I looked it over and really loved the personal touches they put on each vehicle they had (mine had a new set of rims and tires that fit perfectly with the vehicle). After test driving, rather than rush for the sale, Nate really asked questions to get to know me and explained Black Rock and their philosophy about how you should leave with a car that makes others wonder where you went, instead of a car that everyone and their mother-in-law drives (my paraphrase not his exact words). This is a small business I was glad I stumbled upon, and even happier I was able to patronize. I called to ask for advice, and the team were super helpful and talked me through exactly what I needed to do in order to try and get things working - even though at that stage I wasn't a customer as my system was installed years ago in another state. Once I managed to get the vehicle drivable I went straight to their location, and they took the time to put the vehicle in valet mode for me and talked me through the possible error causes. In the end the fob was the culprit, and they ordered me a new one and paired it for me for no extra charge when it arrived. You can tell the check in guy knew what he was talking about. Check in A+ The next evening we get a call and they say both my best friend's bike and mines were completed.
