I was recommended this place by my aunt and I just now realized how high the ratings are. This place is legit. The selection is great. Sako knows his mattresses. I went through so many choices. Then I went back a second time to actually buy it and chose a completely different one from the ones I was trying out originally. He was so informative and patient while I made my decision. He explained all the pros and cons of memory foam and acrylic and coil mattresses. So much better than shopping in a department store and the price was just the topping. The delivery guy just dropped off my mattress and I can't wait to sleep on it. At the very least you should try this place. I don't understand how anyone would leave disappointed. I went back to Mattress Star to look for a queen sized version of the Serta Sertapedic full sized bed that I bought from them six years ago. I clearly remember how helpful they were and wanted to also get the same brand since I got the best sleep on it. I was sad to learn that this brand was discontinued by the manufacturer. Still, I was able to find a great queen sized bed at Mattress Star with the help of Lucy. She was so patient and genuinely nice with me. My experience with Mattress Star was not good . The mattress we bought was defective. Poor Customer Service give us a hard time about returning the Mattress . My lower back was hurting it took 30 plus days to get another replacement. On top of that we had to pick up the new one and deliver the old one . On top of everything else the owner left on vacation which we had no idea had to wait an unexpected time .... Courtesy would have been to deliver for free . My name is Ara and I visited this store on account my cousin said great Armienian lady works here very nice. Good deals. She greeted me with long hello and pearly white smile. I made one move for the mattress and she " oh no you high mattress for high quality sleep" I said " no I like this one" she said " you don't know what you like. " we went back on forth like tire swing but her pushiness on the more expensive mattress was evident. I've been waiting 3 months to leave this review to see how I liked the mattress. I've came to the conclusion I'm better off stealing a pile of wood pallets from the city of commerce and sleeping on it under and underpass. No kind of back support totally spongy.
