i cant say that i had a great experience at this location. I am a member and have been for a very long time. But this massage envy really made me question continuing my membership. I walked in and find the front desk associates to be on their phone not even acknowledging me walking in. I noticed their were a lot of employees at the front desk. I checked in for my hour and a half massage but the front desk staff made it feel as if i was impeding on their social time. I went into the other lounge area to sit and relax before my massage and i couldn't even think in my own head it was so loud where everyone was at in the very front lobby. If you want a relaxing massage DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. The front staff needs to be replaced or put thru some type of training for customer service. read more

Workers were friendly. While waiting a guy checked in walked straight back to where the rooms are. I thought instead of the massage therapist coming out he just walked straight to his room. So I asked the girl at the counter and she told me there is a quiet room where I could wait in. Had no clue, no one ever explained that to me. My appointment was for a stretch with Aaron. He compared it to yoga but referred to it as a lazy yoga. I'm down. Ah, I have had nothing but good experiences here and I do so love this place. We had the year membership but I had to cancel when it was up because my boo and I never have enough time plus we just purchased a Tempurpedic bed, so I had to balance the budget accordingly. Check-in is always a breeze and their quiet room is very, very quiet. Ha! Complimentary tea and water await you in there. I get deep tissue massages, so the recommendations below are based on that. Damon is the best. He genuinely cares about his customers and treats you like a real person with real needs, is very open to your problems and even suggests stretches and tips on how to help with problem areas. You will get an amazing experience with him. =) Jack is probably second as he does very good work with deep tissue too. I'm a constant sufferer of backaches (thanks, office job) so that's always what I lead with when I start with a new massage therapist, and he definitely took that into consideration. Carissa is a close third as she is very receptive and has a great technique. At first she was stoic but if you communicate with her she is very polite, understanding and receptive. Really, there's not a BAD massage therapist here that I've experienced, but these are by far my favorites. =) Intro specials are great if you haven't been yet! $49 hour massage and $59 hour facial. read more

I'm a fan. I've been here a few times because my wife has the membership and I use her "buddy passes" or whatever it's called. I've also had a different person each time so I have some thoughts. Of course getting a massage is going to be different for everyone but for the most part I've had a decent massage every time. My last massage was with Victoria, she did a wonderful job so I'll be booking with her next time. The place is clean and inviting, water/tea in every room. Relaxing music playing, staff is friendly and helpful. They call you the day before you appointment to remind you which is very nice. Definitely check it out. read more

Came in to get a couples massage with my husband, was about 10mins late so that means time cut from our 1 hour massage. Filled out the iPad then went inside. Spoke to our masseuse and told her that I wanted to focus mainly on my lower back as well as a full massage & she just gave me a massage without taking time to consider what I wanted. Don't think their prices are worth the massage you receive. Rather go spend my money elsewhere and get spa facilities too. read more

Worst customer service I have ever received, spent over $100 on products and redeemed a "free one hour massage" card over in San Diego. Came to this location only to be told my massage would cost $40 after I confirmed over the phone my gift card would be valid at this location, even offered over the phone to confirm gift card number . I told the assistant manager I wanted to cancel and she told me I would have to pay a cancellation fee. Everyone working was acting sassy towards me and was not willing to cancel my cancellation fee until another manager over the phone got involved. This is review is purely on Customer Service. Yesterday in the afternoon I scheduled an appointment online for Saturday at 4:30PM for a 90 Min. Massage (or so I thought.) I have only had 1 or 2 other massages in my lifetime and have not been to Massage Envy personally but hear great things. I typically never do anything online but I was at work and have been in so much pain I didn't want to forget to schedule. I put in all my information and confirmed. Shortly after I had a missed call and Voicemail just reminding me to show up early to fill out paperwork since I have never been. Okay cool, got it. A bit after that I saw the same number calling on my cell phone and realized it was them. I answered and the woman introduced herself from Massage Envy. I then proceeded to inform her I got her message and understand about showing up early for my paperwork. She hesitates and goes "well it's 4:35." At that moment I realized OMG I accidentally set it for that day and not Saturday! I told this all to the woman and she said she had to put me on hold. After she comes back she tells me she has to charge me for the massage! I was confused and blown away. I said I made this appointment 2 hours ago.. and by the conversation you can tell I genuinely made a mistake and was extremely apologetic. I asked if I could talk to a manager. She said her manager is the one who said I had to be charged. WHAT!!!?? I asked to have a number for corporate because I was just upset and appalled that I was going to be charged almost $90 for an appt. I accidentally made not even 2 hours ago. She said she doesn't have a number for corporate just her general manager and so I asked for that number or to speak to the manager above who she spoke to at that moment. She put me on hold again and then came back and told me they will waive the fee but proceeds to try and guilt trip me that now the therapist is "Losing out" and I should reschedule with him and asked me if I could come in Friday or Monday. I could not because I work so that is why I would never make an appt. during the week. Also, I am not really sure what he is losing out on besides maybe my tip because I do know they make an hourly wage there. I am in Real Estate. We actually work for free for clients and do not make any type of wage and NEVER have I ever tried to guilt trip a client and tell them how much money I am losing if they made a mistake or had to reschedule an appointment, etc. At this point I did not even want to have a Saturday appointment because I was so turned off & stressed out about it but I felt uncomfortable saying that since it was already such a bad experience.. So all I have to say is sometimes things are not Black and White. Getting my massage Saturday but will frequent another location in the future. read more

