I was happy to see an affordable massage place at the mall. My mom loves to shop and now I can wait patiently while getting a massage. I wenr for a 1-hour foot massage and 1-hour body massage. The foot massage was really good. First they soaked your feet in a milk bath. Then used a combination of hot stone and a stick for the pressure points. The body massage on the other hand, I didn't care so much for. It was quite painful. And I don't think the guy understand a lot of English. I asked him more than twice to go a little softer but I don't think he understood. Omg!! This place is amazing. I just passed it and didn't meant to stop by but a guy came out and asked me, my husband and my sister to check it out. I came on the last day of their grand opening. $30 for foot massage and $55 for 30 Mnt's foot massage + 40 Mnt's body massage!! I thought what a deal, let me try. Oh boy I was so happy we tried. This place reminded me of massage place in Osaka Station, Japan. So relaxing, so clean. We also don't have to take off our clothes (which I like). They use some lotion for your feet but I really like it cause it doesn't sticky after!! The massage chair are strong and comfy. They are polite and also attentive. The gentlemen providing the massages did a wonderful job, it was the administration staff that disappointed and lacked respect and hospitality. Administration staff interrupted the massage multiple times to (what I can only assume) tell them to hurry up. Our massages were abruptly ended by the same admin rushing us to get up, & started removing towels and cleaning up before we even sat up. Stopping by here for massages was totally unplanned but was one of the highlights of our week-long stay in Waikiki! My mom, aunt and I randomly stopped in after walking past a few times and got their heavily advertised $60 deal, 30 min foot and 40 min body massage. We did not opt for the scented oil for an extra charge (and don't regret that). I loved that they were able to take us in right away and be worked on all at the same time. I was initially skeptical, like how good can this even be if we're still fully clothed and sitting in chairs? But trust me they recline the chairs all the way down to a bed and worked on places on my body I didn't know needed work. It was AMAZING. My only complaint is that multiple times before and after our massage while we were in front of the store waiting around or sitting on the planter, we got a heavy dose of secondhand cigarette smoke from a guy that kept hanging around the storefront, not sure if an employee but regardless they should ask him to leave and smoke elsewhere. read more

I've seen this place as I walked around the shopping center but didn't think of stopping in since I already have my go to massage place closer to home. However, I luckily received a combo massage gift card (40 mins body + 20 mins foot massage) a few months back and decided to make an appt. I was promptly shown to my comfy large chair for a warm foot bath. My masseuse, Linda, reclined the chair so it's totally flat and started my massage. She had really good pressure, which hurt a little at times, but that's exactly what I needed! Linda was so awesome and I felt that she massaged every inch of my body! I got the special which was $60 for a 40 min body massage and 30 min foot massage. Finally came back and this time I'm 6 months pregnant and Alex took care of me. He was firm when needed and gentle in areas he knew he needed to be. I was laid on my side instead of back (due to pregnancy) and i was in Heaven. He did a mix of pressure point, drainage, and relaxing movements. He also gave me a pressured point face massage. I normally don't like to leave negative reviews but I believe Yelp is a platform to share ALL experiences good or bad is just as important. I booked an online appointment to get a 60 min body massage and 30 min foot massage. I got there right when they opened and was greeted by a lady up front. I told her I had an appointment and as she checked me in she asked if I wanted a dry or wet massage. Wet being oils/lotion, I never had a "dry" massage so asked for a wet one. She told me it was going to be $5 extra, I know it's just $5 but thought that was very strange. She then got the person who was going to do my massage and I realized it was a male, I'm a female and prefer a lady but when I requested one she said he was the only one available. I took my changes and said OK. There were about 20+ chairs available to sit and get my massage done, the guy ended up picking a chair literally next to another customer when the whole place was empty. I felt a little weird to get a massage next to someone so I asked if we could sit on any other chair/spot. He told me NO so I went back to the lady up front and asked why I couldn't sit somewhere else since there were 19 or so other spots. She told me I could choose any other chair so I did. The 30 min foot massage was decent but so many of the employees around were talking so loud not caring that this should be a quiet place when getting a massage. When it came to the 60 min body massage, it all went downhill from there. First off the guys demeanor was super off and rudelike. He also had a bunch of keys on his belt that kept making loud noises when he was moving to massage me. When it was time to lay with my face down, he then sat right next to my head and was using his elbow to dig deep into my back but while he was doing that he was hitting my head. I kept saying "ouch" but he continued to do it. I had it so I asked to leave early, he walked me to the front when I was paying because I just wanted to leave, the lady asked how my massage was not realizing I ended it early. I wanted to tell her everything but the guy just stood there staring at me wanting to hear what I had to say. I felt afraid to say anything so I just paid and left. I'm now on here to let everyone else know my bad experience because I feel so much could have been done better. Again I feel bad for this review but really felt the need to share. read more

Bad experience with male therapist. I felt he was intentionally trying to hurt me. Painful and wouldn't let up after her knew he was hurt me. I felt he was prejudice towards me. The man who gave me a massage was very strong and used good strong pressure. This is exactly the type of message I like. I got the one hour foot massage for $50, but he convinced me to add another ten minutes for $15. If you pay by credit card, you must pay tax, which is about 10%. read more
