Instead of just going ahead with the oil change, they took the time to check my history and let me know that since I used Mobil 1 oil last time, I'm actually covered for up to 10,000 miles. They explained that my car is simply set to alert me at 5,000 miles, so I didn't need an oil change yet. They easily could have taken my money since I came in expecting to pay, but their honesty really stood out. That level of integrity is rare and truly appreciated. Since my husband and I have a little one…read moreand a fur baby, the back seat of my current car has gotten very dirty (including stains from our dog's rear end when she had an infection). As you can imagine, especially since the weather has been getting hotter, my car also had a stench in the interior. Today, I requested for the exterior and interior to be cleaned. I explicitly asked for the seats to be shampooed/cleaned due to the stains in the back seat. For good measure, I requested for the floor to be cleaned as well. I was quoted a price, which included my member discount and agreed to the service. I was told ahead of time that the wait time for the service would be 1.5 to 2 hours, which I truly appreciated. After about an hour and a half wait, I was notified that my car was done. The gentleman walked me to my car and explained exactly what was done while he allowed me to check out their work. All of the pet stains were gone! The coffee stain that I had on the seat for years was nearly all removed as well! I was very impressed with the attention to detail that the staff gave on my car. Not only was my car clean, but it smelled amazing as well. I wish I caught the name of the gentleman that assisted me today, as I forgot to give him a tip. Customer service was amazing! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the services they provide. During the wait, I talked with one of the staff members in the wait area for quite some time. She was very nice and made my wait time fly by. I'll obviously continue to take mine and my husband's vehicles here in the near future.

Jesse did an excellent job with my oil change and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Russ checked my tires and took the time to make sure everything looked good, and Jeff, the downstairs technician, thoroughly checked everything under the hood to make sure my vehicle was in great shape. On top of the excellent service, my oil change came with a complimentary car wash and interior cleaning, which was such a nice surprise! It's not often you find a team that combines excellent customer service with quality workmanship, but that's exactly what I experienced today. My Service Advisor was Arielle and my Tech was Jason. I was already on edge because this shop is 'on Base' and I might have issues getting back on once I leave without the vehicle I came in with. I got here just as they were about to shut down for the day, with a broken starter just jumped by a local tow service. So, once I shut off the engine it wasn't going to start back up. There were also many cars ahead of me. Basically I was stuck and would have to leave it there over night. Well, we gotta do what we gotta do. So I left my Vehicle with them and walked out of there. Luckily I have some awesome friends in the area who picked me up and would bring me back the next day. Not 2 hours goes by and I get a call from Firestone saying my vehicle is fixed and ready to go! Arielle and Jason stuck around and knocked out a starter replacement in record time, which they did not EVEN have to do, and had me back on the road before it got dark! Almost unheard of in times like these! Then I get back there and they tell me what the bill is. I was just blown away! Slightly more than a deluxe oil change! I was practically speechless by now and just SO grateful that these guys went the extra mile and got me rollin' again.
