out the same morning. They advised me via text of his arrival time. Forrester Holley was dispatched to our home and quickly reviewed my situation, returned to his truck to bring up his tools and got to work. I found him to be professional, efficient and friendly. He was able to remove the faucet and drain I had so much trouble with and install the new faucet assembly which I had purchased beforehand. He advised that the shut off valves were corroded and needed replacement and brought up new supply lines to replace the old ones which were missing. I am very pleased with his work and to finally have the sink back in operation. I would not hesitate calling on Doke's and specifically on Forrester for any future plumbing needs. read more

I called Doke's based on a good Yelp review and scheduled an appointment with Ruben who was knowledgeable and courteous. Forrester from Doke's came by, he did a sewer drain camera inspection and we determined that the toilet was the source of my problem. There were a few issues with previous work that had been done and he fixed each one. He then installed a new low-flow model that works beautifully. He made sure everything was seated correctly and made sure the bathroom was thoroughly cleaned up when he was finished. Through the whole process we had a running conversation about lives and families; one like I've never had with pretty much anyone before. I can't recommend Doke's Plumbing highly enough. read more

We have used Doke's for many years happily for a variety of things, but recently used them for a major project - design and installation of an entire radiant heating system for a complete to-the-studs remodel of our primary residence. This involved several months of planning and work, so we got a lot of time to see Doke's in action. They were professional, highly capable, timely, and just generally gracious and nice people. My general contractor told me he would put the Doke's team in the top 5% of plumbing contractors he has ever worked with over 30 years. The system is up and running now, and works perfectly. Over the past 6 years we've used them to remodel a second bathroom and our kitchen as well as install a tankless water heater and air conditioning unit. Forrester helped us get an old gas line up and running for a new grill. Ive used Dokes for several plumbing issues over the years. This time it was a severely clogged kitchen sink and corroded pipe replacement. Their technician, Forrester was polite, on time and showed me what needed to be done to fix the problem. They're not cheap, but you cant afford to take chances on the quality of plumbing work in your home. I highly recommend Dokes service and professionalism. read more

When he began denigrating other plumbing competitors, with the label "we're no Chuck & a truck" plumbing company --had to laugh. To top off the experience; he asked if he could discount some of the proposed jobs? Uhh no, you're already 150% higher than several local competitors. To be fair, over the years, I've used Peter Levi for some good quality work, but when you sign-up for their monthly maintenance program -beware --they'll hunt for any & all possible weaknesses in your home plumbing & quote you prices that are nothing short of unconscionable, then rationalize it over the phone! Water Heater replacement over 100+% higher than fine local competitors Cancelled monthly maintenance & 6 proposed services from the aforementioned "change out your Chrome pipes, p-traps & plumbing for black plastic pipes --were done!

Jimmy Reyes arrived at 8am Friday morning to take a look and told us they could fix the furnace, but since it was old there was a possibility something else would fail in the future. We had installed the furnace and A/C condenser together in 2002 and decided the best course of action would be to replace both. Jimmy told us that the A/C unit would require a permit and that might slow down installation, and provided a competitive estimate. Fortunately, we were leaving for a week's vacation the following day but Reyes dropped off some space heaters to keep us warm in the meantime. A week later, Reyes arrived promptly at 8am to install the new furnace and A/C (having secured the permit). The team introduced themselves (so polite!) and placed tarps, etc. to protect our flooring. They worked diligently and completed the entire job in 2 days! Not only that, but they removed the registers and sealed all the ducts to maximize the heating and cooling. We could not be happier. The new furnace and A/C are super energy efficient, quiet and effective. Reyes Heating and Air set the standard for excellence and customer service.

I bought the metal snake situation. Nope, my long hair is undefeated What to do? Call the plumber. When you own your home, things like this need to be addressed. That is your pipe in your bathroom. If you can't clear it, call someone who can. Zaragoza Plumbing has consistently fixed whatever plumbing needs I've had over the years. It's so nice to have a go-to for my plumbing needs knowing whoever shows up will be polite, professional, skilled, and affordable. My hair clog took about 10 mins with something machine sounding. Maybe a drill with an attachment? I'm getting ready to donate my 8th ponytail of more than 12" to children with hair loss.
