Not a big fan. The atmosphere is rushed, get em in get em out. The massage rooms are very small. The therapists are young and inexperienced. My therapist flat out ignored me when I asked her for lighter pressure. The end of the massage was extremely abrupt and followed by at least 20 minutes of hard product and package pushing. I booked a couples massage 3 weeks ago for September 24, a surprise for my wife's birthday. When I received my courtesy phone call today, I was told the introductory price I was given, $49, had in fact increased to $60 without ANY notice whatsoever. I did not receive a phone call, a letter, or an email regarding the price increase. When I complained to the shop I reserved with, the woman I spoke to offered an oil massage upgrade and apologized for the inconvience. No thank you. I don't appreciate you ruining part of my wife's birthday. Who knows, we may have been regular clients, but your business has lost out on that. EPIC FAIL!!! read more

For a couples massage, I expected a little more. 2 masseuses did 2 completely different massages. I'll state this, Ardell was my masseuse and did a fantastic job! We addressed my shoulders which needed some work, and my amount of tolerance. He really was great and spent a little more emphasis on the areas that needed some work. I would go back for his massages; as a person who has gotten a few massages in their day, I was impressed with him. My boyfriends masseuse unfortunately I can't say the same about. He had never had a massage before, so he had no clue about what to expect. For starters, he was started laying down face up. His masseuse spent 8 minutes total on his back, which was primarily the reason he went. Next, he didn't get his neck or scalp massaged (as I had gotten on mine). Lastly, he requested deep tissue and barely felt like he was massaged. Needless to say, I would go back for Ardell, however because of his experience we won't be returning to massage Envy. read more

I had a great massage today done by Angie, the perfect amount of pressure, movement everything! I had gotten a massage previously at massage green and I was wide awake the whole time didn't feel anything I'm so happy I came here. It's hard to get me to fully relaxed but during and after my massage I felt so relaxed I just wanted to go straight to sleep. She was working on all my knots which is great and she wasn't pushy on sales either, love that. I definitely recommend her and I will definitely book with her again! :) read more

Although I do like massage envy I feel that everyone should be on the same page. Due to financial issues I had to cancel my membership I had hours saved up and was told I had until the end of August to use my time. I had spoken to one person and I had 90 days to use the membership but I spoke to someone different and I was told I had until the end of August. Which I found out today Was not the case. Lessoned learned always get the name of the person you speak to. So that was money lost. read more

I have been a client at this location for a few years. The front desk ladies are the best. Like everyone should know you need to find the therapist that you like the best and then stick with them. I actually have three I really like. You will not find a better more cost effective massage in town. Also, the nice thing is that its run like a business so your therapists are always there for you. Owwwwwwwww!!!!!! Im in sooo much PAIN!! Isnt this place suppose to help get rid of pain? Not cause more? This was the worst massage i have ever had. Elbows and knuckles were all i felt. Stingy on the lotion. And arent you suppose to be wiped off after your done? My clothes are all sticky with lotion residue. And im pretty sure you have to stay away from massaging the sensitive area under the ears. Felt like she was going to break my neck. Could have done some serious nerve damage if i didnt twitch out of it. She hit a nerve and my whole body jumped but she continued to use the elbows and bones. Anyways, $120 for me and my wife? Today was my first time having a facial here at massage envy! Jessica is the person who did my facial. And she is Amazing!! I came in because my fave started to become very dry. She was so attentive to what I needed. She truly is gifted, I've never had a facial that leaves my skin glowing and feeling hydrating. The young ladies at the front were very nice. The receptionist talked me into starting a membership but then once she said I needed a doctors not to cancel I immediately changed my mind. I needed a massage badly because I've been dealing with really bad anxiety from stress and my neck, shoulders, and back were all knotted up. When I first walked in, the scent of the establishment already puts you at ease and they provide you with fruit infused water or tea and cookies. I was set up with Sabrina for my 90 minute massage and she has magic hands! I love that they do a quick consultation first to see if you have a particular need that day and always make sure you are comfortable. I feel like so much tension has been lifted from me physically and it helped so much that I joined the membership the same day and already referred a couple people. Went in for a facial and today a month later still dealing from the redness that was left on my cheeks from a retinol and glycolic acid exfoliator they used. I am very unhappy with the services provided because I was not notified that they were using a new product on my face, I specified I have sensitive skin and should've been more careful on what they used. This was my second time there and my first facial was great, but sadly not this time. I called the spa only to be directed to my physician for further care on something they did. Seemed very careless needles to say unfortunately I will not be back nor will I recommend anyone to seek services here. read more

