I laid face down and the lady (Susan, the receptionist) was taking doing my massage. She asked if I wanted medium or hard pressure; I pick medium. But I feel I should have ask for hard. After taking care of my back I was told to turn over. She did great works on my neck and shoulder. Hands and arms are good. My favorite was when she massage my feet. I felt most of knots were relieve. They said it was my fault for not having a phone number with them and so they could not let us know that they had mistakenly given the attached room to someone else. I could not let my grandmother stay alone 20-30 minutes by herself outside to wait for me to finish. It was a waste of my time and they did not compensate me for it. Won't be back. The older woman who gave my massage was extremely rude from the beginning. She repeatedly scolded me to "relax," even after I calmly explained that I was relaxed.
