The people were nice but the knowledge of the cashier could be better. I asked what was in the avocado smoothie and he said "milk and avocado". So I asked what would make it sweet since that doesn't sound like it would be sweet at all, and he said that it's just those two ingredients. I ordered it and then I went to the self service kiosk and saw that it came with condensed milk as well... I ended up asking the lady to switch it to honey instead which they did. The smoothie was ok, it was a little too liquidy for it to be a smoothie in my opinion but my kids love it so it's all good. I also got some mini chicken cones and that was standard. Price was a little high imo. The size of the smoothie was small for $9. Overall, it was ok, nothing special.

I love their vegan dream, but I find it to be too sweet so my go to is the Emerald modified with chocolate plant-based protein. my husband loves the nutty Banana modified vegan as his go to with all the best ingredients especially if you love peanut butter. Every time I go, everyone is so friendly helpful making it easy to wanna come back. The other thing is that they're really fast at making their smoothies and if you didn't know, they have a loyalty program with your phone number. Now, why did I give them four stars? Well, they can be a little bit inconsistent with their smoothies and smoothie bowls. one thing as of the last 12 months is that I've noticed all of it to be heavy on the ice. Which means it's a watered down flavor. I don't mind ice in my smoothies and I don't mind water over alternatives like milk or juice. I actually prefer it, however I don't want my smoothie or my smoothie bowl to taste plain.

One of the bowl is spicy tuna and the other is a Build-Your-Own-Bowl. We didn't select any chilli powder or spicy seasoning. It's absolutely ridiculous that they got both of them wrong. It's not only a flavor issue, but also a safety concern. We know there is some chili in the marinade, but the excessive chilli powder is definitely not right for what they shown in the menu (see the last photo of their menu photo). Besides, the preparation is super slow. We arrived to pick up 30mins after placing the order, way after Ubereats shows the order should be ready. However we still had to wait more than 10mins at the counter. UPDATE: I also left an review on Google map, and the owner replied with their excuse blaming customer not understanding the ingredients. I have ordered exact same item before and know what I'm ordering. I certainly know that the spicy tuna has some chili in the marinade/sauce, but not the EXCESSIVE chilli powder on the top! And for the BYOB, I have ordered exactly same options previously, and there was no such EXCESSIVE chilli powder. I also called their number multiple times before posting the review but no one answered. I also left a voice mail and spelled my phone number, so if they really wanted to make it right, there were lots of ways to contact me. Unfortunately they didn't. They just blamed customer not understanding the ingredients, instead of admitting their mistake. That's ridiculous. Such a disaster response and absolutely no ownership/customer service!
