HAVE CASH IF POSSIBLE TO AVOID THE CARD FEE. I was looking for things to help me with my gym workouts since I just got started and I need the extra push. I was a little overwhelmed because I went to multiple nutrition shops like nutrishop, Vitamin shopee and the Max muscles in natomas and left without feeling confident in the choices I had. I come here they were open but it was locked because the employee had gone to get lunch and I even called and feared I wouldn't get anywhere though he quickly unlocked the doors and came to assist me and answered all questions regarding my goals and mission to better health and it was a lot to process but I went from clueless to informed and that's always a good feeling to have. We spent a lot of time discussing what products I needed and they even had a buy one get one half off going on which is helpful because things are expensive especially with the fact the more healthier it is the more money it'll cost. I bought a thermogenic, and l- carnitine product with a protein isolate mixed with whey to start things off though I will admit my body isn't used to it which made me very nauseous and somewhat light headed though I will share my progress when the time comes on their website after some time has passed that I have been taking the products. Here's the deal, I typically don't write out reviews unless I really love the establishment, or hate it... In this case, I absolutely love this store. I recently move up here to the Arden area from Southern California, and being a frequent gym goer, its necessary to compliment that activity with a proper nutrition shop. And after so many years of searching for a good spot, I finally stumbled upon the best shop I have ever entered. Great atmosphere, great products, on point customer service and information with substance. Really can't really ask for much more, keep up the quality work. Extremely knowledgeable and professional staff. These people know what they're doing and they're passionate about their jobs. One of the best things here is the customized nutrition plan. It tells you everything you need to know to get to your goal, including what supplements to take and what to eat at every single meal. Remember, if fat loss is your goal, then about 80% of it should be focused on nutrition, and these guys will show you how to reach that goal. I've tried a few of their products, and my top two are Emerge and Max Pro. According to the product description, Emerge is a powerful fat loss and body composition slenderizing system specially formulated to inhibit appetite, promote the release of fat from stored fat cells and accelerate the burning of fat for fuel. Boy do I love this product. I get the perfect amount of energy without my heart wanting to jump out of my chest. I haven't used it enough to observe it's slenderizing ability, but I'm sure in a few months my slender body will soon Emerge. I've tried some of the different flavors, each one better than the last. I haven't tried a flavor that I didn't like, however, my favorite is watermelon. Max Pro Protein, specifically chocolate, is the best protein I've ever had. Best products all around. I'm a pretty regular workout guy was defiantly stuck. The guys at this store defiantly helped me out. With there suggestions they gave me on tweaking my diet a little bit and taking different supplements (which was cheaper yet better than I took before) I have seen a lot more gains my body fat drops while I was still able to add some muscle. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgable. I would recommend max muscle over anything else I've taken! Haven't tried the product yet because I was just in there but I wanted to compliment the gentleman that was working there (I didn't catch his name but he was Portuguese) He was extremely knowledgeable and best of all non-judgmental. My experience at the Max Muscle on Arden Way was great. I have been going through stomach issues and chronic pain in my side for two years. I have gone from doctors to specialists who still can't pin point what is exactly going on with me. I have had more surgeries than I have time to explain and have lost so much weight from not being able to eat and was feeling like I was wasting away...I spoke with Greg about my issues and he took the time to help me plan my menu choices but also recommended three products that are helping me already and it has only been two weeks. He took the time to listen and guide me in the right direction of what my body needs to properly function and gave me the postive enforcement that I was looking for. I'm going to start my weight training again after loosing most of my muscle and I am very excited about how I will feel in another two weeks..chronic pain is hard to deal with but if ur dealt the hand of having to deal with it, you have to be the best you can be and have positive people around you..I would definitely recommend talking to him or his wife she was awesome too....I went from completely frustrated to now looking forward to pushing myself and realizing if I'm gonna be stuck with these issues I have to keep pushing and never give up...I recommend Greg he's approachable and down to earth he will be more than happy to put you on the right path as he did me...Thanks again Greg!!!!
