I got a text that Jacob was on the way, picture included. He and his awesome Super Mario mustache arrived on time, provided an exact estimate of cost and time, and got straight to work. Jacob was respectful, nice to my VERY curious son, and worked hard to so the job right. At one point during the install, I got a text that another plumber was coming to assist. Mastercraft Plumbing was the first company to respond to my calls for estimates and was able to come by the same day to give me a preliminary quote. James, the initial estimator/salesperson got me scheduled the next day for a water pipe leak that I suspected to be in the wall somewhere based on a hissing leak sound without any visible water damage. Jeremy Nedrow the plumber who came out to do the leak detection and repair was very friendly and professional. He was very good to prep the area to control the mess and clean up after the work was done. This plumbing division is part of a larger home improvement/construction company. I called to report one of my toilets had a probable seal leak. Even though I said it was not an emergency, they had someone come out within an hour of my call. Josh Pellet was courteous, got right to work & confirmed that the seal was indeed leaking. The prior seal was apparently not tall enough to properly seal it. I have used MasterCraft twice in the last two weeks. We used Dillion to install two new kitchen faucets in our office. The we used Eddie to install an Icemaker. Mastercraft was very easy to schedule. I found the front office staff very communicative and the follow up from the management went above and beyond. The pricing was also about a 1/3 less than other local vendor I had contacted.
