I had an excellent customer experience all shopping here recently. I purchased my mattresses for my new home here several years ago and when it came time for my son to go to college, I wanted to buy him bed. I went in and worked with Robert who provided excellent advice and we were able to order the bed and have it shipped to the Store and Hilo Hawaii so that it would be ready for when we arrive at his apartment to move him in. Robert also managed to get us an excellent discount even with this unique order situation. This was extremely helpful and made the process easy as the bed is in the apartment waiting for us to move him in thanks to some friends and The people at the Hilo store. We will continue to shop at the store thanks to the excellent customer service and pricing we get. read more

Bought a $60 pillow from this store and they told me that they warranty it if it flattened out. About two weeks later it did flatten out just like the cheaper pillows so I took it back and now I was told that they don't warranty it; that I had to go thru the manufacturer. Called the manufacturer and they told me that they would replace it but I would have to pay to ship the pillow to them and then pay for shipping to have the replacement pillow shipped to me. This would have come out to be about the same cost or more of the pillow and I didn't want the same pillow that would flatten again. So am out the $60 because the salesperson lied to me. If I had bought a pillow from a larger store am pretty sure they would not have lied to me like this place did. Is why I always try to stay away from smaller specialty stores like Mattress Warehouse. read more

Hello beautiful people, So I bought a mattress from these people and they delivered me the wrong one, and I called them the next day I told them that the mattress is not the one I paid for I remember I spoke with the manager Mr Willliam and he told me that he's gonna check and resend me the right one so I have to wait for 47 days for them to deliver the right one When I got the right one after few months I call him again and I ask him that the bank is changing me $ 3,500 which is not the amount in the contact he told me that I had to pay penalties fee I was like what penalties fee he told me it's over hundred days I was like what I went to talk to him in person and basically told me that why did you bough mattress from here which mean I am not in the right place I am gonna attach the prove to make you guy easy to decide if you guys wanna buy something in your future from this place which is not the right place read more

I got my Serta iSeries king size mattress from Mattress Warehouse. After 3 years of use my husband and I start having sever back pain every morning. The mattress and pillow top firmness have declined and there are visible sagging and body compressions on the mattress. I contacted Mattress Warehouse and they sent inspector to evaluate the mattress. After 2 months of back and forth they refused to replace or return the mattress. Although when I purchased the mattress the sales person promised 10 years of warranty. Thanks for contacting me. But your solution is to come back and buy another mattress from you. This is not the first time we feel we were tricked by this company. I'll skip to the most recent. Just under a year ago we went in to the store knowing we had credit there. We were looking for a Firm Sealy mattress for our son He is 15 and weighs about 120. He's tall. Anyhow they tried to sell us some brand we never heard of. We were leary and kept saying we preferred Sealy. We did some research on the brand they only sell at Mattress Warehouse.(hmmm) They WOULD NOT give ANY info On mattress construction and materials. Such as Coil strength (15) usually pretty firm. But no info. So we wouldn't buy it. They called back and said they had a Sealy firm so we bought it. Guess what?! Less than a year it has a HUGE crater in the center. My son is very thin. This has coils that must be the thickness of paper clips. The label said firm but nooooo waaaay. This place lies and swears to it. They play games. Switch mattresses on delivery. And try to get away with delivering mattress that people return. It's a sleazy game. All the while making money on restocking fees How do I know this? Because this exact scenario played out with OUR king mattress years prior. We tried again because new people new location However SAME OLD TRICKS! Here is the worst part. While you are completing your purchase they sign on to GOOGLE and ask you to START TYPING YOUR FIVE STAR REVIEW BEFORE YOU EVEN GET THE MATTRESS! Avoid this place! Macy's way better. What makes this business stand out is how they treat their customers. We have had a terrible experience with this store since purchasing our mattress a little over a year ago. We went into the store and told them that we wanted to buy a firm mattress because my boyfriend has back issues. The teenage salesperson convinced us to try their sensing technology and then recommended a few mattresses based on that. We ended up buying one of the ones that they recommended because it felt fine at the time; however, after 6 months the memory foam top started to break down to the point that the mattress felt squishy. They had a mattress investigator come and evaluate it and even though the indentations were well over 2" they told us that this was normal wear and tear. We are not large people and this mattress clearly bends several inches when you sit on it. We are now at the point where my boyfriend can no longer sleep on this mattress and the store will do nothing about it even though it is clearly defective and not what we had asked for. I would not recommend this store under any circumstances. read more

