Confused as to why my grill stopped heating I touched the knob to see if a friend had maybe turned it off and it led to a big explosion. After contacting Weber, they hit me with a legal waiver and said they won't come fix my practically brand new grill unless I sign it. Home appliance was made aware how ridiculous that request is because all I am asking for is for a professional to come and fix it and they're doing absolutely nothing about it. Really shitty customer service. As a long time resident of Oceanside I hate to bash a local store but the owner Jeffery didn't help at all with the situation. The least he could do is send someone to back their products and warrantee. Since the owner is now trying to turn this situation on me (on my google review) I am adding to my original post. I never threatened to sue, being there is nothing to sue for lmao. They asked me if I got burnt and I was honest and said my eyes and hair were burnt but then responded how grateful I am that no real injuries were a result of the explosion. Get your facts straight home appliance before trying to turn it on me. You sold me a malfunctioning grill and are letting Webber play games with me. Your own employee's exact words were "one thing has nothing to do with the other and they should repair the brand new grill". My advice: purchase from retailers who back the product they sell and if there are issues within the warrantee they honor that. Any other appliance store would take back the BBQ or replace it. All I was asking for is someone to come and fix it. Costco's just around the block and you won't have to deal with this !

When the installers arrived with the stove, they had no clue how to install the stove beyond plugging it into the wall. They just left it to us to figure out what to do. We had to call an electrician to make some changes and someone else to cut out a space in the counter top. After it was all said and done we spent well beyond $100 to install it. The worst part is that I had to provide an invoice for proof of purchase in order to receive the rebate, but P. C. Richards could not even provide me with an invoice. I asked several times and they kept emailing a delivery notice instead and insisting that this was all the proof of purchase I needed. When I went online to provide my information for Frigidaire, it would not send. I tried numerous times on different devices and asked others to help, to no avail. The send button simply did not work. I finally sent my information with a copy of my credit card statement as proof of purchase, as well as the delivery notice in a certified mail. When I did not hear back, I searched for Frigidaire contact information, which was not easy to find. When I called Frigidaire's phone number, I was put on hold for nearly an hour. I spoke with someone who told me that I was denied because I did not have an invoice. I asked why I did not receive notice. They said they could not send me an email telling me that I was denied, because I had not emailed them with my email address. Now I am back to square one again, asking P. C. Richards for an invoice. I actually would have bought this oven without the promise of a rebate. I would have been happy with my oven, but I now feel tricked into buy it and then lied to. I feel like they never intended to honor this incentive anyway. When I called for the fourth time, I asked for the manager, who was not available and never returned my call. I don't ever want to do business with the Oceanside, NY P. C. Richards ever again. I will certainly not ever buy another Frigidaire product. After I wrote this review, I called the P.C. Richards in Norwalk and they provided me with the invoice within less than a minute. I wish I had gone to them first.

The box springs was even taken out of the original plastic wrap. I was told it would take 3-5 business days for the credit to my AMEX for the box spring to appear. By July 24, the credit ($271.87) was not on my AMEX nor was it in their system. On July 24 I spoke to the store manager, Sanjay, where I bought the merchandise he indicated it should appear soon. On August 3, there was no credit to my AMEX account and in speaking with the store manager again, he indicated that there was nothing he could do and that it was something that "corporate" needed to address. He gave me a case number and indicated that "corporate" would be in touch within me in 48 hours. As of Aug. 6, I had not been contacted so I phoned the local store again. I spoke with the person who sold me the mattress, Daniel, who indicated he would look into it. Later that morning, I spoke with him and at that time he noted that I should see the credit by next Friday, August 15, about 20 days after I had the box spring returned. This should be simple credit transaction not requiring multiple follow-ups and resolving the matter as promised (i.e. in 3-5 business days). I phoned the customer service number on August 6 to check on the status of the credit but, the prompts would not allow me to do so. And I was unable to speak with a person to resolve the matter. Similarly, the live chat online feature could not provide any information on the status of my case and the related credit. It's 2025! We can order items online, receive them the same day and if needed return them through a smooth process (e.g. Amazon) with no customer friction. Mattress Firm and its parent company are negligent in resolving a simple crediting of funds. Perhaps they are just taking the "float" on the credit amount which I suspect is quite large when you add up all the refunds. Whatever the reason, I won't be shopping there again and I would urge others to strongly consider other options for purchasing a mattress.

Tried one and thought I liked it. Once it delivered I soon realized it wasn't the right choice after some nights. Was trying to get them to replace the one I just bought and flat out telling them I'd pay more for a different mattress. They refused due to their new policy they made a week before I went, saying I had to wait 21 days for an exchange. I have gone 2 weeks now and my sleep has worsened as well as increased body aches. I decided to buy a new mattress somewhere else and I never plan to buy from this company again

It was refreshing to experience the relaxed shopping experience at this Lazy Boy. I only knew about this brand from 'Let's Make a Deal' ..they gave one away every show. But now inside their cool Pizza shaped showroom, I got to check out the Lazy Boy experience first-hand. A more upscale product, each Lazy Boy piece can be custom-designed to your choice of Fabrics or leather. Also saw the throne for the King of Kings to watch your sports. This oversized leather chair was fully motorized and came with both Lumbar and neck supports. The chair's remote was wireless, Soo cool. The control even had a "find my remote" feature. Priced at $2,500, it was the most comfortable reclining chair I ever lounged in. I've realized that when you shop for furniture, you get new ideas and your plans change. I'm very grateful to my courteous salesman and the relaxing experience I had at this Rockville Centre Lazy Boy. Be back again soon.

