The service writers, parts department people, cashier, and waiting area are all great. However, so far, my experience with the mechanics that Matt Blatt has working for him has been horrible. I took my Optima in a few weeks ago in order to get 8 or so recalls taken care of. After a 4 hours wait (which wasn't at all horrible) I get my car back and right away I notice that one if the screws that hold the steering column casing together is missing and whoever did the work on my car threw a bunch of my paper trash all over the floor of my car along with some trash of his own. I had them replace the missing screw and then I went on my way. Over then next few weeks I begin to notice several other things the "mechanic" messed up or broke. The steering column casing was still not properly put back together, he left screwdriver pry marks in the plastic around my shifter and broke a piece of it off, and all the back lights to the buttons in my vehicle no longer work. I brought all this to the dealership's attention and took my car back in to have it fixed. They put the steering column casing back together properly, ordered a replacement for the broken piece around the shifter, and informed me that "they were not responsible" for the back lights on the buttons. I find it rather convenient that they are not responsible for the $500+ part that worked completely fine before they touched my car. All that brings me to today. I took my car back to the dealership today so they could install the plastic part they had ordered for me. After only an hour's wait they take me to my car and see me on my way. What they forgot to inform me of was the fact that, even though we were on completely flat level ground, they had applied my parking brake. But that's ok because my car informed me of that fact after I was several miles down the highway by beeping and flashing the dashboard brake light at me. Thank you Matt Blatt Kia mechanics for contributing to further damage to my vehicle! I was given a free oil change because of the long wait the first time I was there but I'm rather hesitant to redeem it due to my experiences so far. I feel that they are likely to give me my car back without any oil in it and send me down the road. read more

I usually come here for my oil changes on my Kia. I was there yesterday for one. I had a 9:00 AM appointment. I showed up on time, maybe a little bit early, and I asked if they could also look at my CD player because there was a CD stuck in it. I was told that even though it was factory installed stereo, they did not do that. Anyway, TWO HOURS LATER my oil change was done. No apologies or anything. BAIT and SWITCH! That's what Matt Blatt Kia pulled on me. I came in today to sign my paperwork to buy a new 2016 mini van only to realize the car I was buying wasn't the car they had me test drive. They had me test drive a 2017 model with added features. I naturally assumed these added features came with the car I was buying. When I called them on this, they played it off like it was no big deal. Of course, this was after they told me they had to earn their customers trust after the last owner had a bad reputation but Matt Blatt Kia had no problem pulling this fast one on me. Because, nothing says integrity like BAIT and SWITCH...right? I'm so glad I realized it before I signed the papers. And to top it off they knew I wanted low or zero interest, which with my credit score I easily qualify for. They claimed over and over again that they didn't have that option. Then I googled 'Kia current rebates' and an offer for 0 interest for 60 months popped up right away. When it comes to Gap Insurance they will include it in your contract without you even know it . Tbh they talked to me about 1 gap insurance they said it would cover scratches little dent. They added another insurance I didn't know about which was tire and wheel I believe which cover basically nothing. Because when I read the contract it says it's for when I change tires they would refund me that money wtf . Now since 12/14/18 i called to cancel them they said it would take 2-3 weeks I said ok . Where do I start with Matt Blatt in EHT. I put in for a trade for my current truck. Get a call from their office in Glassboro. Lady was very very nice and very reassuring, should have seen though that. I get to the dealer on Saturday around 1600 hrs and was greeted by a sales rep outside. He was also very nice and reassuring. We look around and I see something I like. Test it out and it was all around what I wanted. So the time came to run my paperwork. I informed the lady in glassboro about my credit and I had a loan for my current truck and a very small amount was left on the truck and my payments are up to date They didn't even attempt to see what banks would do anything for me. It was immediately "you need a consigner" or put down 5k on a $12,000 truck. What made my blood boil to the point I said I'm done. I inquire about if they was a discount program for first responders or military I have been a first responder almost 20 years. Most dealers do and I figured they might. The sales manager seems very upset I asked I get the answer " we do not. It's same pricing for all". Then I'm told by a sales manager. I have a trade coming in Monday I can get you info. Mind you he or no one there has seen this vehicle. Unless you have great credit or a large down payment. They don't want to know you. To have the lady tell me we work with everyone and we can do something for you to it's nothing we can do. Sorry. Went in for the ksds software to be updated on my kia. I was very pleased... I ended up being 10 mins late they still took the kia right in, did the update and even did a courtesy check on everything else. Taylor retuned my email and answered a few questions I had about the truck bed and we made an appointment for me to look at it 10:00 AM the next morning. I was told to ask for one of the managers, Tom or Rob, when I arrived. I got there at 9:50 and asked to see Rob or Tom about the particular truck I had emailed Taylor about. They informed me that the truck was sold late last night! I thought BS! I had just been emailing Taylor at 8 pm the night before. they tried to show me other trucks but I was upset and left. I retuned home to find another email from Taylor timed at 9:58 asking if I was going to make the 10:00 appointment, with no mention that the truck was sold. Bought car right there on site. Paid cash in full. I owned the car. It was so dirty. Brought it back 3 times. They did not touch the car at all to clean the inside. Finally I confronted them they said, " The solvent we use will not clean the marks." I went home and cleaned my car ArmorAlled my entire car inside. Cleaned the spots on ceiling they did not even attempt to clean. I used windex and a rag. It all came out but, the professionals could not. I also found curly fries in the back seats. I received the usual general call to see how the service was there. I told them and that was it no free cleaning or oil change. I told them exactly what happened as I wrote on here. Update: After being flamed on the internet, the customer service representative from the Matt Blatt family of dealerships contacted us and offered to honor the price, offered us a $100 VISA gift card (whether we bought the truck or not) and offered to transport the truck to another dealership so that we didn't have to deal with the same people on the sale. In the end, they did the right thing and we now own the truck. Hopefully, customers in the future will not have a similar experience. After going several other places, we returned today to make the purchase but the dealership would not stand behind the quoted price. At first the sales manager claimed he never said it. But finally the sales manager caved in and said he "might" have said that he "thought" the price had been reduced by $500. Trust me, we both heard what he said. Getting the dealership manager involved didn't help. He refused to stand behind the quoted price, even though we drove over an hour to make the purchase. Where do I Start !!! First off we heard on the radio if you make $350. A wk we can approve you.. Ok they did at 24.57% ,we purchased a plain jane Kia Forte with No $ down, they offered us $50 for our trade in we said NO way. So we paid $ 50. Cash Instead and kept our car.The night we purchased the car they called us 3 hrs later to tell us we need to come back in because we signed the contract for a silver Forte when we purchased a black one wtf? OK Then 2 wks later they call us and say they need the car that we paid $50. To keep as a trade in or our % rate is going up over 27% we said fuck No! My car was worth more in Junk then that!!! So we settled on a $500 trade in , Ok more paperwork..Great 1 yr later After making payments , it's time to get rid of this 24.57% interest . I go to Nissan and they give me a WAY over book value on this pc. Of crap Kia drop my % rate under 7%! Now it's time to cash in on my GAP insurance. Some how my paperwork from Nissan was not correct to cancel the GAP insurance so they send me back to Nissan , Well Nissan puts the wrong address on the paperwork and Matt Blatt sends my refund to the wrong the address and after contactacting them 6 wks later they said they sent my check out 2 wks prior, huh ? I never received a check so the lady told me this happenen's all the time and the check should come back anytime now and I said that was 2 wks ago!!! You should stop payment and she said She hasn't had a chance to check the incoming mail yet and promised to call me the next day .I call her back 2 days later and my $495.
