When I buy a bed for my guest bedroom I'll definitely be back here. I've gone to a few other places today and the sales tactics made me laugh, but here Labis helped me out and within 45 minutes I'd tried everything I wanted to and walked out with a delivery for tomorrow. He also worked with me on pricing which helped out significantly- even though his prices were so low to begin with! I had just gotten off work when I walked into the store. The guy at the desk was very polite and nice and was quick to help me with all of my needs. He treated my girlfriend and I well. We began to process of looking at the mattresses and found one that we liked a lot. That was when I asked him how they got their prices so low. This was where things got a little confusing and outright devious. They go to a lot of effort to never use the word "used". They call things "factory seconds" and "overstock". Doing a little research showed me that "factory seconds" basically means a mattress that was sold to one customer, returned because its defective, repaired and then sold to Savvy by weight. They are mattresses that even the manufacturer does not believe can sell on their own merit. When I asked about warranty, most of not all of them came without.. a RED FLAG in my mind. Overall a pleasant experience upto the point where I discovered that they will not be honest about where their mattresses come from and if they are used. If you looking for cheap and go in informed and can look past their shady practices this is the place for you. If not search elsewhere. read more

This is the place to get your next mattress. My soon to be wife and I went in late on a Friday night to look for a new mattress, box spring, cover, and pillows. Lee was there and I called ahead to ask him if we could still come in, even though the store was 15 minutes from closing time. He told us to come on in and was more than happy to help. Lee was very helpful and made it clear which mattress options would fit both of our needs. Not only was he helpful, he was willing to stay as long as we needed to get things figured out. Lee didn't try to upcharge us or start us out on the most expensive option, but instead tried to honestly meet our needs for what we wanted. He stayed around 30 or 40 minutes until after closing so that we could take the time to find the right bed for us. If you need a new mattress I would highly recommend coming here and working with Lee. read more

We need to get a bed for a seldom used guest room, so did not need top of the line, but still wanted comfort for our guests. Shopped around a bit at a few local stores (macy, sleep country, sears) and kept feeling pushed into high end that wasn't really needed. We sort of found Mattress Savvy by accident and decided to go in. We got just what we were looking for, with free next day delivery for less than $500.00! Awesome service and a great mattress! I just relocated here and was sleeping on a blowup mattress. My back was killing me and not getting any sleep. I was about to start a new job and needed same day service and delivery. Kraig, the sleep specialist, was awesome; he went above and beyond to ensure I had a great mattress that night and I haven't slept better in years. No more back pain and I feel amazing. I am refreshed every morning and I owe it all to Kraig and Savvy Mattress. It took less time than I expected. Kraig arranged everything from financing (awesome) to delivery (same day). The delivery team showed up on time and did an outstanding job of putting it all together in a very short time. Everyone was professional and polite. I could not ask for better service. Bad experience. We went shopping for mattress and box - the sales people were just lying around - not attending to the customers. One of them was on a cellphone , another was busy at the counter. Completely ignored us. We ended up buying from Furniture direct. This shop totally failed at customer service. read more

Even after I mentioned that this was my first stop and I didn't really know what I was doing, the employee (who's name I wish I had gotten) instructed me to "just go lie down on a bunch of them." At 10:00 last night I was trying to help my friend jump her car, but I couldn't get my hood up! Out of the rain came a guy asking if he could help. While jumping my friends car, he told us he had actually gotten off work at 8:00, but was still there to ensure that a family of three wouldn't have to carry their mattress home in the rain. So after he got my friend's car running, he packed up his car with that families mattress and gave them all a ride home! His name is Will, and it was his 2nd day on the job. That's beyond good customer service, that's just a A+ human being! THANKS WILL!!! read more

