We eventually had to ask one of the meat servers to grab her so we could get drink refills. No big deal, things happen, and she came over quickly once we asked. What rubbed me the wrong way was another male server nearby who came over looking visibly annoyed and asked if we needed our server. I told him she had already taken care of us, and he just walked away without saying a word. I'd suggest approaching a table with a little better customer service, especially when the guests are simply trying to enjoy their meal. There was really no reason to bring a poor attitude over to our table. We still tipped 20% because the meat servers worked hard and I didn't want them taking a hit for the overall service. Unfortunately, our waitress didn't seem too concerned either. No thank you or acknowledgment at the end, just dropped off the check and bounced. Still a fan of the food and I've had plenty of good experiences here. Hopefully this was just an off day on the service side.

The rice was perfectly seasoned, and the black beans were rich and smooth. Now, the stars of the combo, the meats: the Picanha steak was perfectly medium rare with a buttery soft texture, the chicken thighs were super tender, and the pork sausage was juicy and savory. A restaurant that is Spanish desent and has FIFA world cup soccer being televised with out Sangria wine. Big surprise there!. We ordered a pitcher of Margarita. 10 mins to drop off and took another 17 minutes for our waiter to take our order. Ordered ceviche, empenadas and Lomo Saltado.
