My whites turned blue/gray and it was expensive!! A friend recommended Ginny's, which was further from my house but I needed another solution. I have been so impressed with the responsiveness of the new owner, David, and the kindness and hard work of his team. They offer pickup and delivery for free and that has worked out great! We had specifically requested that our clothes be hung, but everything was returned in bags instead. After seeing that many of the clothes were stained, it made more sense why they may have chosen to bag everything. When we reached out to the owner about the issue, the response was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of taking accountability or trying to resolve the problem, the owner blamed us and claimed that the clothes were already in that condition when we sent them in. Mistakes can happen, but poor customer service and refusal to take responsibility make the situation much worse. Based on our repeated issues and the way this was handled, we will not be using this business again. Three bags of clothes were stained by them!!

I dropped off my bedding last Saturday and was told they would not be ready until Thursday, which already seemed very long for a light comforter and sheets with no stain. When Thursday approached, I headed to the store to find a sign on the front door informing customers the store would be closed from 1:40-5:20, how odd? And with zero warning from the owner himself. I would have appreciated a phone call letting me know of this information so I could have planned accordingly. Just very unprofessional in my opinion. I go on with my day running errands and a few hours later I call the store to make sure they are open. A woman answered and sounded very confused and apologized but said they would be open until 7 pm so I head back to the store around 5:30 pm. Once I arrive to the store, the lights are on as well as the open sign, but the door was locked. I call the store number again and the woman apologizes again sounding very confused but told me to come back in the morning. Friday morning comes and I head back to the store, this time they are open. I begin explaining my frustration to the man and told him I didn't think I should have to pay full price due to the inconveniences on his end from him not being there the day before, which was my set pick up time. I was not given any sort of apology or discount. Overall I was very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I paid $1.99/pound for same day service which to me was a good deal. I was checked in by a very friendly gentleman today (1/28) who explained the process to me and advised I would receive a txt when my order was ready. Around 1pm I received a txt that my order was ready. I have never had such fast and professional service. Great job and I'll be back again!!
