It sounded like the phone was picked up and hung up. I called back 2 more times and got the same result. I see on their website you can place an order online, which costs a fee. The order has to be paid by credit card. No thanks! Mateo's just lost a customer. With the way rents are, they should not be turning away business.

They stored it and brought it out, but we ended up taking it home without them ever touching or slicing it. They still had the nerve to charge us $30 just for the "privilege" of having it in the building.
