It use to be a kids play area but they change into a photo booth, claw machine game room so older folks can enjoy. Their food court menu has expanded too. It use to be mostly Korean food but now you have shave ice, fruits, salad and smoothie drinks. Which is great if you're not particularly wanting anything heavy. Yes price has increased but they are also updated and expanded to make the experience more pleasant which I appreciate. It being over 6 months that I last came and was pleasantly surprised. I stop going for a while because the price increased but the facilities stayed the same and a little underwhelmed but now I'm enjoying it little bit more. It seems like everything is just a little bit better now. I see the effort.

They put a lot of effort into recreating the feel of a traditional Korean village in their jjimjilbang and rest area, and it really does make you feel like you've been transported to Korea. The women's soaking pools are also spacious. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was really disappointing. The jjimjilbang rooms were noticeably cooler than I remembered. Most of them were barely warm enough to make me sweat, and even the hottest room didn't feel hot at all. At first, I assumed something was malfunctioning, which I would have completely understood. However, I asked the front desk and was told that these are going to be their regular temperatures moving forward because they had been cited by the health department for the rooms being too hot. I understand that they have to comply with health department requirements, but for someone who specifically comes here for the traditional Korean sauna experience, this completely changes the experience for me. If I'm going to a sauna, I expect to sweat. The LA weather outside honestly feels hotter than some of the sauna rooms now. It's unfortunate because iSpa used to be worth the hour-plus drive for me, and I genuinely loved coming here. The atmosphere is still beautiful and unique, but without the heat I expect from a Korean sauna, I don't think I'll be making the drive back.

My friend and I had planned a little foot massage day, and this place was convenient, so we decided to give it a try. For me, a foot massage means exactly that - a FOOT massage. Something relaxing and comforting, especially for people who walk a lot or are on their feet all day. Your heels, arches, and the front of your feet are the areas that really need that nice pressure and attention. That's kind of the whole point. Unfortunately, the description of the foot massage was very different from what I actually received. And just for context, I'm definitely not new to massages. I've had foot massages in many different cities and countries throughout my travels, so I have a pretty good idea of what a foot massage is supposed to feel like. This was NOT a foot massage. I feel bad saying that because my masseuse was a very sweet lady, but she spent almost the entire time intensely pressing and poking my legs with her fingers. It genuinely hurt. I asked her to go easier, but I don't think she understood what I meant. She seemed to think I wanted less pressure overall, when really I was trying to explain that her fingers were literally poking the heck out of my leg bones. Meanwhile, my actual feet were barely touched. My heels? Not once. It was mostly constant rubbing and finger pressure on my legs, which was honestly the opposite of what I came in for. Unfortunately, it felt like a waste of money for me. I also didn't feel guilty about not tipping because my experience was genuinely uncomfortable and not at all what was advertised. I actually feel bad leaving this review because everyone was nice, and everything else about the place was great. I'm leaving this mainly as feedback for the business. Either the description of the service needs to be more accurate, or the massage therapists need to be trained so the service actually matches what's being advertised. After this experience, I personally wouldn't feel comfortable trying their other services because now I'd be wondering whether those descriptions match the actual service either. Really wanted to love this place, but unfortunately, this one was a no for me. Sorry, but no thank you.

No stretching, no hot stone massaging (they were simply laid on my lower back), no full body flow movements, etc. It was a COMPLETELY different massage and was generic! Wow, what a place! I've been to many massage places. But this one was certainly in a league of it own, while still being affordable! First walking in, everyone is super friendly and soft-spoken. Found this on my car today(paper advertisement) and I cannot stand this. This is not how businesses should be advertising, leaving trash everywhere. Not only is it illegal where I was parked (in the Tustin District, right next to a Massage Envy which is far better), but it's never getting my business. At no point did she tell me I would need to fill out a cancellation form and if I didn't I would be charged $90 a month until i did! Apparently I signed a section in the contract a year ago that I would have to fill out a cancellation form. Even so I called right away when I found out my card had been charged another $90. As I already have 4 credits that I have to use up within 60 days I did not want or need another credit. I asked if they could refund the $90 and after talking to three members of the staff I was met with attitude and was told they would not refund the $90. I was offered a $90 refund if I agreed to cancel my 4 credits! That made no sense as I would be out 4 payments of $80 totaling $320!!!! I would have been less upset if they had been at all nice about it but the attitude was awful. If they want return customers and referrals I would be a little more customer friendly. I will not be using Massage Envy in the future and will not recommend this location.

This experience felt very different from the massage I had about a week ago in the best way possible. Shirley took the time at the beginning to have me circle the areas I wanted to focus on, which I really appreciated. I let her know that my upper and lower back were my main problem areas, and she absolutely delivered. Although next time I may focus solely on back work, she still did an excellent job with the full body massage. The appointment started promptly on time, and she was very welcoming and accommodating, even allowing me to use the restroom before we began. Overall, Shirley was incredibly friendly, professional, and skilled. I would absolutely recommend her and would love to book with her again in the future. One thing that would be really helpful is if ClassPass showed exactly which masseuse is assigned when scheduling appointments. I would love the opportunity to choose my masseuse next time because I would definitely request Shirley again.

From there, I was taken to a cozy, quiet and cool shared space where the had me lay back on a reclined bed / seat. The combo focused on my arms, shoulders, neck, head, forehead, legs and feet. I believe they'll also massage your stomach but I specifically asked them not to due to a recent abdominal surgery. Things to know: - they only accept cash! - recommend calling in for an appointment, this place gets busy - the front desk gal was super sweet - most of the venue is a shared space but they have curtains in certain areas and private rooms upon request (my mom and I were in a shared space section closed off by a curtain so it felt private) - staff is super friendly and provide firm massages - shared parking lot next to Claro's Italian market - prices are reasonable, they have a water dispenser in the check in area for post massage hydration 10/10 recommend. I'll be back. :)

Esto significa que usa una sábana para cubrirte y usa las manos, rodillas y pies para aplicar presión en los músculos para relajarte. Ella se da cuenta donde tienes más tensión, pero tú le puedes pedir que se enfoque en lo que gustes (apropiadamente claro). Siempre comienza con tu espalda. Sara usa buena presión intensa si lo deseas (personalmente me encanta) también puedes pedir que sea más ligera ya que también tiene experiencia con personas embarazadas y o sensibles. Usa la voz y dile si tienes alguna sensibilidad (no es adivina :) Ayuda a relajar los músculos y articulaciones de pies a cabeza sin combros adicional como en otros lugares. Te pedirá que respires profundo al estirar, especialmente esos músculos que necesitas más dedicación. Si alguna vez tienes tiempo para un masaje de 2 horas, te lo recomiendo, a ella le encanta su oficio, es profesional y muy amable. 100% la recomiendo. Que no te asuste el precio no te arrepentirás. Saldrás rejuvenecidx. Llámale cuando llegues a la hora de acuerdo para que te deje entrar a el edificio, su local está cerca de el baño. * Usa calzones/chonis que no te importe manchar con poco de aceite ya que es completamente normal que use aceite o loción para la mitad del masaje.