I called and made an appointment for the following day. The woman who scheduled the appointment was helpful, kind and thoroughly explained the process, adding that I needed to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out questionnaires and medical information. After filling out the paperwork, I was given a cup of water and led into the "quiet room" and we went over my answers to the type of massage I wanted and the medical needs I needed to address. At that time, I asked the woman who checked me in how she liked working there. She said she really loved her job. The masseuse came and got me, and took me back into the massage room. It was a very inviting, relaxing atmosphere. The room was a little small, but the music was soothing and the masseuse had a great vibe about her. The masseuse was wonderful. I needed deep tissue massage, and she was very strong. I asked her how she liked working at ME, and she said she really enjoyed it. It showed in the way she performed the massage. She was very professional. When I was through, she walked me to the entryway door, gave me a cup of water (would prefer a bottle, with ME logo) and reminded me to keep hydrating throughout the rest of the day/evening. I expected to be offered the opportunity to purchase a membership. I bought one. I was also given my masseuse's schedule, and offered the opportunity to book my next appointment. I couldn't do that, but will call again in a couple of weeks. I have had many massage experiences in my life. This may not have been the absolute best, but it was convenient, affordable and really quite good. read more

Aaron was my therapist. I definitely suggest him! My back, shoulders, and neck were super tight. I hadn't had a massage in 8 months! He relieved all the knots and pain in an hour massage. Massage Envy has great deals if you sign up for the monthly rates. It's only $60/ month, and lasts 12 months with a one hour massage included. The massages roll over if you don't use them. I would double check on the details, but I'm pretty sure that's how it works! :) read more

I have been a member of both Massage Envy and its competitor Massage Heights for several years and I love that they both allow me to roll over hours. I have the highest memberships at both, Pinnacle at Heights and the 90 minute monthly plan at Envy. I'll go months without getting a massage and then, during stressful periods, I'll go every week for a 90 minute session and only have to pay a tip. I have my favorite therapists at each place and I'll schedule my sessions around my work and family life. I would list the therapists I like, but then they would be too booked and I'd have trouble setting an appointment. Although a massage may be considered a luxury for many, to me it is a stress reliever for an intense job I have and I don't resort to alcohol like many in my field. I find that my massage habit is actually far less expensive than the habits of some of my colleagues. I saw other reviewers write negative comments. I agree that there can be bad experiences from time to time. Like any business, bad employees can really impact a business, even if they are not working there long. As a business owner myself, I know all too well that this is the case. I've had a few bad massages over the years and learned later that the therapist was fired due to complaints. As far as billing, I do wish I could transfer massages at both places to my wife for free once in awhile. She needs a massage sometimes but we don't want to pay for more memberships. She doesn't need the massages like I do, but still, once in awhile it would be nice to book one using my available minutes. Since I cannot, I book them for her at the non-membership places, like Massage 1 or I'll hire someone to come to the house. A family plan would be nice to see. read more

