We came here for breakfast and had a good meal. The eggs and pancakes were tasty and filling. They have some funky super sweet pancake options, but we didn't want to experiment with too sweet as we want some good protein to fuel our day ahead. The staff were friendly but running around and super busy. The location is at the far end of the LINQ closer to the ferris wheel.

Maxie's offers a wide variety of options, including a full bar and breakfast and dinner fare. They have gluten free bread, and make a pretty good twist on Benedict with bacon and great holendase sauce. The service was friendly, and they are located right next to High Roller. I had low expectations, but enjoyed the experience for a late night meal.

Denver Benedict

Ambiance was more of a three, but the Denver Benedict was a solid five. I'm not sure what witchcraft went into toasting that bread inside and out, but this tasted like a giant egg in a hole, and I am here for it. It comes by itself with zero sides, but I did not walk away hungry. They work quickly here, turning tables with precision, and everyone is professional and kind. I can't speak for the rest of the menu, but I would come back for more benedicts.

Unfortunately, Maxies missed the mark for me. The food was only okay and came out a little cold. I ordered the vegas breakfast and got overmedium eggs. They came out very runny and undercooked. Potatoes weren't crispy. Luckily the toast was great. My husband got chicken and waffles- the chicken was good, and the waffle was okay. The service was terrible. We sat down and weren't served or talked to for several minutes. Then when we finally ordered, half the drinks we ordered were forgotten and there was no one coming around to refill our coffee and water. It wasn't that busy, so I'm not really sure what the holdup was.

Maxie's at the Linq was a really solid stop when I needed something quick and satisfying. The food was excellent and surprisingly reasonably priced for being right in the middle of the Strip. It's definitely not fine dining, but that's kind of the point here. The diner style menu hit the spot for lunch without taking itself too seriously. It's a great option when you want something familiar, filling, and easy before heading back out into the Vegas chaos.

We stumbled across Maxie's and decided to have breakfast. What a great choice! Good food and Bloody Mary's. Great service. Will definitely return next time we are in Vegas!

Nice stop for a snack. Can't beat the $3 frozen Margherita with$1 tequila float. Shared some wings, buffalo was much better than garlic butter. The wings were descent size and fried hard. Noticed plates on other tables, breakfast foods and salad looked good, too. Service was excellent, friendly.

Bailey's and coffee

David made our night! We were one of his last tables on a busy night but he was energetic and fun. The food was good and the menu is extensive. They had a $1 wing special and they were meaty and cooked perfectly. Our group also shared a chicken flatbread and a burger with fries. The coffee with Baileys was great on a cold night. A fun venue!

I'm a foodie who eats with her eyes first, so finding Maxie's tuuked in a corner of the LINQ Promenade, I had to try it out! The visit was an absolute delight and I think I smiled from the moment we walked in. They have a bright, retro-inspired interior with neon signs, bold colors, and playful decor that feels like a modern twist on a classic diner. Kind of casual but full of personality, and the energy is upbeat without being chaotic. We went for brunch, and the menu was a feast for the eyes and the stomach. Everything was over-the-top in the best way, from the towering pancake stacks to the fruit topped waffles and stuffed benedict that looked like it belonged in a food competition. The food wasn't just flashy; it was genuinely delicious. Sweet dishes were indulgent without being excessively sweet, and the savory options were hearty and satisfying. Service was fast and friendly, and even though the place was busy, the staff kept things moving smoothly. It's a great spot for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking to kick off their Vegas day with something fun and flavorful. It was truly an experience. When we left, we were full, happy, and already planning a return visit the following day. It's one of the first things I recommend to everyone I know when they ask about where to eat.

My friends and I decided to try this place for breakfast. The only available seating was outside or at the bar. We chose the bar which wasn't a good idea if you want good service. The place wasn't super busy which was good. The bartender was not very engaging. We had to ask his name. When we asked about coffee options he didn't know what we meant by that. Then he finally showed us the menu with latte and specialty coffee options. The food came out quick. It was prepared well. Food portions are good. It was nice to try something new that's not offered in my home state. I just wished the service was better to enjoy a Maxie diner experience.

