One even left to check the door when another customer walked in, and took a while to come back. Other massage therapist walked out for no reason at all. All this was inclusive of the hour massage we paid for. Massage was mediocre, didn't have any flow, and the pressure applied wasn't enough to alleviate any of my pain or knots. Was not very polite when requesting for us to turn over or letting us know that the massage was done. Didn't even massage the front of the body, arms, and legs. My BF said his massage therapy scratched his scalp for 15 minutes. The experience got even worse when the massage therapist said there is an additional 10% charge for the tip, meaning, if we were to tip $40 which would have been generous for the poor service and massage, it would have been $44. Upon dispute, the therapist claimed that they don't even see the additional 10% and that went to the house, which makes no sense at all but maybe an excuse for them to try and make a little more for themselves. So, leaving a little tip vs. No tip at all, the therapist raged out and started yelling at us, calling me crazy. Definitely one of the worse experiences and not recommended!

And long story short, I won't be returning. 1) when I called to make my appt, I asked several times to confirm for a foot massage bc I didn't want to have to take off my clothes, and really wanted to concentrate on my sprained ankle. The front desk lady said yes when I asked foot massage. However when I arrived, I realized it was the lay down massage only and I'd have to remove clothing. It's fine , I understand there may have been a language barrier, and I won't complain about getting a massage even if it's not the exact one I want last minute. 2) this location does not use sheets to cover you , they use a medium size towel that basically only covers your torso and upper thigh. I didn't realize this, so when I first walked into the room, I used the sheet on top of the table to cover me- no one had told me about the towels when I arrived to the room. When the masseuse came into the room, she told me to get out from under the sheet, and when assisting me, my whole chest was sticking out lol (I am a woman who is somewhat modest, and really appreciate when massage staff care to keep me covered when moving on the table). So modesty is not really a priority here. FYI, The massage table is heated but air temp cold with just a towel. 3) the masseuse asked me to pay at the beginning of the session, when I already had my clothes off, so while on the table I had to reach for my wallet on the chair next to me. Then 50 mins into my 60 min session, she asked me to tip, which felt a lil weird. I offered to tip 20% , but she requested I round up and then add $2. I was annoyed, but an extra $2.5 isn't going to kill me, so I didn't make a big deal over it. TLDR: massage was good, but really not a fan of the how payment was acquired, being haggled for tip, towel used instead of sheet to cover me, modesty not really a priority, and confusion over the specific services offerings at this location when talking to the front desk over the phone .

My full body massage was also great, but I liked how the foot massage really focused on the feet/legs and shoulders, back.
