I was given a locker to store my clothes and was given a white rob to change into and sandals. The dressing room had lockers a separate toilet area, shower and area to dress. When I finished changing into my robe I went into the relaxation room and waited for my masseuse to pick me up. I scheduled the ultimate massage. Chris my masseuse was wonderful. He worked on the many knots on my neck and back. I had a full body massage for 80 minutes and it was so worth it.

Poor communication and delays: It took me over 5 months to schedule a filler appointment last year because the manager, Mai, did not respond to my repeated emails (attached). I only got a response once I called the office, and even then, it felt like I was chasing them just to give them my business. 2. Inconsistent and misleading pricing: I was originally quoted $575 for under-eye filler in writing (attached) but was later charged $700 for the same service. This inconsistency in pricing is unacceptable, especially when it is clearly documented in their own emails. 3. Clinic-to-clinic confusion - I was quoted $1,500 for 2 syringes of PDGF in Park Ridge ($3,000 for 4), but later told by Millburn staff that their baseline price was actually $1,800 for 2 syringes. Most importantly, when I specifically asked Park Ridge if the 20% off promo at Millburn would apply to the same service and was told yes, no one told me that Millburn's pricing was higher. That critical detail should have been mentioned upfront so I could make an informed decision. Overall, between the lack of responsiveness, the long wait just to schedule, and the bait-and-switch style pricing, I cannot recommend SkinSpirit. Patients deserve transparency, consistency, and respect for their time, none of which I experienced here.

The cosmetologist was lovely but when she began my facial, the steamer had broken so I asked if she could use another steamer. She politely said no because I only had 20 minutes for my facial. When I questioned her she said that the forms I filled out counts as part of the facial appointment. That is so wrong and she also said I was late but I was there exactly at my appointment time. The facial was over so quickly. When I mentioned this to the receptionist on my way out, she did apologize because when I booked the appointment, the staff member should have told me to come earlier than 2:00 to fill out forms. Then I would have had the time for a full facial. This just isn't right and I should be compensated someway

I was given an appointment with Hadley. Immediately, I LOVED her! Hadley is friendly, warm, and completely understanding about hair. As someone who is self-admittedly fussy, Hadley listened to me and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted. Since then, I've been to Hadley MANY times and she's brought me from balayage to my natural brunette, cuts from shoulder length to halfway down my back, and dealt with my particularness about my bangs. Hadley is super talented and has a wonderful, bubbly personality. I love talking to everyone at the front desk as well, and really enjoy my time there! Additionally, I brought my boyfriend to Haru for a men's cut. He was styled by Sylvie, and she was also WONDERFUL! Best haircut he's ever had :) Next up I want to try the facials!

When I expressed disappointment in this as I booked it weeks ago and timed it for an event, Mimi proceeded to tell me that 1. I assumed risk booking online and 2. I booked my appointment too late and I probably have roots that require more time anyways and 3. That I could simply get a cut with someone else but I refused (not even true)-essentially gaslighting me as if this was my fault and not theirs. When I clarified that I would get a cut with someone else and she said that was fine I said that it seems like there's no issue anymore, but then she proceeds to add that perhaps with my negative attitude I shouldn't come at all...like what? My husband who was in the room was appalled at how a MANAGER was speaking to me, let alone after the issue was resolved. The results are not worth the abuse this place shells out if you request any accomodations.

Massage therapists do have a life span due to arm use, much like dental hygienists and I in my experience he has resorted to these modalities . IDK even know and he has not responded as to whether he or the machine he seems to rely on now even certified (he did tell me the machine was not) I have had to cancel over $150 in PT injuries due to his errors . I used to think he was a savior , now I would not let him near me ...too preoccupied ...
