This was one of the few times that I had used Yelp's project feature to find a mechanic. Robles's auto repair was the quickest to reply and also ended up having one of the most competitive prices. Using the project feature of Yelp allowed me to stay in constant communication with Gabriel. I was kept abreast of the repairs on my vehicle and they even stuck around a little after hours to make sure I could get my car after the repairs were done. That Stockton traffic can be a doozy. The issue with my vehicle was a leak in the radiator that Mercedes said would cost $2400 to repair at the dealership, but with Robles's auto repair, I was able to do it for under $800. The parts in general are not what's expensive just my model and Mercedes has a lot of pieces that have to be removed to get access to the radiator. Now my car is running great and I should be good for a long time. If you're looking for a family run business, this is your next stop for your engine, rebuild transmission, rebuild, and general automotive repairs

These guys literally saved my life…read more I took my car in for a 2nd opinion yesterday and THANK GOD I did. They did a complete inspection of my suspension system. Then took me in to see my car and walked me through every part that needed to be replaced/repaired and explained the issue and severity. That has NEVER happened at any other shop. They gave me several estimates to help break down the repairs for me. I knew how serious it was when they had me sign a disclaimer stating basically that they informed me of the severe issues with my car and I was knowingly driving an unsafe car. That freaked me out a bit. Took my car back today first thing in the morning to fix the things they considered priority (brakes, driver side axle, and wheel bearings). They did the work. When it was done, they took me in again to show me something completely frightening. They explained that the second they took the tire off, the axle completely broke APART and the pieces were lying on the floor in front of me. The only the thing that kept the pieces together was the tire holding it in place. Once the tire came off, the axle fell into pieces. I wish I took a picture. It was terrifying. Had they not pressed into me how serious the issues with my car was, the axle and brakes could've come apart on my way to work. Could've been in an accident. Could've been in an accident with my family in the car. Caused an accident. They literally saved my life. I can't even imagine what could've happened to me had I kept driving my car in the state it was in. I am beyond grateful.

Regular alignment is $120 and there is a service charge for card payments but for what is offered I have no complaints. Will continue to bring all my vehicles here for their service. Will recommend that if you are going to wait for your vehicle to bring something to keep yourself cool as the front waiting area gets very warm especially when it's hot out.

She's driving this thing across the country all the way to Jersey, and we wanted to make sure it was all set for the journey. No. Honest and hard working owner that keeps his nose in every job that goes out of his shop? Yes! Tells you what you really need and doesn't try to up-sell? Yes! Gives you a ride home if you need it? Yes! Tells you if he's too bizi to do it today? Yes! I picked up the hubs truck upon completion of the work since he was out of town. Neighbor gave me a ride to Larry's. Sidebar: the fire engine red El Camino he drives? Larry did the engine-it purs! Got down to the joint and was talking to Larry and his desk guy about my 02' Camry-you see it's at 100K and hasn't had any service to date. Larry gave me some valuable information as I waited to pay the hubs bill. Seems Toyota's have this thing called a timing belt. At 100K you absolutely need to check it....I did not know! (looks like mfg recommends checking it every 60K-wow, I've dodged the bullet) So, any warning the belt's going bye bye-No, no warning and the car will just STOP RUNNING- What? And as it is flying off, it may ruin the valves! Ikes-time to take the Camry in. Thanks Larry for saving me some bucks!
