The whipped cream is layers with bits of fresh cut corn. The intention and intricacy behind this masterpiece needs to be studied. Taro Sticky Rice: 10/10 At first bite the taro flavor was pretty subtle. However after digging into the middle I was pleasantly surprised to see fresh taro inside! Similar to the corn fresh taro was layered into the macaron. It was absolutely delicious Brownie Oreo: 10/10 My fiancé got this one and they put a whole brownie in between the macaron. I used one design that she featured on her Instagram, with some modifications, which Rachelle took care to specifically ask about. The second design was a ping ping theme for my dad, which I imagine Rachelle came up with on her own, and they were very cute. The last design was my daughter's Korean name, written in frosting in the Korean alphabet, so I appreciated that Rachelle was able to execute that, too (much nicer Korean handwriting than mine). I also loved how they all tasted. I ate them a few days after I picked them up, and they were still delicious, especially the filling. The chocolate macaron tasted so fudgy and the vanilla bean reminded me of a fluffy marshmallow. Most people's favorite, including mine, was the strawberry! I dealt with like 5 vendors for this party, and Rachelle was the only one who consistently responded to questions and had my order ready on time. Pickup in Tustin was so easy. She was literally the only person I worked with for this party who did not stress me out, for which I thank her tremendously.

Second, the Quiche Maison (traditional French recipe, eggs, tomato, spinach, cheddar cheese). While this pie slice was soft and tasty, it was thin and could have easily passed off for pizza. What it lacked was the usual thickness one sees in a quiche slice, gives it body and also embeds the rich flavor of eggs and cream. Then came the crepes. The tomato and bacon was well received, as was the strawberry crepe. In this department, the crown goes to Crepe Suzette (orange syrup, orange zest, creme anglaise and whipped cream). It had optimum softness, the right amount of sweetness, chew and yes, butter. Truly a heavenly treat for the taste buds. Service is very slow, but rewarding. So if you are not in a hurry and are in the mood for fresh French brunch items, give this place a visit.
