MasterCraft is by far the best plumbing service provider that I've worked with for my house needs. In the 10 or so years in my current dwelling, I've had to call out a plumbing service 4 times now, and MasterCraft is by far the best experience I've had. Jeremy is the technician who came and worked at my place. He received multiple phone calls while on site for other jobs, but never once rushed or made it seem like he just wanted to do the job. Fix my problem and get to the next job as quick as possible. He made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed and that my job was the only importance at that time. Eddie came by within a day of me putting in a request and found the source of a sink leak. He was diligent and showed me what was going on. He also inspected the other sinks in the house and gave me a recommendation to do a similar repair as more leaks could arise. Eddie was prompt, quick, and cleaned up everything. Took his shoes off in the house and was very respectful that I was working while he was there. If this review was just for Eddie I would give 6/5 stars! However, this Thursday I had scheduled maintenance to fix the angle stops and toilets. Two different men came to do the repair. Landon and Juan. It seems that Landon may be newer or an apprentice and Juan more senior. They both came in and just trekked through the house in their gear, never asking if they should remove their boots to go upstairs on the carpet. Did the service and then came down and said ok we're done bye. I go upstairs to my bathroom later that day and there are stained wet rags all around the toilet, garbage can is not put back, and garbage from parts under the sink. I was never asked if there was a garbage bag they could use - would have gladly supplied them with whatever they needed. They also left a Milwaukee tool lamp here. Seems they were out in a hurry which tells me either something went wrong they don't want to disclose or they were running behind and overbooked services - neither make me feel confident in service received. Prior to this visit I would have 100% recommended MasterCraft, but it seems there are varying degrees of service depending on the tech.Maybe this is due to inexperience, but there is definitely a need for some training here. Definitely expected better with the cost of service paid. read more

MasterCraft Plumbers answered our request for an estimate rapidly. Eddie came out the following day and gave us an estimate to replace the main house valve, pressure regulator and associated pipes and fittings. Their estimate seemed reasonable and then Eddie suggested we could add an electronic shut off in case of broken pipe or fixtures within the house. Eddie also told us about a whole house water filtration system, but we may wait on that installation. We later decided to go ahead with the filtration system and we were offered financing, which we took. When Eddie finished installing the entire system in one day, he told us how to install the software on our phones and also how to use it. The installation process was smooth and Eddie and the rest of the crew was professional. We will use MasterCraft in the future. Job well done! read more

I had a great experience with MasterCraft Plumbers and I'd definitely use them again. My kitchen sink wasn't draining. I know how to clean the trap and even tried cleaning the clean out outside and it didn't help. So I reached out to MasterCraft. I sent a request at 1am Sunday night and heard back from James at 6:40am. I provided my number and he called me and discussed the details. We decided it wasn't worth fixing on a Sunday due to the increase in rate, and scheduled them to come Monday at noon. Fast forward to today, Monday, and they called and let me know they could come earlier; Joseph arrived at 10:55. He ran a powered snake through the line and it helped but didn't solve the problem. He got on the phone pretty quickly to try and see if there was availability for another crew to come and do the jet process and scope it. And they would roll the cost of the service visit/scoping into it all (so I didn't have to pay extra). Luckily a crew was available so we schedule them to come later today, around 4pm. Joseph left and I got a call a short while later saying the crew could come earlier! So they showed up at 2:37 - and walked me through everything. I watched as they worked and explained things to me. Turns out we should not be putting egg shells into our sink disposal- because that's what clogged my kitchen line. (See photo) After a long process of pushing the shells deeper into the main drain, everything looked clear so they packed up and headed out. Very happy that I called MasterCraft. This was for a gas hot water heater replacement. My old unit pilot light was not lighting and was about 14 years old. Called and they had a plumber that was available to come out the next day. Giovanni was great! Showed up on time, and was very knowledgeable about what was going on with the old unit, and gave me several options on replacement. I really like the brand of the new water heater too, a very solid company. Master Craft Plumbers turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. I had hired a well known company to solve a mainline clog at another property years ago. They were good but very expensive. I chose Master Craft because it was a Saturday, I was frantic because I had people coming into town, and they were the first plumbers to return my call! It turned out to be a very difficult job to even diagnose. 2 toilets were pulled. An ordinary snake the first day. An even bigger snake on Sunday. Camera on Monday diagnosing a main line blockage in the front yard almost at the sewer. Then a very big truck pulling a hydro jet rig on Tuesday to finally blast out the clog. they have a 5 star rating for good reason... i had a pretty involved job with a sewer line. they quoted the job, made some suggestions - i took some and turned down others, explained the scope and gave a fair price. downside was it took longer to get to do the job, but that's not their fault. and clean-up was poor tho - i would have liked them to let me know when job was complete. they used hose and water instead of broom. not good- but everything else was great, including 'bedside manners' in explaining. they took no shortcuts and used the right equipment! read more

After 3 pinhole leaks in our copper pipes in a 30 year old home, we were ready to make the expensive and invasive whole house upgrade to PEX. Overall, the team did a great job with a full house PEX conversion. This is exhausting work the the guys worked hard over 5 days. My only disappointment was the accidental damage to our dining room ceiling when the water pipe wasn't connected correctly and caused a major leak and additional damage. They immediately cut the water after a few minutes, but significant amount of water had saturated the ceiling and required removing an additional portion of the ceiling due to damage. Just finished dry wall repairs, which I was stuck with repairs of over $800 with no offer to reimburse. UPDATE 10/26/23: James (owner) reached out immediately and provided resolution and reimbursement for the repair. I really appreciate all the work and follow up from the company and the owners. Despite an honest mishap, the work and integrity from Mastercraft plumbers will continue to earn my business for future plumbing needs. read more
