This restaurant has dropped in quality over the years. Any of the dishes that contain deep fried beef or chicken appear to be cooked before and then recooked to order which leaves the proteins shriveled and dry. The sushi is at best average. Everything else that I have tried over the last 15 years went from the best in the Oswego area to sub par. I'd travel the extra 15-20 minutes to get to the restaurants on Rt 59 and New York. read more

This was just not good Chinese food. The potstickers were huge with a itty-bitty ball of meat in them. Way too much dough-not a lot of flavor. The fried rice was marginal. Doesn't look like much when you drive past it, and was the same when I tried their food. Had a date who wanted chinese and my normal go-to place was closed on a Tuesday. So we decided to try Mason Wok and Sushi. Ordered 2 egg rolls, which were fine, the Beef and Broccoli which was pretty good, and the Generals Tso Chicken. It was so dry no amount of any sauce could save it. It was like chewing shoe leather.. and not just some of it, but all of it. We ended up throwing the whole thing in the garbage. I'd have rated this place lower, but I did like the one part of the order. Pleasantly surprised by this strip mall sushi/Chinese restaurant! I dropped by to order carryout on a weeknight, and they were pretty busy. The place is separated into 2 areas, one for dine in and one for carry out. There weren't many people dining in, but the carry out was popping. It took 20 minutes to get my food, but worth the wait. I had intended on ordering Chinese food, but saw the sign for 50% off signature rolls on Wednesdays!! It was Wednesday, so I had to take advantage of the deal. They also have 50% signature rolls on other days between 3p-5p. Dragon Roll - Regular price $15 - Fantastic!! Shrimp tempura, scallion, cream cheese, topped with red fish eggs, avocado and eel. I instantly fell in love with this roll at first bite. The sauce is delicious and there's a nice subtle crunch in the middle of the roll. I would be back just for this roll. Bears Roll - Regular price $15 - Soft shell crab, cucumber, topped with shrimp, avocado and sauce. This roll was pretty good, but I was hoping for more crunch out of the crab, but I didn't get. Good tasty sauce on top! General Tso Delight - $11 -Chunk of battered and fried chicken and shrimp with broccoli and sauce. This dish comes with rice and has a generous portion of meat and a few broccoli. I'm not a huge fan of General Tso since the sauce is too sweet for my taste, but it was a pretty good dish. The batter wasn't overly thick. Fujiyama Roll - Regular price $14 - Smoked salmon, cream cheese, avocado, spicy tuna and tempura crunch. This roll was ok. Well dinner was really good tonight! Had the crab rangoons and chicken 2 style. The crab Rangoon were so much better than the last time I ordered them. Nicely filled, golden and delicious! The chicken 2 style which is my go to meal was wonderful. Sometimes the General Tso part of the dish is over fried and hard to eat but tonight it was just right. I didn't get into the egg rolls tonight because I snarfed the rangoons so they will be my lunch tomorrow or Monday. Can't wait! Thank you for a lovely dinner! read more

Well decided to give this place another try after a terrible experience New Years. Figured they were super busy so let's say it was ok. The quality of food was below average . So this time ordered delivery. Delivery was on time. But the order was wrong. The food was cold. And 53.00 later not really happy. Orange chicken just ok. Dry. The fried rice. I love this place. It comes super quick for delivery, the pricing is reasonable, and the portions are just right. My only qualm is the egg rolls - don't get me wrong, they're traditional, they just are my favorite. Also to be noted is my favorite egg rolls were the ones from the mall in the late 90s early 2000s so I may not have the best taste. We just tried the new Mason Wok sushi restaurant. The place is beautiful, the wait staff is attentive and freindly. We ordered several different rolls and they were all top drawer. I've eaten is some of the finer sushi places on the east amd west coasts and this food is just as good as any I tried. Give this hidden gem a try! One really cool thing is instead of serving our separate rolls we ordered individually, they combined our entire order into a visual work of art. Not too many places at this price level attempt to please multiple sences at once, so thats what makes this place ectra special. read more

The option from their website was "Beyond Menu". Usually their food is ready in 15-20 mins. It didn't tell me until I placed the order that it would be 1 hour. I was shocked. Customers BEWARE! I'm very upset about my experience with this restaurant. I ordered egg drop soup, and it was black. The meat was sour, and my family was all sick from the small amount that was eaten. I contacted the restaurant and was horrified by the response from the manager, Kate. She said the soup she packed herself, and it wasn't black. She accused me of putting something in the soup. She told me that no other customers complained, so we must have gotten sick on something else. I asked to return the food, she said she wouldn't return the food. I requested the name of the owner, she wouldn't give it to me, and stated the owner was never there any way. Her solution was to call the health department and use Yelp, before she hung up on me! But the table across from us recieved their salads, food and refills before we could get drinks while waiting for out food. The service is horrible and we were about ready to walk out then the drinks showed up. I went today with some friends and family and had very poor service. The waitress was rude and disrespectful. I've been here many times and always had the same waitress, younger woman that works there treats us like regulars and knows what we order. Today we had someone else, an older lady and from the beginning she wasn't very friendly. First time I ever brought a coupon in was today for a free app. She wouldn't take it, I asked for a small or kids size portion of chicken fried rice for my daughter. When the food came out the portion was huge and saw on the bill she charged me for a large. After I asked her she THEN explained that you can only get a small if it's take out....after that her attitude just got worse and the customer service went down the tube. Have been getting take-out for many years here but saw a big change in food quality around 2 or 3 years ago. Whatever they changed, it is NOT for the better as so many of the entrees, appetizers and soups i used to really enjoy are not anywhere near the way they used to be. Had my usual chicken with broccoli, wonton soup, egg roll and special fried rice 2 weeks ago and that will for sure the last time i order from this place. And i have no idea what they did to the rice as it doesn't taste anything like rice anymore and looks more like coos-coos instead of rice. The general Taos was exceptionally crispy and delicious with tender chicken inside. We also ordered pork pot stickers. Again amazing. I gave them 2 stars a year ago for a carry out order. I decided to try them again with GrubHub. Now they get 1 star. It would be zero if I could. You think you have the promise of good customer service using a food delivery app? Not at all. They use their own drivers! No text to let you know that they're running late like you expect from the app drivers. No communication at all. Do you like the "track your order" feature? Yeah, me too. But you will not get that feature or the support of GrubHub customer service. Basically GrubHub is the online ordering part of the process. Then you are on your own. People that gave a 5star in this place are bunch of tools. Had a chicken curry with rice and my brother had a beef pan noodles. We are both into protein diet and what i have found out about their meats are artificial! Chicken and beef. Probably everything! The curry does not even taste like curry.
