I've been here two times now and both experiences were phenomenal. The establishment is clean, the prices are reasonable, and the woman at the front desk is always nice and caring. I prefer deep tissue and both therapists, one male and one female, did an exceptional job applying the prefect pressure. I can't imagine how they have any good reviews. 1. I requested a male therapist, they ignored that after confirming that I was booked with a male. 2. My therapist was not a real massage therapist. If she was she would have known not to dig her elbow into my ribs and other bones and endangerment sights (areas with nerves and blood vessels). I had to continuously redirect her off of my bones and onto my muscle tissue. 3. My therapist spoke zero English, not even understanding as much as "more pressure, less pressure". The other therapist in our couples massage had to communicate everything for her. Eliminated the possibility of being able to tell her what I really needed to accomplish with my massage. 4. After this awful waste of a massage the woman at the front desk who also was one of the therapist asked for a tip? Who asks for a tip? We actually should have been seeking a refund. Do not book this place, the only way it can be worst is if they injure you, this woman may end up being your therapist and trust me you will leave very disappointed. 5. I was rushed through the intake. 6. They never asked about health conditions or allergies which can be bad if someone is allergic to an ingredient in their lotion or oil. 7. How can you be a good massage therapist if you don't understand the language your client speaks? You CANNOT. I had to constantly tell my therapist lighter, do not touch my right hand (as I had surgery on it a 5 weeks earlier) lighter on the hips and buttock area, etc. It was not relaxing and because of the lack of English comprehension, I now have a big bruise on my hand, have had searing nerve pain for several days in my left buttock and leg and may have to go to a doctor if it persists. I didn't have this pain before massage so I left injured. When someone massages you with their elbows the entire time, does not know what they are doing and doesn't comprehend the language you speak, you will end up injured. Do not waste your time or money, or for that matter, risk your well being, so avoid this place at all cost. read more

If your in the area definitely call them to set up an appointment and before you get your massage, you fill out this tablet to explain what areas you want to be massage at so the customer service was good to. read more

If I could rate this place ZERO stars I would, this was the first and last time I ever go to this place! My boyfriend and I went for my birthday normally we get massages at other places and the one doing the massage are women, this time the women help my boyfriend and I got the massage by the man. The man did not speak, not a bit of English, he started with the massage, in which it started all fine until he started to remove the sheet on top of me and left my butt fully uncovered, he began to massage it without anything, right then my boyfriend told him and he stopped for a bit, and then tried to do it again I pulled the sheet up. I honestly felt very uncomfortable when my boyfriend told them the women and the man were laughing. On top of the abuse from this man, once they were done my boyfriend tipped $20 and they demanded an extra $40. The worst experience ever!!! read more

Do not honor appointment time! I arrived 15 minutes earlier and was asked to wait... but to wait till my appointment time, not extra - 45 minutes. If you know you have an appointment, you cannot accept people without the appointment and let other therapists go home. This is not how you build clientele. Will never go back! read more

Great massage and the massage room was very modern and up to date. I love that they were separate rooms with doors not just a curtain so I didn't feel uncomfortable on dressing. I wish I could give NO STARS!! This massage was the worst massage ever. They advertise one thing and provide another. A terrible experience. The guy who put me in a room didn't explain what to do so I had to go out and ask cutting into my time. When he finally got to the room his massage started weak and he seems distracted. He then starts talking to someone outside the door when another customer walked in and eventually he left and someone came in to take over. No explanation given. Again, cutting into my time and ruining the experience of a relaxing massage. The girl who took over did not feel like a professional massage therapist. The massage was absolutely terrible. She had no technique and ended up hurting me multiple times. I'm a massage therapist and have been in this business for a very long time. Pushing down on someone's bones and body with 1 hand at a time is not professional. A massage is the use of 2 hands circulating muscles and targeting skin to skin techniques. All this lady did was hurt me and make me dizzy. I woke up with neck spasms regretting ever spending money and trusting this place. This was my 4th time coming and I usually haven't had any issues. But, this time around , after my massage, I tipped the lady like I always do, and she remarked "that's it??!" DO NOT come here if you have Groupon! Horrific customer service. I tried calling several times to book my massage. First time was a woman who answered who lived out of state, the daughter of the owner, she was friendly but told me she will find out answers and have someone call me to book. Never did. I call and call and nobody would answer. I told Groupon what a nightmare merchant they are and they're like, "too late, no refunds." They contacted the merchant and this place told them they will accept. I had left two voicemails over weeks. No response. Then their voicemail box was full. Then another time I reached a Chinese woman who was hesitant to book my Groupon massage and repeatedly mentioned "I make no money with Coop-on....." I said, "Fine - then I will demand my money back." She said she'd call back (why is it so hard to schedule?) - never did. I demanded Groupon to refund me or I will get the credit card company involved. read more

Little gem tucked away in the Times Square Plaza off Ventura. I was greeted by the lovely owner who ushered me back to a sitting area for a foot massage. The environment is quaint and inviting. The gentle sounds of instrumental music and nature as well as soft lighting proved a nice escape. The movements of the massage were methodical, precise and fluid. Pressure was perfect as was the use of oils and hot stones. One of the best foot and leg massages I have ever had. Instantly felt better and prices are completely reasonable.
