These guys literally saved my life…read more I took my car in for a 2nd opinion yesterday and THANK GOD I did. They did a complete inspection of my suspension system. Then took me in to see my car and walked me through every part that needed to be replaced/repaired and explained the issue and severity. That has NEVER happened at any other shop. They gave me several estimates to help break down the repairs for me. I knew how serious it was when they had me sign a disclaimer stating basically that they informed me of the severe issues with my car and I was knowingly driving an unsafe car. That freaked me out a bit. Took my car back today first thing in the morning to fix the things they considered priority (brakes, driver side axle, and wheel bearings). They did the work. When it was done, they took me in again to show me something completely frightening. They explained that the second they took the tire off, the axle completely broke APART and the pieces were lying on the floor in front of me. The only the thing that kept the pieces together was the tire holding it in place. Once the tire came off, the axle fell into pieces. I wish I took a picture. It was terrifying. Had they not pressed into me how serious the issues with my car was, the axle and brakes could've come apart on my way to work. Could've been in an accident. Could've been in an accident with my family in the car. Caused an accident. They literally saved my life. I can't even imagine what could've happened to me had I kept driving my car in the state it was in. I am beyond grateful.

I was at work, but I left an hour early to be there before they close at 5pm. I pulled up at 4:40pm, gates are closed and there's a security. I ask him if they're closed and he opens the door to check with the workers (I can literally see them just sitting inside talking) -- they say they're closed. I ask "I can't just pick up my truck?" He asks me which truck and opens the door to the workers again and then back to me and says "nah, come back tomorrow". I wasn't mad about the wrong size fuel tank, but I didn't realize I had to call beforehand to ASK the employees to do their job until they actually close at 5pm. Look I get it. I work for a small business in town and we also close at 5, but we wouldn't turn away a customer that comes close to closing out of sheer laziness. To Whom It May Concern,…read more I am writing to document an unresolved vehicle damage claim involving Zoom Car Wash in Stockton, California. Over one year ago, my vehicle was damaged while going through Zoom Car Wash. The incident was reported immediately, and I was told Zoom would take responsibility for the repairs. I was directed to use a specific body shop selected by Zoom. The body shop later advised that the damage could be resolved by removing and repairing the hood, a repair that could be completed within one day. Despite this, I was told the repair could not move forward due to parts being on backorder. More than one full year later, my vehicle remains unrepaired. During this time, I have made multiple attempts to escalate the issue beyond local management. I have repeatedly requested contact with Zoom Car Wash's corporate office, but I have not been given access to anyone at the corporate level. I did speak with Mr. Sanchez, who identified himself as a manager, and explained that after such an extended delay I no longer wished to use the body shop Zoom required. Despite these efforts, the issue remains unresolved and I have still been unable to reach corporate decision-makers. Accidents can happen, but leaving a customer with unresolved vehicle damage for over a year -- while refusing access to corporate escalation -- demonstrates a serious lack of accountability and transparency. I am posting this publicly in hopes that someone from Zoom Car Wash's corporate office will finally reach out and resolve this matter.
