I went in to look for a puddle float jumper for my daughter and they had one available for $50 (they are less than $20 anywhere else). It looked as if it had been returned and taped up. It looked a little small in the package so I asked if I could return it if it doesn't fit my daughter... the woman at the register said sure if it is in resalable condition you shouldn't have to worry about it. The next day my daughter put it on and it seemed fine until she jumped in the water, it slid half way down her body and would not stay up even after adjusting the strap, on top of that my daughter came out of the water with rashes all over her armpits and arms. The next day I came in to return the item, Nikki was the only associate in the store and when I handed her the item saying I want to return it she just looked at it and immediately without hearing me out just said I can't take it back.. it's been used. I tried explaining the situation and she just kept interrupting and saying she couldn't return the item! I am very disappointed, paying $50 for an item that hurt my child and the "manager" not having any compassion or sense of customer service to hear me out is unacceptable!

They're thicker and more durable than most brands. THE STORE: This store is located in Whalers Village on the mall's main second level near the parking garage entrance. It's small, fully-stocked, organized and clean. They sell clothing for all, including caps, bags, water bottles, board shorts, rash guards and even luggage. I was surprised to see that they still sold the same design that's years old. The black longs leeve tee has gray stripes running under the arms down the sides, with the Honolua logo front and center in thick embroidery, and the Hawaiian Islands embroidered on on the left sleeve. It's pricey at $49, but well worth it. SERVICE: We were greeted immediately as we entered. Cashier service was quick and friendly, though the shirt wasn't folded nicely in the package. No biggie. After using the cover TWICE, the stitching unraveled and zipper pull-handle fell off. Since I knew I would be back to Maui last week, I figured I'd get it handled when I returned to island. I stopped in at shop yesterday and showed my cover/receipts, asking if I could get a replacement. Instead of good customer service, I was met with a lot of aggression from Wendell. He treated me like I was a haole trying to rip him off....kept saying its been six months (actually 4-1/2, but as I noted I don't live on island) and that there's no warranty on covers. I asked if I could exchange for a replacement since it had only been used TWICE and he said no. I asked for a discount, he said no. I asked "what would you have done if you were me?" and he kept saying it doesn't matter what I think. I figured he'd provide an exchange and send the bad cover back to his supplier for credit, but he didn't. Or I figured he'd at least offer a new one at cost, but he didn't. So I just walked out. Very unhappy.
