Their listed hours are 10:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. everyday. I checked on Yelp, Google maps, and even physically went to Zeng's massage. I called twice before showing up, once at 1:10 p.m. and another at 1:40 p.m. No one picked up, there was no answering machine, but I figured maybe they were busy with an appointment. I went to Zeng's at 1:50 p.m. today (Sunday, July 25). Their door was locked, no one answered, and there was no sign on the door about changed hours. I understand things come up for a small business. But please at least update your voicemail or put a sign out. I did my due diligence before showing up and still encountered a completely closed business during what should have been your open hours. read more

Very bad experience, I paid for 60 minutes and I got 45, I asked for the 15 minute left but lady pretended to not understand. Massage started ok but later she missed spots and massage wasn't unequal, she did different things in left side of my body to the right side missing spots. To finish with a gold medal my relaxing experience my therapist started fighting with a lady that I think is the owner so I left and they kept yelling. Won't recommend this place read more

This place is great for deep tissue massages. It's very clean and tidy, they have individual rooms and a communal room. They also have clean showers you can use if you want, plush blankets, clean towels and heaters to keep you warm. Super cheap! $45 for an hour is their special. Every time I go, I ask them to walk on my back and do deep tissue before a full body oil massage. A bit of a language barrier, but if you speak to the man, he knows english well. Great for the price. Some of these reviews say they're too rough, but in my experience they could be stronger. I think that's why they do the back walking, because the masseuses are pretty petite. read more

Walked in here because it said $45/ hr for full body on the outside of the place but inside it says 65 for full body which I was confused about but whatever I was still willing to pay 45 or 65.. to me it was just like false advertising. I just needed something to relieve some tension I had all over my back and shoulders. Let me start off by when I walked in they asked me if I wanted to pay before the service or after which made no sense to me why would u charge someone before a massage that could possibly not satisfy the customer? So then I go in to lay on the bed before the lady comes in and had to wait 15 minutes before she started.. I specifically told them I have back problems so why are you asking me to walk on my back? Overall massage experience was a 4/10 she got some tension out but the massage overall felt very rushed and she would do some things to one leg or one arm and didn't repeat the same thing on the other half of my body.. which in my eyes that's not full body so why get charged full price? So I go to pay for my massage after and I tell them how much to charge my card for since I didn't have cash for tip. The lady takes my card and I tell her $70 and she's complaining that's not a tip $5 is not a tip. For me she came off very ungrateful. She should be glad I'm tipping at all with the horrible experience I had.. she ended up giving me the receipt and I see that the lady that was withholding my card when I asked to give it back if she wasn't happy with it they charged me $72 according to the receipt and I literally got into a whole altercation with the ladies because if I'm asking for my card back you give it back. You don't stand there and act like you didn't just hear me.. overall horrible experience.. lady tried to give me a card that says if you get 6 massages the 7th one will be free. I have a very physically demanding job, and it's crucial for me to have a skilled massage. I didn't get the name of my masseur, but she did a wonderful job. She hit all of the spots I needed, and made sure I got extra attention on the areas I needed most. She was very polite, and I would definitely recommend for any friend or family to go there as well. I went here on an impulse: 1 hour. I specified "strong" but compared to Thai massage which I usually do, it was relaxing. My shoulders, which get very tight, felt much better after, and with some big meetings coming up, it helped clear my head.
