Wow talk about feeling the pressure! I'm sorry but from the store front outside it does look a bit cheesy which is why I didn't really take it seriously...and I've been to a few that literally was just afraid of a lawsuit to put any sort of pressure to call it a real massage. I got the leg and foot massage for an hour to loosen my super intense stiffed calf from my broken ankle injury and from the how the therapist focused much more on my left than my right side which I was hoping he'd sense it need much more work was a great sign to see and that it's not all about equal time on each side and more about treating the issues even though they never asked so I never mentioned it. Guan did do a fantastic deep tissue massage but it was only on one side never once did I turn over to the back of my leg for any calf massage which was really disappointing considering it's a LEG massage. It then ended with some hot stone which was pretty hot it wasn't placed more used as a tool to massage the sole and it was okay...not really my favorite. Though I didn't have an appointment just walked in I did obviously get to have a service done but was seated at the very front row in fact right in front the reception desk, I could hear the cars going by outside and even a tourist who came to check if his family of four could be accommodated and talked in a normal loud tone...not exactly the relaxation I was hoping for, and actually bumped my chair a few times as they were directly behind me. They need a sign to be "respectful" and keep the tone down. It just feels so great to be kneaded...thank you! read more

I was really hoping to like this place after reading other reviews but unfortunately I didn't have the same experience as others. The staff has a friendly demeanor. That's what I gave the two stars for cause it just about ends there. I specifically asked for a head and neck massage at the front cause I was pregnant. I don't believe that this was communicated to the massage therapist because the massage was mostly my shoulder and back. I had to ask for more massage on my head near the end of the hour. I really wanted them to concentrate on my head and neck since I've been experiencing headaches. During my massage, the therapist barely used any pressure on my head, neck, and back. I asked three times for more pressure but there really was little change throughout the whole hour. When checking in the lady in the front stated that it was $40 for 30 minutes and $65 for one hour. I decided to book it for the hour. She said nothing else after that. When the massage is done and you go to pay, she tells you that it's cash $65. And if you pay credit card it's more. I heard her tell some other customers that it was $18 more (not sure if this was a percentage of their massage cost or not) but it sounded like a significant amount more just for paying with credit card. I really believe that they should mention this before booking you for your massage session. Last but not least, I decided to leave a tip for my massage therapist even if I wasn't completely happy with the hour long session. I was then told by the lady at the front that it's a required 15% minimum tip for all customers. This I felt was very unreasonable and quite distasteful. I believe it should be my choice to tip and how much I'd like to tip. If I felt refreshed after the hour and received the massage I expected, I would've been comfortable tipping 20-25%. However this was not the experience I had with my massage therapist. Unfortunately, because they are not upfront about all costs and they seem to be scamming their customers but adding on extra charges at the end, I will not be returning. I was really hoping for a great experience and was looking to return multiple times during my time here. However, I will not be returning and I cannot recommend this business. read more

First time here, I walked in asked for 30min body massage. No wait time, they took me in right away, I got seated and the guy told me to face down. It started right away it was SO strong. My necks and shoulders were very sore so I had a relaxing time, but it was actually very very strong, I couldn't even breathe when he put pressure on my back. He didn't ask me where the sore part is, nor how strong I wanted it (he couldn't speak English...) but I say it was okay cuz I needed it today on my day off. Might come back but next time I hope I can talk with the therapist how I want the massage pressure. Also good that they gave me a free bottle of water to drink since I got so thirsty after the massage. read more

FULL BODY MASSAGE ‍ Sorry didn't take pictures of our room but it is located in the back where 2 beds are joined. My person got the knots out , they definitely do deep massage but you need to request the men. My boyfriend her massage person told me "you a big guy" LOL When I heard her say that I quickly turned to look over and she was climbing on his back on all 4's and all I could hear was the tables squeaking lol. Got a foot and body massage by Henry and just like everyone else who mentioned him, soooo good!! Definitely one of the best foot massages I've had. A lot of times places are super aggressive on feet, Henry was firm yet gentle at the same time. Nice slow pace, not fast and rushed. After my foot massage I extended to get the body massage combo ($65 total, what a great deal!) and henry did a great job. I was skeptical on the fully clothed body massage with no oil but it turned out to be quite pleasant. I will definitely be back, and I will definitely ask for Henry again. read more
