Manager is unprofessional and dishonest. Massages are ineffective and facial is waste of money. Beware of buying membership. You lose your accrued massage hours once you cancel, so you get stuck trying to use up hours which is really a waste of time anyway. This is a nice place. The staff is really nice but it is one of those membership kind of places. The prices are reasonable but I prefer the pay as you go type of places. Clean and inviting facility. The quiet room is nicely appointed and they have tea or infused water. I also tried the jet water bed thing when I came here the first time. You'll thank me. I usually go to foot massage places (not fancy and pretty cheap). However, I bought a Groupon here and tried it put for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience, definitely a few steps above the foot massage places. They really give you the spa experience here, you get to wait in a nice waiting room with a refreshment before your massage, then your masseuse will escort you to your dimly lit private room and then you can get undressed to whatever you are comfortable with and hop onto the warm massage table. Love it. Not quite as fancy as Nordstrom's spa but for the price this is definitely worth it. I thought my masseuse was good and she definitely paid attention to my problem areas. The membership program they have is pretty reasonable and I love how you can choose to get a facial instead of a massage. Other places make you pay at least $20 to upgrade to a facial instead of a massage. One awesome perk is you can use their hydromassage bed for free whenever you want. You could even come everyday to use it if you are a member, the hydromassage bed is like a water bed but it has massage functions. It was very unique and felt great! read more

I haven't gotten a massage in awhile (maybe a year or 1.5 yrs ago). But I just worked an event (14 straight days with an average of 13hrs/day) so I definitely needed a massage. I went in and made an appointment with Natalie. This morning I get a call from them saying that Natalie wouldn't be available but Amanda (the lead masseuse) would be taking my appointment. The hydro luxe machine was interesting but great. Got my muscles to loosen up before the massage. Amanda did a great job getting all the kinks out and helped me relax. There were muscles I didn't know we're tight/tender. She did a great job. I don't know if I would get the membership because my trying to cut back on spending but I would definitely go back again. read more

Pretty clean and nice place versus other places I've gone to. First massage was great. Second massage - not so great and I felt extremely uncomfortable. Anyway, due to some time constraints, I called to cancel my membership (you know, the "hassle free" one) ... But you have to come in and sign some forms. When I first came here with my friend, we really liked the place and signed a membership. The hydro bed is a plus. It's clean and the atmosphere is good. However, every therapist's skill is very different. Choose a good one, otherwise it's a waste of money! This place is loosing good therapists. After I came here, two best therapists are gone. Gina is the best, my favorite; she does not work here anymore so I'll cancel my membership. Kim, my friend goes to her all the time. She is good and professional, but usually doesn't work on you for the full hour. My friend always comes out couple minutes before me even I go in earlier than her. I also tried another two female therapists, they are not good. One was new, very unprofessional. I came here for deep tissue massage for about 6 times now, and got really disappointed. When I wanted a appointment with my favorite therapist, the front desk told me that she is not available so I made an appointment with different person who did a terrible job. When I came out, I saw the therapist that I wanted an appointment with at the first place, and she told me that she was available. I don't know why they do that. One more thing disappointed me was I wanted a free eyebrow wax, and they told me it's a special for first time customer. However, they never told me when I first came in. My friend and I are coming for so long, it's just a eye brow wax..... The overall service is good, not great. If you do massage a lot, like couple times a month; I highly recommend stick with the best therapist, buy the membership and additional hours. Specialty massages cost more, never tried. read more

Anthony my massage therapist was good, no complaints there.. although massage stared at 10:03 and ended at 10:53 ( i was sure to look at the clock per the other reviews) so not quite an hour. Moved over to get my facial and it was not so great. The steam was too low, there were no extractions, and I didn't even get my scalp treatment. I am a total groupon user and I have been to many spa's because of it. I asked for someone who is good at deep tissue messages and they set me up with Gaby. SHE IS AMAZING! I sincerely have not considered buying into the membership programs at any of the spas after the groupon but I did this time. I bought it because I felt that my massage was exactly what I wanted. It is a great value being able to use the HydroLux message everyday and getting a one hour message or facial once a month is nice. When I went back I felt very comfortable gong back to the same person and that made it that much better. Shout out to Gaby. She does great work! I hope more locations open up soon. read more

