My clothes dryer stopped working a few days, ago. I had used the services of Arter, the repair technician, for another service. So, I knew I would receive excellent service. I called and made an appointment with him. He was right on top of things. Arter came over and diagnosed the problem. He spent a good amount of time working on the dryer. It turns out that the vent is clogged and needs to be cleared out. Going forward Arter advised what I should do and who to call. His work is impeccable and his initial charge is very reasonable. I called in the afternoon and Artur set up a time for the evening on the same day. It took him just a few minutes to diagnose the problem and provide me with an estimate. He needed to order a part and said it would take a few days. A few days later, he texted me to let me know he had received the part and could come in the early afternoon the next day. He moved my refrigerator out of its very tight spot and took extra care to avoid damaging my tile floors. He worked on my fridge for well over 2 hours. He replaced the part, defrosted a plugged drain line, cleaned my coils, and swept the floor where the fridge has been sitting for the past 10 years. Given the time he spent fixing the problem and the speed with with he came out when I called him, I'd say Artur and Master Appliance Repair is a solid 5 stars. We've been using Artur for a few years, even referred him to my mother-in-law who used him as well. Recently he charged me $59 for a diagnostic that was to be applied towards the repair, turned out the part that he needed is discontinued and so the repair is impossible to complete. Artur told me he'd find a workaround and then never reached out, I had to text him a few times to get a response. Finally I asked if he could refund me my money so I could use it towards another fridge, since the whole point of his diagnostic is to fix things and he can't actually fix my fridge. He refused.
