Fantastic customer service! I came here to buy a bedframe, my box springs had been creaking and I thought the bedframe was broken. When I bought one, they gave me tips for troubleshooting and said if the bedframe is not level the box springs can creak. She suggested to place the box springs on the bed frame before the mattress to make sure everything is level. I went home, followed her advice and realized my old bed frame wasn't broken, it just wasn't level. They were fine with me returning the bedframe and I received a full refund! We popped in and Lucy was warm, welcoming, and walked us through the various options available for a mattress. We were initially thinking of a foam mattress, perhaps something more "bed-in-a-box" brand, but Lucy had sold us on a wonderful Sealy foam hybrid which has been great to sleep on. So I been in a rush to find a new mattress and I first decided to step in here because it was the only mattress store open by the time I was off work. I spoke to Danny, and he was very helpful. He was straight forward and showed me which mattress I can purchase with my price range. He even included shipping, the box spring, and frame. I compared it to other stores, and even though it was along the same lines price wise, what made me finally decide to purchase the mattress here was Danny's accommodation to delivery. He was able to work around my work schedule, and ultimately gave me a better price than the other stores. What more could I ask for? Delivery went smoothly. Danny called the day before to confirm the time, and the delivery company was right on time. There wasn't a 4 hour gap I needed to wait either like other stores. They gave me an approximate time, and showed up promptly. read more

Yay! We're happy to have bought the best mattress ever - at a great price, from a great guy. The owner of the store, Rafi, is a great guy, who is the best salesman possible: he doesn't pressure you and he doesn't mind if you say, "we'll think about it" and walk out. That says a lot. He was also very knowledgeable about the mattresses and able to point us to beds that we liked quite a bit. All in all, it was a great experience, and as I told him in the store, I am more than happy to recommend him to anyone I know. Mattress "Super" Star. Carlos greeted me and asked what I was looking for. I told him a twin, good and cheap between $200-$300. He showed me a variety in his store, but I wasn't happy with the one I settled on so he took me next door to his other store. The twin he showed me there was nicer because of the coils and made I a final choice and was very happy with it. I told him that I chose his store because of all the positive reviews and he gave me a free pillow. The bed cost $350 which was more than my budget so I asked if he could give a discount if I paid cashed. He said that he will waive the sales tax which saved me $31.50. I asked him if the marked price was $349.99 or $350.00 and he said he will give it to me for $349.00. In reality, the bed cost me $320 plus tax. Close enough to my budget. He needed a deposit and I was going to drive down the street to withdraw the cash because I only had $27.00 but he said he would take $20.00 and to pay the rest when they deliver the bed. These people are friendly and they go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. This is how it should be but not every business understand the important of customer satisfaction.