Turkey Club & Zucchini Fries

We love Maxie's! Think diner style food and atmosphere. Maxie's was a breakfast and lunch staple for us. This time we were staying at the Linq and it's a short walk (10mins from our hotel door to their doors) located in the promenade right under the High Roller (big wheel), we were alway sat pretty quick with usually no wait. The food was really good, lunches had large portions and everything had great prices, and that combo is hard to find on the strip. It's American style diner food, so nothing "fancy" but we found it to be consistent and always delicious. All our servers were friendly and super accommodating to any changes. I was craving a turkey club but also fried zucchini but didn't really need 2 full dishes so I decided to use my free-will and ask if I could possibly pay to upgrade my side to a small amount of zucchini fries cause I didn't want a full order and she responded with "of course no problem", and it was a pretty low up-charge. Win! Our breakfasts were pretty basic, normal sized portions, but very good, and a super low price point. It was refreshing cause I don't need a $40 breakfast that could feed 3 people like some places are serving. BONUS- they also sold gallons of water for cheap that we brought back to our room. (Anyone who's experienced the strip knows how much they gouge $$$ for water! - so great find!)

Had breakfast here this morning the food was good for a little diner on the linq they had a pretty decent selection with lots of waitresses helping out taking orders and bringing out the food . Also walking distance from the flamingo hotel.

Gardein Burger on top and Crispy Chicken Sandwich & $3 frozen margarita in bottom
Briseida N.

First time coming here and it wasn't my fav. Our server didn't have a great attitude which always makes for a not so pleasant experience. I got the Crispy Fried Sandwich and it was pretty bland, the chicken could use more seasonings. My friend got the Gardein burger and it was also bland. It could use vegan mayo and vegan cheese as well, it would bring it from a 3 to at least a 7. I also got the $3 margarita with the extra tequila float for $1 and that was fine.

There's a small kitchen area where the menu is and where you place your order. Cooks are viciously making the orders that others are placing, and you can hear the constant sizzling of hot dogs on their grills. They have bar seating on the other side along with a bunch of tables close by but they were all taken since it was prime dinner time at 7:30pm on The Strip and people were walking all around the area. We decided to eat over at a nearby taco joint in the end. Both of us got their D.U.I. Dog, which has pastrami, carne asada, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, a ton of cilantro and chipotle aioli (a mayonnaise kind of sauce). Very packed with flavor with all the meats inside, and the cheese melts so well inside the hot dog. They even put this inside a relatively big carton container, the same kind I've seen the staff put their D.U.I. Fries in... holy crap those are some huge portions! For $18 before tax though, this hot dog was already slightly massive for its size, at just about a foot long. Very nice start to a great time in Vegas! Also a great hot dog stand with immensely tasty dogs.

It's hard to find something that fits all those requirements on the Strip. They sell loaded hot dogs, fries, and cocktails. My favorites are the elote dog and DUI fries, and their cocktails are some of the best value for price. The Strip location is specifically outdoors and there's a decent amount of seating, but they can fill up quickly when it's busy. There's also a location inside the Showcase Mall if you'd prefer to sit indoors. I may be biased because I also love hot dogs, but I will definitely be back for more.

The hot dog is legit and easily the highlight of my visit. It comes the way it should, topped with sport peppers and that unmistakable neon green relish, and it's actually pretty close to what you would expect from a real Chicago-style dog. If you are craving that classic Chicago flavor, this part of the menu absolutely delivers. Unfortunately, the Italian beef did not live up to the same standard. I ordered the half hot dog, half Italian beef combo, thinking it would be the best way to try both, but I ended up regretting that choice. To me, an Italian beef sandwich and its marinade should have a deep, savory flavor, almost like a hydrated beef jerky, but this one fell flat. In fact, there were more veggies than beef! Meh. I might also be a little spoiled after having Jay's Italian Beef in Chicago, which sets a very high bar. Overall, Windy City Beef N Dogs is worth visiting for the hot dogs. But when they list beef before dogs... you expect more.

I was excited that they had vegetarian options, and I really liked the cute branding and decor.. Unfortunately, the customer service made the experience uncomfortable. Since it was our first time there, we were taking a minute to look over the large menu, but the employee at the register mostly just stared at us silently, which made us feel rushed while ordering. I ended up panic ordering my toppings because the interaction felt awkward and unwelcoming. The restaurant was empty at the time, so I think even a simple "Welcome" or recommendation would've made a big difference. The woman working there later helped us with drinks and was much warmer and friendlier, so I appreciated that. *I also tried to give some grace because maybe it was just an off day?* The restaurant itself is cute, though I did notice the floors looked dusty. There was light music playing, but overall the atmosphere felt awkward after the interaction, so we mostly just ate quickly and left. **On the positive side** I actually really enjoyed my veggie dog. The pretzel bun, veggie sausage, and toppings were all really good, and the food came out quickly. My brother said his hot dog was okay, but the beans on his were cold. Overall, the pricing seemed fair for today's restaurant prices, but for spending around $40 total with drinks, customer service and atmosphere matter. I really wanted to love this spot because the concept is fun and unique, but the cold interaction unfortunately overshadowed the experience.
