She helped me narrow down my choices based on what I liked and disliked about past mattresses. She didn't try to get me to buy more than I needed and gave pros and cons of the mattresses, pillows, and frames. Theresa also discussed prices with me, which helped me get just what I wanted - a great setup and value for my money. The two men who delivered my mattress, pillow, and adjustable frame (maybe father and son??) were friendly and efficient. They removed my old mattress, boxspring, and frame for a small fee, which saved me from having to figure out how to dispose of it all. I am SO happy with my purchase, and so glad I went to Baer's! If I have a need for new mattresses in the future, I will definitely return to Baer's. I highly recommend them!

This is a difficult review to write because our experience in the store was mostly fine, and we do…read morelike the mattress we purchased. The issue is in their so-called 120 in home "guarantee". Our salesperson talked to us about the Ease adjustable base. We were on the fence, because it honestly looked like a hack (as in, it does not operate as easily or as logically as a Sleep Number bed, whose entire design revolves around it being adjustable). Putting a $6,000 traditional mattress on top of a base that adjusts does not necessarily make a good "adjustable bed". I contacted the store to see if we could keep the mattress and return the base for a normal box spring, under the terms of the 120 day guarantee. No dice, they answered, the adjustable base is non-returnable. This was not made clear at the time of sale, which implied the entire set could be returned if we weren't happy with it. So now I'm stuck with an $800 adjustable base that is not good and I'm not going to use. The only reason we agreed to try it was because we were led to believe we could return it, and now they won't take it back. With no shortage of mattress stores around, I will definitely not be going back here.

Received a call the day of pick up and was told it was not available. The sales person offered an upgrade and free home delivery for the following day. I had company coming and needed the mattress, so I was ok with this, although I had not tried or seen the new mattress. The delivery was made, but the mattress was damaged. We were told we would be contacted when a new mattress was available for delivery. That never happened. After visitors and vacations we touched base with the company, and they don't want to do ANYTHING to help us. At this point we just want a refund. This is not a company that we want to give our business to! Update: We emailed as asked and NOTHING has been done. No response. 7 months later-nothing. We paid 600 for a damaged mattress. No one at the store or corporate did anything to help resolve the problem.

Called the manufacturer and they told me that they would replace it but I would have to pay to ship the pillow to them and then pay for shipping to have the replacement pillow shipped to me. This would have come out to be about the same cost or more of the pillow and I didn't want the same pillow that would flatten again. So am out the $60 because the salesperson lied to me. I was really excited about the deep discounts on the sale price, so we were eager to get the mattress. Firas was our mattress expert, and he was determined to provide a high-quality service in case anything should go wrong with the delivery or product. Well, come delivery day, the DELIVERY was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, likely just a bad 3rd party that Mattress Firm uses, and no reflection of my sales team at the store. The delivery team was RUDE and wanted to be out of our house as quickly as possible. They brought the new mattress in and removed the old one, as required, but then, when they went to bring in the base, the box was noticeably damaged and punctured. The delivery team said this "was not a big deal and happens all the time ... it will work fine." We opened the box and found there to be rips and tears all over the base, which they insisted was fine. The delivery team also set up the base and took the extra pieces with them after I had instructed them to be left with us in case we needed to adjust the height. They were visibly angry that this was not a quick drop-off for them, despite the damaged merchandise, which I had every right to refuse delivery of, since I did not purchase damaged merchandise. I quickly called Shawn (in front of the delivery team), the Assistant Store Manager at my Mattress Firm location, explained, and Firas was off that day, so not able to resolve our issue directly. With some conversation, Shawn was able to resolve our issue and arrange for the base to be swapped at no charge to us. The new base arrived in excellent condition and worked exactly as intended. Shawn and Firas were FANTASTIC and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for making this situation right.

And I was early (for once) so I decided to venture to MATRESSLAND. Large warehouse filled with matresses - duh. I was greeted by a very friendly sales person, Navid. He showed me different mattresses until I found one that suited my needs and my price range. I needed something firm but not too firm, I cant do memory foam (back problems) so he recommended something in between. I knew it was the right mattress from the moment I layed down on it. Firm but not to firm, soft but not too soft. Navid was very helpful and also hooked up the delivery, I was unable to make the first date so the dispatch was able to fit me in 2 days later with a 3hr window. The mattress came as expected with no stains or defects. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new mattress.

Sold us a $1400 mattress that ended up being terrible and when we tried to exchange it on a different mattress, we ended up having to spend an additional $800 for the right to exchange. Now despite 2 written requests to explain what's going on and no answer, now no one answers in service AND the line won't take recorded messages. This seemed so simple. Sofa delivered with a mid-shaped back cushion. I was told at delivery that a new piece would be ordered and replaced when it came in. I waited 9 months for the call that the replacement cushion arrived. But instead of replacing it, they took the sofa saying the repair would be done and sofa returned. That was 3 weeks ago. I've used the service email to request clarification. Twice. No response other than the auto message that my email was received. Today I called. No answer on the service line. Mailbox 'not taking messages. So, sofa bought and paid for. But I have no sofa and no answers. What good is a nice showroom if the service department is lousy, customers ignored and store shows no concern? Update! I had hope when, after publishing this review I got a call from Belfort. My hope was misplaced and speaks further to their failure. The call was to "arrange delivery" asap since repairs were (suddenly) complete. I asked what repairs were done to make sure we were on the same page before coming out here. Amazingly she returned to the phone to say her call was in error, repairs were NOT MADE and there would be no delivery. I asked what they HAD done in the weeks since picking up my sofa and she didn't know. No one was there who could tell me but I'd get a call first thing this morning. Here we are. Yet again with no response. The service department there is a mess.
