Overall carpet cleaning was good and reasonable as well. Rollie and team came home on time and finished the carpet cleaning in one hour. I would definitely spend on this again after seeing the amount of dirt that is hidden in carpets. I contacted Rolly the same day that I had my carpets cleaned by another carpet cleaning service. I was not satisfied with the other cleaners service. Rolly was efficient and provided me with an estimate. He was able to get the stains and marks out of the carpet that the other cleaner claimed were not removable. The other cleaner, Aaron, told us that the stains and marks left on carpet could not be removed and by cleaning again or trying to use something after his cleaning to try to get stains out would be toxic. I contacted Master Cleaning Services. Rolly from Master Cleaning Services came out the same day that Aaron steam cleaned our carpet and said that he would do his best to remove the stains and marks and if I wasn't satisfied that he would clean it again as a guarantee. Rolly came out two days later and cleaned the carpets again. He was able to remove all the stains. Rolly vacuumed, spot treated, shampooed, and then steam cleaned. My carpets look great. I should of contacted Rolly first at Master Cleaning Services and saved the money and time and had it cleaned properly. I would recommend Rolly's service to anyone who is looking for an honest and hardworking carpet cleaning service. My stains are gone and I am happy! read more

Rollie the owner is a pretty decent guy. He comes with a helper and they get the job done pretty quickly. He'll explain to you what he is going to do when he arrives. You'll feel comfortable with him in your house. We chatted while he worked and learned we both went to the same church. Friendly man, but also good at his work. I had a bad ink stain, which unfortunately didn't go with the carpet cleaning. I cant blame the carpet cleaners for it, they tried his best. Although when you have an ink stain sometimes just blotting it with a towel will have to do. May need to invest in some carpet patch work. Good luck. read more

I highly recommend Rolly. We just moved into an older home and the previous owner really neglected the tile. Rolly's estimate was very competitive with the other bids I received and I just knew he was going to stand by his work after our first meeting. I wasn't disappointed. During his first visit he was unable to clean up the discoloration on the grout - like I said the grout probably hasn't been cleaned for 6 years! He could've resorted to acid stripping which most other tile cleaners were proposing to do, but he was concerned he would ruin the grout since it's fairly old grout. So after the first 4 hr visit, he came back to scrub for another 4 hours. Rolly takes great pride in his work and he will try his best to clean and preserve your tile. read more

I don't think I have ever seen my carpet this clean from the other companies that I usually go with. The price was excellent with a 25% yelp discount.
