I waited a few weeks and tried again and finally got in touch with Manuel at Stone Polish. We settled on a date and I confirmed the day earlier to make sure he was still coming. He messaged me back quickly and the next day he showed up 20 minutes early. We discussed the situation and the process for repairing the granite behind the sink. About two hours later he was finished. It's significantly better than what it was. There were a number of granite chunks and pieces that were loose plus, some of the metal reinforcement was so bad, it had disintegrated. Manuel reused some of the larger pieces and used epoxy to blend in some of the other areas. All in all, we're very happy with the outcome. Manuel was very personable and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

Marco is the kindest, most professional, punctual, and communicative person I've ever worked with. I was able to get a next day in person quote (quick process) and then schedule a next day carpet/rug/couch deep clean. I also scheduled an additional appointment for him to come back the following week to clean the tile and grout in our showers. Not only did he show up the exact minute my appointment was for, he managed to get both services done the same day so we didn't have to have him come back. Marco works SO hard and takes great pride in his work, he's so detail oriented (and I'm super picky). We will absolutely be using him again and I've already texted his info to a ton of friends. He talks a lot about how mold is everywhere and grid to minimize because I think he's used to all the crazy worries we all have - so understand that's where he's coming from when he almost excessively tried to calm your fears.