The customer service here is amazing. The front desk girls ALWAYS stand up for you when you come in which is a sign of respect. They also know my name which makes it more personable. The massage therapists are great. We always get deep tissue and Karen and Ken have been amazing! They have mint candies for you to munch on in the "quiet room" while waiting for your masseuse. Today I had the best massage ever. I've been getting massages for the past few years, but recently started at Massage Envy a few months ago. My first massage was hot stone therapy done by Jerome back in April and that was amazing. But Today, I got a full body massage by Brittian. She listened to my specific needs. The pressure was perfect and the massage she did on my shoulders, neck and scalp felt wonderful and definitely helped my migraine. Cant wait for my next massage in a few weeks. She's amazing and would definitely recommend her for massages. Also, I have done facials here as well and they definitely know what they are doing. They have helped reduced the redness in my skin along with clearing up and evening out my skin through their products. So glad I found my go to spot for massages and facials. I was given a gift card and tonight was my first visit. I had a massage with Danny and a micro-infusion facial with yamilli. I am so impressed with my experience. I called to book my appointments and the customer service was excellent. I appreciated the reminder confirm call and was treated with the same excellent customer service when I arrived. They really care. I received a consultation and they took notes for each technician who then reviewed my needs and preferences. Danny is an amazing, healing masseuse. His energy is bright and positive. I have chronic neck and shoulder stiffness and he really took great care and listened to me. He took my stress and released it. I'm so grateful and look forward to my next massage. Then onto one of the absolute best facial treatments I have ever received. My skin is literally glowing! Yamilli takes her time and carefully examined my skin then explained what she determined would be the best infusion. I've had many microdermabrasion, but never a microderm-infusion. Never in my life have I had such WONDERFUL customer service from a massage envy. I usually go to one in Arizona and one in Washington and I have always had a really hard time finding a massage therapist that I liked or that was professional. I recently moved to Las Vegas and this was the location closest to me (I have tried another before in Las Vegas). The Manager Corrie is the absolute nicest, caring and personable employee I have ever came across at a massage envy. No wonder she's manager!!! A damn good one! She actually listened to me on what my issues were and based off of them partnered me up with Therapist Veronica. Veronica was aaaaamazing!!! So knowledgeable and professional! I signed up for a deep tissue massage for an hr. It was so good I had to get a membership. Idk why its taken me so long to get a deep tissue massage but lord I wont go long without the next one. Oh yeah thank you my wife, she treated me to this said I was getting to be an ass, as I was hurting all over, where I met Gina and my wife met with Anna she had a prenatal massage and I a medium something or other. Anyway I woke myself snoring 3x was embarrassing like falling asleep during class to find out you where drooling on the desk! Ha ha , but Gina stated that that was a compliment, so I guess it's ok I definitely was sleepy for the rest of the day, that's either how relaxed she made me or how uptight I was I say a combo. My wife fell asleep too we had a couples 1 1/2 hour session. I don't know should I act up again will she set up another or will I end up just in the dawg house, idk if I want to risk it. read more

My friend had an extra massage so I had the pleasure of getting one here and I loved it! I typically have women therapists however Aaron was great! He was very professional and ensured I was comfortable the entire time. Because Massage Envy is a franchise, I wasn't sure how "spa-like" it would be. The next time I am definitely going ot get there early and enjoy the nice relaxing waiting area. Upon arriving the front desk staff was anticipatory and very engaging. They asked if I would like water and were very kind. Aaron asked how the pressure was throughout the massage and made recommendations for next time based on my tension and areas that need work. The ppl working the front desk are awful. When I call to book it always takes at least 5min and they often get my name wrong, anyway. The couples room has had AC broken for over a week now and when I call they still try to schedule me in there! Then they ask if ok bc AC broken. Ummm...it's July in Vegas, I think I'd like AC during my massage. This has happened 3x. So weird that A) it's been broken this long and B) they keep scheduling customers in a room w no AC during summer in the desert. Not reliable . Massages are average, obv depends on your therapist. Front desk consistently slow and misinformed, tho. read more

I had a gnarly crash on my bike a few days ago. If there's a good reason for a sports massage, this is the best. Jared did a great job of working the knots out on my neck and shoulder. He's probably the most knowledgeable massage therapist I've ever had.
