Location has several jobs already in the shop. Gentleman tells it will be a while. A while turned into just under two hours. I am there for a tire repair, which they fixed. I needed new wipers and gave them the add on sales. I asked for a high end wipers. I was informed they were $50, ok. Big mistake. $105 for the wipers and $50 to install. Tire repair $29, total bill over $200. Live and learn.

He offered & installed two converter replacements but the truck did not accept them and the engine light kept coming on. I brought the truck back multiple times for Joe to remedy but he couldn't figure it out. So I was instructed to remove the parts and return them for a full reimbursement but when I came back with the parts, Joe refused to reimburse me and refused to take back the parts. So now we have to take legal action to recoup the $2600, oh also I was told by Joe that "he doesn't care". Good luck to anyone that goes there and things don't work out because history shows , Joe doesn't care nor does he wanna reimburse the customer even when they fail at fixing the issue.. **Update** their corporate office reached out to me to let me know that they are not going to reimburse me for there failed work. I would advise not going here for mechanical work because may get ripped off like me.

Tire was not holding air because it was mounted incorrectly. They jacked my car up outside. I stopped at another tire shop on the way home and they fixed it has when I called. They said they would not do anything to help me and left me stranded on the side of the road. A few days later, I go to add windshield wiper fluid to my car my hood has no handle to open it anymore and it's sitting in my door. The manager kept giving all sorts of excuses and Helen was nowhere to be found. He said he didn't have to honor price because I didn't have printed price and he couldn't find any paperwork stating $199. Having my car hostage I payed figuring I could settle with Helen later . All of a sudden he found the papers but wouldn't reimburse me and whenever I called Helen wasn't available. I report them to BBB, they ignored them. Insult to injury I was told the work wasn't necessary.

Neighbor had tune up work performed, 2 weeks later check engine light comes on, Ken says "its not their responsibility. I open the hood and find a wrench and some sort of test light laying on the top of the engine. Oh, stay clear of this place if you have any brake problems. Ken quoted an outrages price . Took the car to Pinebelt Cadillac, ( which is never cheap usually). They took one look at our quote and laughed. Their price was $310 dollars less!! The place is a rip off
