The massage area is open, you are next to another massage bed, and you can hear people moving around or talking. If complete privacy and silence are important to you, this may not be the right fit. The reflexology place is a zoo; Minuses: The masseuse spent 10-15 min on my scalp. I would have preferred she spent the 10-15 on the front and sides of my legs (quads, IT bands and lower legs); They ask for cash but do not offer a discount; I asked for firm pressure. The pressure was okay, but could have been stronger. I noticed bars above the table. I would have liked if the masseuse walked on my back. All in all a positive experience: 3.5 Stars overall.
