Absolutely phenomenal!!! Everything was F-R-E-S-H, nothing tasted stale or too greasy. The area was clean and the staff was really helpful and not rushed when I had questions.

While waiting for an India clothing store to open at noon, I stopped by Maui Fresh Grill. Place is nice inside with plenty of seating and the obligatory Hawaiian scenes on the walls. People are as friendly as can be and patient, also good at explaining how the orders are put in for Poke bowls/ salads. Word of warning, though, it's not a quick in and out place. It was lunch time so understandable, but between delivery orders and in house it was a solid fifteen minutes before I got to start my order and I was the third person in line. Lots of great options to eat here for both fish and cooked meat lovers alike. I'd recommend just using one of the pre-designed bowls and then making small modifications so that you don't feel so overwhelmed. The flavor of the yellowtail with mango was incredibly worth the wait however. And though it's another $7, the addition of unagi was both a good portion and a melt in your mouth flavor. If you like eel, this one is a must try. Everything felt fresh and pretty good, the one knock being the quite tasteless rice. I'd recommend a little furikake on the rice next time for flavor. I understand the economics of using plain rice vs sushi style but you can taste the difference. Being a native of Hawaii I was obliged to try the Musubi and the Hawaiian Mac salad. Interesting take on the musubi, basically a double decker of spam, but seemed acceptable to me. The Hawaiian Mac salad however with carrots and peas, way too moist, and just a smidge too much vinegar flavor I can not recommend. They do have good options for children so families ok here. There are a few options that don't start until 1PM, in particular the Loco Moco, so just letting anyone know if that's what they're looking for go after 1 o'clock...LOL... The cost of a poke bowl ($15), eel (7), spam (5), Hawaiian Mac (4), fountain drink (3) put the bill at around $37......so I can't in good conscience call this a great value and would instead say slightly overpriced. That along with a couple of misses on food, slow process, and accounting for the overall friendliness; giving credit for the very great proteins and 4-star is the finally tally.

Each bowl is freshly made, with crisp ingredients. The service was prompt and very patient for those of us visiting for the first time. The music in the restaurant was a bit too loud, but nothing unbearable.

What a great place to eat! The food was amazing but what really set this place apart was the service. The service was phenomenal. The lady working the counter was so nice and you could tell she truly enjoyed her job. The food was very fresh and tasted amazing. It's fairly priced and you get a good portion. My wife liked it and said "it's like Subway, which allows you to pick and choose what you want". So a great place for picky eaters. The inside was clean and neat. Especially the bathrooms!

We ordered three bowls and some boba tea. Everything tasted amazing and the service was incredible. I love this place and am looking forward to coming back soon!

This place is located close to the DFW airport. There is ample parking in front and plenty of seating inside. Service is fantastic. I tried their miso soup, combo bowl, and the salad with seared ahi. They all tasted great, but certainly not the best I've ever had. The ingredients were all fresh, which is most important. Their prices are on the high side for what you are getting.

Really really good! This has been on my company's delivery list for a while and I never tried them until today unfortunately. I ordered the build your own (grill bowl) with teriyaki chicken and coconut rice. I wasn't sure of which toppings to get so I left it at that. The workers sent me a kind note saying they provided the teriyaki signature toppings on the side since I didn't choose anything. How thoughtful!! There was grilled onions bell peppers and mushrooms in a separate bowl And I'm so glad they did because it was so good and fresh !!! You get to choose your base rice, type of protein, toppings and 2 sauces(which are so good btw). This definitely won't be my last time ordering from them. The taste and freshness alone would've kept me coming back but the thoughtfulness put the icing on the cake!! Thank you!!

This is it. Look no further for quality with quantity poke. I have been disappointed by other poke joints in the dfw because of their lackluster fish to carb ratio. Maui fresh grill does not disappoint. You will not finish all the fish and be left wondering why there is a ton of rice left. They carry a large variety of topping selections. Unfortunately, they advertise a limit of 12 toppings per bowl but in my experience they don't really care about that limit. For those who are not a fan of raw fish, they offer cooked proteins as well. The servers are very nice and patient with those who are new to poke bowls. The establishment is very clean with a decent number of tables for sit down dining. The only negative I can think of is that thid place isnt open on Sundays for your after church craving. But on the other hand, its nice for the restaurant to give their employees a Sabbath day of rest. You will not regret it!

I've spent the better part of a decade hunting the perfect poke spot. This is it. The options are dialed in, the quality is consistent, and the way you feel after eating here, that mix of full and genuinely satisfied, is hard to replicate. They've matched a wood, old-school aesthetic with food that actually earns it. What sets this place apart isn't just the bowl. The owners are a wonderful couple who serve with a smile and remember your face when you walk back in. The staff is efficient every single time. Places that believe in what they're doing at that level are getting rare. If you're craving sushi or poke (go with the poke and their salmon and tuna are 10/10), come here. And leave a review when you do. They've earned it.

You can pick a regular or large bowl with either salad, brown rice or white rice as your base or half/half. I had a regular bowl with spicy salmon, which was good! I don't usually eat raw, but the guy behind the counter said it was one of his favorites. They can let you sample it first before you pick it for your protein. My bowl contained spicy salmon, cooked shrimp, jalapeños, green onions, crab meat, and seaweed salad. Everything is so fresh! They have different toppings and sauces you can choose from. They were out of avocado today, :( bummer. The inside was clean, and just a quiet atmosphere. The employees are friendly, and answer any questions you may have. It's a little hidden gem.

A favorite for me, always worth a quick fifteen to twenty minute drive for good food…read more I usually get an order to go, I've been going here since they first opened & they always been consistent with fresh food & ingredients with wonderful service. My base is typically white rice, it's always soft & fluffy, never old. There are a lot of poke options, I'd recommend any of the shoyu, hawaiian, or caviar ones. The others ones I just haven't tried. Their seaweed toppings is great, I love that these are in strings versus the flat seaweed pieces that other places have. Avocados are fresh, never browning & the crab salad is a must. I do miss that they no longer offer masago for a topping, but I'm sure there's a reason whether it's accessibility or price. Friendly staff, quick service. I paid about $17 total for a regular bowl (two poke scoops, up to 5 toppings), not a bad price with a large portion. If you like poke, I'd definitely recommend stopping by.

I ordered the charred teriyaki--he used two torches at once, for extended periods, paused, and then used a spoon to mix the salmon in between torches. He took way too long. The salmon was not charred--it was burnt. He's supposed to use one torch and the other hand to flip and stir the salmon as it is being torched!! Other issues: They gave too teriyaki sauce and it absorbed the rice. The salad was not dressed. We asked for salad dressing, and the girl was like, which dressing would you like? The salad comes with the standard dressing unless asked otherwise. The second teen didn't know what he was doing, and kept asking the guy what he needed to do, or how to prep the order he was working. He was waiting for the teen to hand him the torches as the pickup just arrived for their order. The girl, who was restocking greens, could have easily picked up the char station as they were getting busy. They did NOT proportionate foods. We had to ask for more lettuce because of the proportion they tried serving initially. The lemonades were empty and there was less than 1/3 of green tea remaining. The ice machine was completely out! Management/leaders need to do better by scheduling people to match their skill sets. Today's visit was a waste of time and money! For those who want to say they're just kids--that's not the focal point!
