Why is the owner and management of this coffee shop so concerned with their employee conversations, culture when they have little regard and very little attention to customer experience and satisfaction. Months ago, the district manager made sure to tell employees to not allow me to split my two bags of tea into two orders because I wasn't paying for the added honey. Seriously?!?!!
