Diego did a great job. Needed my carpet cleaned as well as my bed frame and requested for spot treatment on my mattress. He was thorough and quick. Making the appointment was easy. They're very responsive and pricing is very clear and upfront. Will definitely use them again.

The filter of the truck mounted carpet steamer filled with cat hair and other gunk from the carpets.

My carpets were so dirty that I was considering replacing them in the master bedroom and on the stairs. Owner Diego and his father Luis got the carpets so clean that I don't need to get it replaced anymore. In the past, I hired other carpet cleaners, but was never satisfied. This is a family owned business, and they care about doing a good job. They use a truck mounted carpet cleaning system. This is very powerful and pulled pet hair out of the carpet, even after they did the initial vacuum. Check out the picture to see how much pet hair was pulled out of the carpet even after they did an initial vacuum. I should add that previously, there was a professional housecleaner who came one per month. In the past, the carpet cleaners I had hired used a handheld carpet cleaner. Definitely look for a carpet cleaner that uses a truck mounted cleaner as the truck mount gives it much more power and a bigger supply of hot steaming water. I also appreciate the transparent pricing. They have a published menu of prices depending on the room you need to clean. I would definitely hire them again!

This team was absolutely amazing. They showed up on time and immediately started working. They were extremely friendly making small talk while also working with efficiency and precision. They were so careful with my furniture and took great care in ensuring that my housing was left looking beautiful. They were very straight forward about prices, the time it would take, and the type of products they were using. They brought fans to help my floor dry faster ensuring that my family was able to go into our home as soon as possible. The team even gave me tips ask to help ensure my flooring stays beautiful and clean after all their hard work. They also gave my entire family booties to cover out shoes with so we'd be able to enter ouhome while making sure we got out full moneys worth. They made me feel so comfortable with the entire process and I knew that I would be in love with the outcome. My flooring looks so wonderful and I would 100% recommend this team.

highly recommend Maxclean! They showed up right on time in fact, they arrived early, which was a great start. The tile floors came out even better than I expected. We had rented out our condo, and when the tenants moved out, they left the tile absolutely disgusting. I honestly thought I was going to have to replace it, but thanks to Maxclean, it looks like new again.I couldn't be happier with the results. To top it all off, they came out and completed the job on a holiday, which really shows their dedication to customer service. Professional, reliable, and excellent quality work. I'll definitely be using them again and recommending them to anyone who needs their floors cleaned!

Maxclean is extraordinarily! Diego and his team are super friendly and professional. They are efficient and made our 20 year old carpet and tiles look like new! Their price is very reasonable. And they went above and beyond to help us even clean our toilets while they clean our bathroom tiles. I really recommend them!

Appreciated a quick scheduling of the appointment and the actual cleaning of my chairs was great. Disappointed, though, in some misleading communication on the day of scheduling and the total cost. The technician asked me if I wanted to add ScotchGuard fabric protection for 50% of the total cost and when I said "no that's too much for me," he reduced the offer to a total of $50. I assumed this would be a professional level of protection, but it ended up just being spray from a regular bottle that I could've picked up at the store and only took five minutes. Will probably not repeat business with this company after that shady practice.

Diego was quick to respond and schedule me for a next day cleaning of my sectional and area rug. He was very knowledgeable, kind, quick and effective! My couch was filthy after a recent remodel and he restored it and the rug to its original state for a reasonable price. Will definitely be using him again for future cleanings!

What a great experience! My wife and I have an old couch that we needed to be cleaned, we looked around on yelp and got some quotes. Maxclean was the best priced so we went with them. They showed up on time and were prepared for the job, I appreciate that they used corner wall protectors so their equipment didn't get snagged on my walls. They cleaned the couch quickly and did an amazing job. The before and after was night and day. Which made me wish I would have done this along time ago. While here they gave me a quote on an area rug, it was a good deal so I had them do that also. Super thankful I went with these guys. They were super nice and professional. Hands down, stop looking for another service. Diego and his team were nothing less than amazing. We inherited my uncles house after his passing and let's just say, he probably hadn't had his carpets or tile deep cleaned for years even before he got sick. There was A LOT of dirt and grime to clean and even Diego was like "oof" but they got it done and the carpets and tile looked so good. The house smells clean, the floors look clean and feel great. Luis & Danny arrived on time and got to work right away. They were having issues connecting to my water source due to old pipes and quickly found a solution to get the job done. I had my couch, rug and chairs serviced my Maxclean Carpet Cleaning. They did a great job with the couch and chairs but completely ruined our 8x10 ruggable rug. He came out three times to try and fix it but it just got worse and worse each time. The smell was so horrendous we had to trash our $500 rug. I would not recommend. 2 stars because they do have great communication and did fine with the couch. read more

Today, Esperanza arrived alone at around 9:55 AM and said it would be $150 for 3 hours. Though we expected 2 cleaners for 1.5 hours, we agreed. Esperanza told us later after 2 hours of cleaning, that the kitchen and living room would take 2 hours instead of 1, so our total would change to $200. This was a little unexpected but we agreed to this too. However, she finished after a total of 3 hours of cleaning, she didn't need the additional 4th hour. But when we were about to pay, she charged us $200. We ended up paying $180 but she did maybe an extra 5 minutes at most, not a full hour, for the extra $30 we paid. Esperanza was nice and she cleaned our place well. We just weren't very satisfied with how what we agreed on, and expected, kept changing. Also, I'm not very sure if they take out the trash or not. When I asked, Esperanza agreed, but she looked a little surprised, so I guess this is one extra thing I was left wondering about.