TERRIBLE - AVOID AT ALL COST! I had one of my absolute worst customer service experiences in my life at the Leesburg store. The sales people lie and do not care about you. I bought a mattress and told the sale woman that I would pick it up on a Friday in 2 weeks. She called me the next Wednesday to ask if I was picking it up that night and I reminded her I was picking it up Friday. So Friday night I pulled up to the store and .... the store had shut its doors for ever. No sign on the door with an explanation, just shut down and completely empty. WTF??? I called and no one answered. Seriously, the woman couldn't have said on the call that the store would not be there 2 days later? As it turns out the store moved to a nearby location but I wasn't aware of that. When I finally reached the woman on Saturday she acted like I was stupid for not realizing the store moved. Again - WTF? I called the company's customer service line several times and left messages and never received a return call. I have no doubt this is not an isolated event. The sale people there make used car sale people look like angels. I will never be a customer of this store again and I love to tell everyone about this so they will also not shop there. read more

My wife and I purchased a queen sized mattress from this location. We checked out a couple other mattress stores and the prices were much higher. Also, we received extremely good service at this location. They tested us on a custom mattress to find out the firmness and type we needed. After trying a couple mattresses that they put us on, we found the one we liked! We were extremely happy with the delivery as well. It was delivered two days later and carried right to our room. Since we have been sleeping on this new mattress, we have been dreaming each and every night so we know we are sleeping much better! Walked in to the store just to look and ended up finding a mattress that suits our needs. After serving in the military for 10 years and leaving with many injuries the bed matching computer couldn't find a mattress in their inventory of 60 plus models that would have worked. We ended up trying a few mattresses with the guidance of the staff and found a perfect fit. They ended up educating us on minimizing pressure when laying on a bed and how a bed bad can affect your spine. The sales staff said that if we couldn't find a mattress that didn't cause pressure then we should look somewhere else. The staff was not aggressive and I cannot see how anyone has had issues. I bought a Kingsdown mattress, adjustable base, Tempurpedic pillows, and a mattress cover from this location. It has been the best mattress I have ever slept on...so good, in fact, that even on vacation I am really just waiting to get back home to my own bed. The base has adjustable head and leg positions with customizable vibrating massage. I used to have a hard time getting to sleep. It would take me up to two hours with the pain in my back and joints due to injuries and physical problems with my knees. I really could never find a comfortable position, sleeping with no less than 12 pillows (no over-exaggeration), and just having to suffer through the night. Since this purchase, I only sleep with one pillow (optional now since the mattress is so comfortable), and I have experienced a decrease in my daily body aches to nearly non-existent. I only take a maximum of 20 minutes to fall into a deep, restful sleep. I no longer wake up feeling like I was dragged behind a truck. I wake up refreshed and renewed, which makes me a better wife and mother in the long run. It has truly improved the quality of my life and subsequently, the life of my family. read more

I came here with my boyfriend looking for a mattress for his new apartment. We were greeted warmly by Jay, who quickly directed us toward a sleeping diagnostic system called Bed Match. We basically took a short survey detailing our sleeping styles and laid on these beds that assessed our comfort levels. After our assessment, a list of recommended mattresses was printed out. Jay showed us 4 different mattresses & we found one relatively quickly. Jay effectively managed two customers at once and was extremely helpful. He made shopping for a mattress extremely pleasant and we walked out with a wonderful mattress that was in our price range.