My experience with Saavy was stellar! I'm so happy I found them on yelp. Let me give some shout outs. First off Josh. The initial salesperson who answered the phone, listened to what i wanted. He relayed it to his supervisor, Rob, who got back with me promptly, and got me the best price. (Placed a large order with them). Next the delivery guys. Keegan and others. Awesome job! This is the first time ever that I have been moved to write a review. But, things so rarely go so right all the way down the line, and since the whole concept of a scratch and dent (smudge) outlet was a bit touch and go for me, I feel it is it is my sort of civic duty to yelp about it. I went in to the Redmond store after getting an offer on an Amazon coupon for 200 to spend 5. I was shopping for a twin but noticed that size excluded. i figured I could work with a full. I dealt with Rick, an affable man who knew his stuff. Rick listened to my priorities and showed me 2 or 3 full size beds. I had asked for that size but did not tell him I was thinking about using the coupon. The beds he showed me ranged from decent to quite nice for quality and price. Then we talked about the coupon. Rick said, "Glad you mentioned it, so I can tell you it applies only to Sealy, Serta and Simmons models." I did not remember that and thought I was about to get the sleazy sales pitch and some bait-and-switch. But I listened. Rick told me quickly that a full size in these brands was a rarity, the larger ones being much higher volume and therefore more seconds resulted. Again I felt my back up. In the end, I needed to buy quickly, saw the price was very good for a super high quality Simmons with a few smudges of dirt and some loose threads so I ended up with a queen. A few days later and after the best few nights sleep I've had in a long time, I happened upon new mattresses for sale at a local Goodwill store (Rick suggested trying them when I asked about finding some cheap furniture). My first reaction was, "Ugh, I'm going to find a great deal now, after buying from Rick." These are brand new, built by a company just for Goodwill. Decent quality, standard thickness mattresses. Well, for about a hundred dollars more I got a high-end, 15-inch thick beauty, delivered. And the delivery! Savvy promises next day delivery but there was a computer network problem and Rick had to write up my order by hand so I thought there was no chance I'd get into the system for next day. Wrong..got a call at about 9pm to confirm a 3-hr deliver window the next day, and about halfway thru the window they called as I asked to say they were on their way to my place. The two men who set it up deserve a medal for speed and accuracy, they were in and out in abut a half-hour. After all that and most especially after the great nights' sleep I get now, i had to stop in to the store today and shake Rick's hand to say thanks. Great guy, great crew, great store. I honestly don't know why anyone would buy their mattress here. I was assisted by the store manager, Cody, who was very dishonest with me at every point of my experience. First he told me all the mattresses were new, they were just dirty and came with no warranty. When I asked why they didn't have a warranty, he told me that all the mattresses were essentially broken, such as having a snapped coil. He also told me it was no big deal if just one coil was broken, but if the mattresses are new, they shouldn't be broken at all. He also couldn't tell me where the mattresses came from, which leads me to believe they aren't new since they are broken and the manager doesn't know where they come from. He also lied to me regarding the Serta iComfort mattresses, claiming they are the organic alternatives to Tempurpedic. Funny, I cannot confirm that information anywhere, and in fact, I have been told by the owner of the Six-Day mattress store that carries natural latex mattresses as well as the iComfort mattresses that the iComfort mattresses are not organic. Lastly, he also told me that Tempurpedics artificially inflate their prices by burning their overstock. Really? He doesn't even carry Tempurpedic so of course he will bad mouth them, but Macy's, who does carry Tempurpedic, says that the reason it takes a few weeks to get delivery is because the mattresses are "made to order" meaning they put in a request to the manufacturer to make the mattress after you purchase, so there is isn't any overstock to begin with. What a joke, save your time, money, and energy and shop at a reputable store where the managers aren't unethical. read more

This place and the manager Shane are amazing! My wife and I had decide to purchase an adjustable base and memory foam mattress. We had gone to several places to look at them and price them out. After several days of looking we settled on buying it at Ashley's furniture. The delivery by Ashley's was a horrible experience the base was broken, we ordered a king mattress and got a queen, and to top it all off the delivery guys damaged our wall. After several days of going back and forth with them and being lied to, we decided it was time to return all of it and go somewhere else. A friend told us about Savvy but I was reluctant to go there because I had called A different location on multiple occasions and got rude service over the phone so I looked at there website and realized they had a location in Redmond a bit of a distance for me but I figured call and at least get info about there prices. I spoke with Shane and the moment he picked up the phone he was extremely nice courteous and helpful over the phone. It was almost 7 pm on a Tuesday when I called so I told Shane that I will try to make it in the next day but that I had to work all day. Since I had no bed because I got rid of the old one for the new one, Shane said come on in I will stay open a bit late that way we can try to get you a bed as soon as possible. We went in that night and he made the whole experience better he was extremely helpful and did everything he could to get us what we needed and wanted and saved us quite a bit of money! I will recommend this location and Shane to anyone who is looking for a new mattress! Delivery is coming soon so I will update once I get it. read more
