This is by far the best customer service experience I have ever had and trust me when I say I've had many good experiences. Duane greeted my son and I as soon as we entered the store he had a wonderful smile and welcoming attitude. We shared with him that we have a small home but looking for a quality vacuum we could have around for years to come. I had in mind what price I'd be willing to spend and he was eager to assist in finding a good fit in our budget. Meanwhile my 2year old son who truly has a fascination with vacuums was enthralled by the many options he had to choose from. Duane informed us that he had been the owner for many years and recently retired handing the business to his sister but coming in every so often to help here and there. He asked Dan his right hand man to demonstrate some of the newer vacuums and explain some of the features. I cannot say enough positive things about Dan. He was very patient with questions and eager to explain the various options/price points. They have the basics all the way up to the Taj Mahal (the best of the best). I ended up purchasing a Riccar branded vacuum and have truly loved it. It has an extra long hose, pet attachment, and 3 settings for normal, raised, and bare floors which are self adjusting. Overall I am grateful for both Duane and Dan. They made buying a vacuum and absolute joy. Not to mention how happy my son was during the experience. They gave my 2 year old son a full sized vacuum and let him go to town. He was overjoyed to give them a whirl. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and are still loving the product we purchased.