While I waited for Mark to write up the receipt, I decided to read google reviews about the store on my phone. First thing that popped up was Mark's picture accusing him of being a scammer. Great time for my daughter and I to walk out right. But no we didn't, I really wanted the furniture. I showed Mark the picture of him on yelp and he told me if the furniture is not perfect it will be free and he gave me free delivery. He wrote this across the receipt. More red flags, the receipt is handwritten and doesn't give much description of the item being purchased. I told him to write more details on the receipt. I told my daughter to take pictures of the items that we were purchasing. He told us he would deliver the furniture the latest on that Friday,5/19/23. On Thursday, I called him and he told me it would be delivered on Monday5/22/23. I asked for the time, he said he would call me on Monday to tell me. On Monday, My daughter waited all day for the furniture. I was then told between 3-6pm. At 6;02, I called and was told it was on the truck and there is no ETA. The furniture came at 7:30 pm. The table and chairs were completely wrong and came in a box, very cheap wood tables and chairs that look like they came from walmart. I paid 2500 for a dining table and that was not it. The fireplace had a crack on the side. I told the delivery man, it's the wrong tables and chairs and he wrapped it up and put it on the truck. I wanted them to take the fireplace, but they drove off. My daughter looked at her pictures and the same crack that we saw on the fireplace was the exact crack in the picture. I was given the fireplace that was displayed in the store. This is deceptive, I paid 1600 dollars for a new fireplace, not a used one. The next day I called Mark and he immediately said my furniture was on the truck and should be at my house in an hour and he would repair the fireplace. Still giving him the benefit of the doubt. I called my son to expect a delivery. Three hours later, Mark calls me and asks how I like the furniture. I told him I wasn't home but I would contact my son. I called my son and he told me there was no delivery. I immediately called Mark back and told him this and he said he will get back to me. He called me back and said he got into an argument with the delivery man, and he will send someone else to deliver my tables and chairs. (What is going on here). At 8pm Mark calls me, the delivery man can't find my house. My address is not coming up in his GPS. (never had this problem before). I gave him a cross street. He calls me again , he can't find my house. I look outside and see a plain white van at the corner, not a Leonardo truck. The delivery man had a bit of an attitude, I had one too, it's late. He brought in the table. It was the right table so I was happy about that. The driver and his helper began putting the chairs together outside, it was a little dark outside. My daughter and I immediately saw it was the wrong color. We asked them to bring one in the house so we could see it in the light. It was dirty used chairs, not what we picked out in the store. They called Mark, because they didn't want to take the chairs back. Mark said our chairs are on the other truck and will be delivered on Friday, at this point I'm done being patient. My daughter got on the phone and reminded Mark of what he wrote on the receipt, and he said we will not be getting a refund. I was out 4,000 dollars, had a chipped used fireplace and a used table with no chairs. Two days later, a knock on my door at 7:30, leonardo 'truck outside for a 3 rd time to deliver the chairs. At this point take all the furniture back. They called the owner and the owner was nice at first but when I said i don't want the chairs and no longer trust the company, the tone of his voice changed. It's not over yet because I'm going to fight for my hard-earned money, but in the meantime don't be dumb like me.

If they are putting hardware on your PAX system, I would be careful, they might ruin your doors Here is my story IDA Flatpack were super accommodating to send someone on Friday evening to assemble my PAX after Ikea screwed me over by not delivering that Thursday. Unfortunately he forgot his stencil or something to assist him with putting the handles on the door, so requested to come back Sunday to finish the job. Not a problem. On Saturday my husband and I level our closet, and place the PAX exactly where we wish it to go in the room Sunday, Nate comes and puts the handles on. I go to check the handles, and they are obvious to the naked eye they are uneven. I tell Nate and he tried to square up the doors. At the ends, even with his best efforts, something was off, but he told us unless he drilled new holes, that was the best he could do. After Nate left, we discovered that he had moved our PAX a few inches over, I'm not sure why. All the work my husband and I went through to level and ensure the closet was correct was for nothing, it took us another half hour / hour after Nate left to square the closet (now with clothing), it was a total waste of time. I am most displeased with how the handles look, from the outside and inside. I am attaching pictures so you can see what looks to be a mess from both the outside of the closet and the inside. The outside you can the screws, and the inside of the closets looks like the hole was drilled several times because he couldn't get the right placement. I am highly disappointed at this. The doors are ruined. I expected much more professional work from someone who does this all the time. If I had known this would be the result, I would not have let him near the handles of the PAX. Nate was pleasant and great, but his work at the end really did not hold up for what I think you would expect when you send someone out to do a job.
