Diego did a great job. Needed my carpet cleaned as well as my bed frame and requested for spot treatment on my mattress. He was thorough and quick. Making the appointment was easy. They're very responsive and pricing is very clear and upfront. Will definitely use them again.

The filter of the truck mounted carpet steamer filled with cat hair and other gunk from the carpets.

My carpets were so dirty that I was considering replacing them in the master bedroom and on the stairs. Owner Diego and his father Luis got the carpets so clean that I don't need to get it replaced anymore. In the past, I hired other carpet cleaners, but was never satisfied. This is a family owned business, and they care about doing a good job. They use a truck mounted carpet cleaning system. This is very powerful and pulled pet hair out of the carpet, even after they did the initial vacuum. Check out the picture to see how much pet hair was pulled out of the carpet even after they did an initial vacuum. I should add that previously, there was a professional housecleaner who came one per month. In the past, the carpet cleaners I had hired used a handheld carpet cleaner. Definitely look for a carpet cleaner that uses a truck mounted cleaner as the truck mount gives it much more power and a bigger supply of hot steaming water. I also appreciate the transparent pricing. They have a published menu of prices depending on the room you need to clean. I would definitely hire them again!

This team was absolutely amazing. They showed up on time and immediately started working. They were extremely friendly making small talk while also working with efficiency and precision. They were so careful with my furniture and took great care in ensuring that my housing was left looking beautiful. They were very straight forward about prices, the time it would take, and the type of products they were using. They brought fans to help my floor dry faster ensuring that my family was able to go into our home as soon as possible. The team even gave me tips ask to help ensure my flooring stays beautiful and clean after all their hard work. They also gave my entire family booties to cover out shoes with so we'd be able to enter ouhome while making sure we got out full moneys worth. They made me feel so comfortable with the entire process and I knew that I would be in love with the outcome. My flooring looks so wonderful and I would 100% recommend this team.

highly recommend Maxclean! They showed up right on time in fact, they arrived early, which was a great start. The tile floors came out even better than I expected. We had rented out our condo, and when the tenants moved out, they left the tile absolutely disgusting. I honestly thought I was going to have to replace it, but thanks to Maxclean, it looks like new again.I couldn't be happier with the results. To top it all off, they came out and completed the job on a holiday, which really shows their dedication to customer service. Professional, reliable, and excellent quality work. Maxclean is extraordinarily! Diego and his team are super friendly and professional. They are efficient and made our 20 year old carpet and tiles look like new! Their price is very reasonable. And they went above and beyond to help us even clean our toilets while they clean our bathroom tiles. I really recommend them!

Appreciated a quick scheduling of the appointment and the actual cleaning of my chairs was great. Disappointed, though, in some misleading communication on the day of scheduling and the total cost. The technician asked me if I wanted to add ScotchGuard fabric protection for 50% of the total cost and when I said "no that's too much for me," he reduced the offer to a total of $50. I assumed this would be a professional level of protection, but it ended up just being spray from a regular bottle that I could've picked up at the store and only took five minutes. Will probably not repeat business with this company after that shady practice.

Diego was quick to respond and schedule me for a next day cleaning of my sectional and area rug. He was very knowledgeable, kind, quick and effective! My couch was filthy after a recent remodel and he restored it and the rug to its original state for a reasonable price. Will definitely be using him again for future cleanings!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Maxclean Carpet & Tile! Diego was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and communication throughout was lightning fast. He was neat and incredibly respectful, wearing shoe covers inside my home. He treated several spots (pets, water intrusion, high traffic areas) and now my carpets are sparkling clean! And the spots have not reappeared like they have with other cleaners! He even found my daughter's runaway turtle and emptied an aquarium for me and set it outside so I could get rid of it. After having another company come out for a low bid that doubled when they showed up 1 1/2 hours late, I reviewed other companies. I found Diego with Maxclean and sent him pictures. He arrived on time!! He looked and agreed with the estimate and we knew the carpets are old just wanted them clean for now until they are replaced. They did a great job to the old carpet and took less time than expected. I would recommend Diego if you're looking for someone to clean your carpets and be respectful of your home. We just moved in and installed brand new carpets. Diego and his team responded promptly and were able to come clean in short notice. Even though our appointment wasn't until later in the night, I could tell they weren't rushing and wanted to do a really thorough job. He also pointed out a manufacturer stain that was on our newly installed carpet, which I would've missed, but now have a claim to remedy. We were really happy with the results of the carpet that we decided to add a large sectional sofa cleaning. I didn't realize a sofa cleaning would cost that much, but the price provided was competitive and they spent 1.5 hours deep cleaning and staging the sofa after they were done. Wow! Diego's team is incredible. They came they saw they conquered. My rug that I have in my living room is about 10 x 14' and they did such a great job removing all of the dirt all of the allergens from the floor and anything my dog has left behind. I hired Diego & Luis solely off their response. Their reply was super quick, super friendly, super clear & transparent! As for the service itself, it was spectacular! They showed up exactly on time (actually one minute early). During the walkthrough Diego let me know the area rug I had them do as well (not pictured) was considered extra dirty and would need a little extra cleaning. My couches at home needed cleaning since it has been a while so I went on Yelp and contacted a few places that offer this service. Maxclean Carpet Cleaning was very quick to respond and replied within an hour that I messaged them. They were also kind enough to squeeze in my last minute, same day cleaning request that I needed. I had 2 couches at home and they did a very thorough job that took almost 3 hours to deep clean everything. They also deep cleaned my rug for free, and also cleaned another 2 stools all for a very reasonable price. I made an inquiry on yelp for quotes for my rug to be cleaned and Diego was so quick, genuine and professional. When we got on the phone, he was so kind and offered to pick up my rug the same day! Not only did he show up the exact minute my appointment was for, he managed to get both services done the same day so we didn't have to have him come back.