This is my 'executive wellness' that I treat myself to. I can attest that it's money well spent, so well spent that I started my membership a few months ago and have been very happy ever since. The location is modern and tasteful. The cost is way more effective that the Mission Inn or other, surrounding spa's. The name of the business, employees and business model all inspire confidence in their services and thankfully nobody questions your integrity by visiting Massage Envy as opposed to some smaller, slightly sketchy looking massage parlors in jankey parts of town. I absolutely love this location! I've been to many different locations and this one by far is this best one yet! The GM at this location always makes sure each client is well taken care of & the front desk staff really knows how to pair you well with the therapist/esthetician you need. There's such a variety so whether you go in for pain, relaxation, sports, deep tissue, etc.... there's always someone for whatever you need. They always have spa water ready nice and chilled and they always offer water or tea after my session. I love sitting in their tranquility room and the sheets they use here are different than any location I've been to. They're extremely comfortable and much higher quality! The staff here genuinely cares about their clients and it shows. I've brought family and friends in and they all had an amazing experience as well. I refuse to go anywhere else! I was truly ticked off coming to Massage Envy off Central today. The reason I came back to this location is my because I really like my therapist Sabrina, despite my move to San Bernardino county. However, I was initially given instructions over the phone to pull up into a parking spot, call 15 mins prior to my appointment, wait in my car for them to come out and take my temperature, and then if my temperature was fine and I passed the questionnaire they would let me come in for my appointment. Upon arriving I called, they told me to walk up to the door instead five minutes prior to my appointment and told me that someone would meet me outside to take my temperature. So here I am, waiting outside in the direct sun for at least 10 minutes with my mask on my face and when they finally came outside the girl told me that my temperature was "slightly elevated." First she told me it was 100 point some thing, then she told me it was 102. I'm a healthcare professional. I get my temperature checked every day at work when I arrive. When I arrived at work at 9 o'clock this morning my temperature was 98.3 degrees F. So she is telling me that my temp elevated 4 degrees in 3 hours. Idk about you...But if I have a temp of 102, I feel like crap. And I was feeling great today. I'm upset that I took time off from work and drove almost 35 miles round trip for NOTHING. Thank you, Massage Envy, for wasting my time. I won't be coming back to this location, thanks. read more

Just left from having an hour session and I wish I would have done more because Cy was so amazing and precise on his techniques. He's very thorough and left me feeling so relaxed and stress free. Unfortunately, since I called the day prior for scheduling they were already booked, but nonetheless, to be able to get my Mother and myself in at the same time to accommodate our needs was awesome! I have been to a couple different Massage Envy's, but this location is definitely my favorite. Very nice massage therapists and generally go all the way until your time is up. I would recommend Sandra, she listens when you tell her your "problem areas" and focuses on those. Also be sure to ask for a scalp massage! Angie is not to bad either. Very clean and smells good. When I first met Cy, his soft hands and gentle hand shake made me wonder if he was going to be able to give me the massage I needed. You will never leave disappointed. Despite the number of years and different locations I have gone to see him he is always timely, professional and asks what I need that particular day. He remembers my areas that need extra work, but wants to be mindful of anything area giving me a problem or something he should be away of.
