We order to go for work a lot, it's our go to Vietnamese restaurant. I've had their pho and it's good, it's more of a sweeter broth but still very good. The bun Bo hue is very flavorful but not as spicy as I've had and also on the sweeter side. I do have to note, the soups ToGo tend to be messy and spill. We get the wontons and it says spicy but I don't find them spicy but again they're super good and I got my coworkers obsessed. The tradition spring roll is refreshing and light with their peanut sauce. My favorite thing to get is the bahn mi. The pho here is pretty delicious. And will satisfy your pho cravings. I have had better and will say they are above average in their pho. The spring rolls and sauce are on point, with ample servings and a very delicious homemade peanut sauce. Service is super fast and courteous. Definitely recommend this place!! Yum. Came here with a big group when they opened and they were quick to accommodate us as we did not have a reservation. Just in town visiting we didn't know what we wanted and they were very patient with us. The food was very good and portions were large! We could not eat all of our meals. Dropped in for dinner while I was in the area. The service was fast--likely helped by the fact that the restaurant wasn't busy. Unfortunately, the food didn't leave much of an impression. The shrimp and pork roll appetizer was just okay, but mostly filled with lettuce and noodles. I was excited to have a new Vietnamese restaurant in Las Colinas and was hoping they were offering a new menu since changing owners. Nope, same menu. They offer pork, pork and more pork. In this area of town, there are A LOT of people who follow vegetarian and halal diets. Why not provide some more veg options? Plus, I saw that they charge extra for carry out and for using credit cards! read more

The food is really good and I highly recommend. This would be a 5 star review had it not been for the following: 1.) the guy who runs the place is really nice, but he cleans tables, handles the register and brings your food out all without washing his hands in between exchanges. It grossed me out to see him clean off a table and bring anything food related to anyone else's tables. It's a turn off. Which sucks because he's nice and the food is great. The same person who is cleaning doesn't need to be the same person engaging with customers' food. Especially without handwashing. 2.) it's cheaper if you pay with cash. It's 2025 and I find that to be interesting. 5/5 on the food though read more

So good. I've been here three times in a two week period. I really enjoy this place and it reminds me of my mom's cooking. I got the shrimp and pork spring rolls, a large pho tai, and a sweet tea. Overall, really great food and friendly service. The spring rolls had a large portion and the flavor was great. There was a generous amount of peanut dipping sauce as well. The broth in the pho had a fantastic flavor and the large was the more than the amount I expected. My favorite pho spot in DFW! The broth is super flavorful, you can tell they simmer it for hours. The Bun Bo Hue is also a favorite of mine here when I'm wanting something more spicy. Their rice plates and other noodle dishes are just as good and the portions are generous. The vermicelli bowls are super fresh and perfect for when I want something a little lighter but still filling. I've been to a lot of Vietnamese spots around DFW, and this one always hits. I've had just about everything here. Good service, kind staff, and super clean. I crave this place way too often. read more

Visited this location for many many years. Was sad to see it gone because I loved the Pho. New ownership now, open again with a new name and new policy apparently. Food was very good. Ordered the V4, A1, crab Rangoon and combination Pho. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the "To Go Pho" has an up charge on top of the up charge they're passing on to the customer for using a credit card for orders. Who has cash? I don't like that, it's a business expense that the business can deduct, so why am I paying for this? read more

I came here and ordered the combination Bún Bò Huế and OMG this place is such a bang for the buck! First off, the broth was incredible, so savory and comforting, just like how my mom makes it. Secondly, they do not skimp on the protein. And the noodles? Perfectly chewy, with just the right texture to soak up all that rich, spicy broth. I found that extremely rude and unprofessional. There are usually two ladies who greet customers. One is always very nice and welcoming, while the other is often rude and unfriendly. Over the years, I've also noticed a concerning difference in the way the thinner lady treats customers. From what I've personally observed, she is noticeably friendlier and more attentive toward white customers, while often being rude or dismissive toward Latino customers.
