I hired him independent of home depot to update my flooring new tile, part of this was to include installing new baseboard as well as doing some grout and tile work on my fire place. I travel often and it's not always easy for me to be around, I had a friend stay in the home while the tile flooring was installed, this went well to a point. I asked Robert several times for a written quote which I never got and neither did I get a receipt, in the end he gave me a price and I made the check out to a third party. I was told he'd finish the job he started. Now 2 months later I've given up and in fact due to his lack of detail I have hired someone else to finish the jobs he started. He does not have his email address on his card, hard to reach by phone, I'm disappointed as I know he has the capability to do a good job, in my case I was let down :(. Sadly after this experience I would not recommend him.

I had other businesses look at my door and they all wanted to replace the entire door. Lee came out to look at it and said he could fix it without replacing the entire door. All it needed was new rollers and a lock. He told me it would slide like brand new and he had a lock on his truck that would fit it. Lee told me how much it would cost and I was happy with the price so I told him to go ahead and fix it. He installed the lock the rollers and now it's like a brand new door and it saved me about $2500 this company is very reputable and I would recommend it to anyone.

They came in at a fraction of the price of every other company I received quotes from. They were professional, straightforward, never pushy, and just genuinely kind people to work with. They even stopped by my office instead of my home to complete the documents we needed. The real reason I'm writing this review, though, is because of the customer service after the sale: About a year after my installation, the window frames that are exposed to the brutal Nevada sun started to yellow. I called Window World, and even though it had been a year, they immediately offered to make it right. They sent out a representative named Alex (I hope I'm remembering his name correctly, kind gentleman in a truck and ties is hair back) and he was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain what had happened and walked me through a few different solutions. We decided to have the frames repainted with a specialty paint designed for the issue and within just a few days, a painter was at my house completing the work. The painter was also great. The only hiccup was that while removing my screen door, one of the handles came off without either of us noticing. There were also a few small spots of white paint left behind on my walls. I called Window World, explained the situation, and they immediately sent Alex back out. Once again, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely wanted to make sure everything was taken care of. He looked over my concerns and assured me they'd be fixed. Then he noticed that my screen had been absolutely destroyed by my dogs. I never even asked about it but he volunteered to replace the screen on the spot. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. From the initial sales experience to standing behind their product long after installation, Window World has been outstanding. They earned my trust and they've earned a customer for life. We couldn't afford it and gave up that idea. Then I was reading up on windows again and read about Anlin windows. After reading reviews on window installer I called the Window and Door Store. They came out showing me a sample of an Anlin window. I was very impressed not only with the product but also the installer. The warranty with Anlin is far better than Anderson. The quote came in at less than half of what Anderson quoted. Sold! The windows were installed by a great & efficent team of Jacob, Isaac, Chris, Angel and another whose name I cannot recall. This was about a year and a half ago, so these past few weeks, I've been looking for a new window and glass company to fix the issue. I'm not sure what it is about the Vegas area, but I called several different window and glass companies and they were all either shady or rude. I was referred to a Dan Bradley Glass Shop by a coworker and I'm so thankful they did! I called Dan Bradley Glass for an estimation visit, the girl who answered the phone was super nice and easy to work with. Their system is they send people to appointments based on their availability in certain neighborhoods, and I was put on the schedule for the week after I called. Richie was the specialist on my window and he was very kind and helpful and he called me with a heads up that he'd be on his way to take my appointment. He did a full look at the window from the inside and then got on his tall ladder to look from the outside and found the problem quickly. He told me the next steps and the timeline to get the full quote and their recommendation as a company to get the window re-installed properly. I wish I'd found Dan Bradley Glass sooner because I feel the issues I now have with water damage to my bedroom wall could've been prevented if they'd done the job the first time. Since the appointment was today, I'm still waiting on the full price for a replacement window if I choose to go that route, but it's nice to know there's a company out there that values good work and doesn't believe in ripping people off.
