The lovely person who scheduled my massage appointment was able to add the upgrades to my session. It was a wonderful experience! The therapist, Kate, was professionally trained & very personable. I signed up for the year-long promotion that the salon was running at that time. I was introduced to the program in an intelligent and non-pushy way. On July 22, 2019 my friend and I scheduled an appointment for a massage. To be 100% transparent, this was by far the worse experience of my life! Jessica rushed through the massage, and the front staff weren't friendly at all. This was a huge waste of our time and money! I will write a review on our awful service soon. My friend's massage was just as bad and I am member at Massage Envy! We are both very dissatisfied, and rest assured we'll never return to your Canton location! I have severe back issues from an injury & due to damage to my spine & a few other physical issues, I have been told that one of the few treatment options allowed me is massage therapy. I went in for my first massage in pain from head to toe. I was in agony & walking like a broken, twisted pretzel. Matt, my therapist was AMAZING! He could immediately see what was wrong & knew what to do. He made sure I was comfortable & frequently checked with me to make sure everything was ok. I left with less pain than I'd had in MONTHS! I absolutely love this place! The staff is great! The front desk team can answer any and all questions and give you whatever information you may need! They help you find the perfect massage therapist or esthetician to fit your needs! Personally, I love Kate, one of the massage therapists! She does amazing custom massages and is excellent with deep pressure. After every session, I don't want to get out of the bed! Because of the excellent service, I now have a membership. I have been a member for a couple of years. Went between several therapist, but for the past year have been seeing Holley. She is excellent, and always get great treatment sessions with her. She knows exactly what areas to focus on, with just the right pressure. I have a chronic neurological condition causing spasticity, and this truly helps. Waiting area has a relaxing ambiance. The massage therapists are knowledgeable and experienced and really know how to give a great massage!