Let me just start off by saying that I am not one to go around complaining about different businesses on here like some people do. I just want to let you know what to expect before you go here. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars and not 1 is because of the good customer service by the front staff and nice interior of the place. My low rating is based more on the massage... The massage itself was not good at all, definitely a one star rating... You know its not good when you're wondering when it's going to be over. I specifically asked my therapist if she could focus on my back because I was feeling very tight, I actually said it twice. Throughout the whole time she kept lathering me up in lotion so I left feeling really greasy under my clothes which is not very pleasant at all. She lightly worked on 2 spots on my upper back for a little then she (still very lightly) did the rest of my back for a few minutes and that was it. The majority of the massage, it felt like anyway, was spent on my legs. She worked on my legs when I was on my stomach, then flipped me over and did them even more when I was laying on my back. And when she put my legs back under the sheets, she had them situated over the wedge so that I was practically doing the splits, um talk about uncomfortable and awkward! After I got up I felt no better than before I laid down on that bed.. My back was still very tight, and still is a day later. Maybe I just got unlucky with massage therapists, or maybe it's just me. Unfortunately I cancelled my membership because frankly, I never got a good massage from any of their therapist. Perhaps they are not seasoned enough. Regardless, if you use a groupon on intro coupon for 38$ then yeah, it's worth it, but to pay full price or a monthly membership, I thought it was not worth it. They will try to close you on purchasing a membership after your first massage when you are vulnerable. Sounds like a good deal, but it's not. Only way to cancel is in person & if you cancel your membership you lose any unused credits. They don't allow you to stop paying for the membership unless you lose any & all credits. They do not allow you to transfer the credits to a friend or family member or put the credits/money in the form of a gift card. MEMBERSHIP IS A WASTE of MONEY unless you are going to be there religiously & you don't have a life event that doesn't allow you to be there. Today was my lucky day in that I hit the jackpot when I had Donald give me the absolute most amazing massage .. Warm bed , warm towels and aromatherapy .. The front staff ( Alexis and Maria are amazing in their service which superseded my expectations ) .. They spoiled me with the hydoluxe massage machine and cucumber water .. I had the opportunity to meet the owner ( woman and not corporate owned) who bent backwards in answering all my questions.. They are ridiculously affordable for the Quality and service.. I've never been a "spa" girl. I have been plagued with neck and shoulder issues for seven months. I tried my usual acupuncture and chiropractic treatment... No results. Made an appointment here on a Saturday by chance. They had a few empty slots, so I made an appointment. I am so glad I did. My first impressions: very clean and beautiful building. Extremely friendly and personable staff. Before my massage they put me in a quick water bed with pressure to loosen up my tissue. After that I was greeted by my masseuse, Jesse (male). Deep tissue, 50 minutes. To sum it up in one word it was simply AMAZING. He was very aware of my tense spots and had strong, smooth hands. He was attentive to what felt good for me and guided my respirations when needed. It was one of (if not the) best massages I have ever had the pleasure of receiving. I can't stress how much of a wonderful experience I've had each and every time I've been here :) TJ, the owner, is extremely pleasant and works hard at making sure each customer's experience is top-notch! I'm always greeted with friendly smiles and phone calls from Chelsea and Cassidy at the front desk. They're both extremely friendly and helpful when booking appointments and reminder calls as well. I've had multiple massages with Roland, Anthony, Ian, Robert, and Jeff and they are all amazing! I seriously can't pick a favorite because they all have great technique, are very friendly, and always send you away with "homework" aka stretching tips for any problem areas. As a runner and "sitting in a chair for 9 hour" type- of- person, I'm very appreciative! I've also had many great facials at the spa and LOVE their Vita Cura Repechage skin care line! Members get 15% off all products so that's a major plus! In addition, the spa itself is very nice, clean, and has a great relaxing atmosphere. Turns out that its not 60min but 50min and my facial girl only gave me 45min making it pointless for the product to do its magic on my skin. I think they are already Yelp-approved over here based on the reviews I've read, so I don't think I have to say much more. If you like frou frou massages, I know they can accommodate them, but what I can appreciate the most is that these guys really give you a legit massage- they work out the kinks and give you tips on how to keep things in check.
