I know I should've ordered a burger at a burger restaurant, but... the chicken sandwich was quite possibly the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. My boyfriend did get a burger, though, and also gave it the same stellar rating. As is everything in Vegas, prices were a bit steep, but this meal was absolutely delicious, filling, and a great choice for a quick bite. Pretty good! Heard great things about FB's new food court and this was my first place to try. FireBird was a hot chicken sandwich with hot honey. Also got some loaded fries. Chicken was crispy, juicy, and the honey was a game changer. The sweet bun really completed it and might have been the best part. I could see their burgers being just as good because of it. This place is definitely on the endulgent side, IE dont expect a light or small meal here. But for major foodies you definitely have to give it a try! read more

Vegas, what do you expect, overpriced items but unique nonetheless. I ordered a burger here with onion rings inside it. It was actually not bad, about $16 more or less without sides. And again pricey for what you receive. It tasted good though. The onion rings ordered were good, unhealthy and fatty. It tasted gushy, juicy and what you'd expect in a fatty meal. The oil is very inflammatory and fried. Those onion rings were $8 so in all $24 for burger and onion rings. The service was average tho, the woman at the front forgot to put in the onion rings the first time so had to go back and tell her to add them. Was she not listening? What a waste of time, the line was moderate as well, maybe 10 people in total of which all were strangers to each other, so 10 orders. A few people eating nearby and the wait time was sort of long maybe 15-20 minutes for two items. Ambiance is again, smelly. It had a bit of perfume all around the casino which gave me a headache. The burger and onion rings, very good and a cheaper bargain that the Mexican food next door. I enjoyed it as a late night unhealthy snack. Different than where I live at least. read more

Capons is a casual food counter located in the Pomenade in the Fontainebleau. They offer chef Capon's custom ground burgers and chicken sandwiches on house made potato buns. They also offer tenders, house made gelato, soft serve, and more. I can still say that the Firebird Chicken Sandwich is still amazing and is a great big sloppy sandwich that is moist, crispy, and so delicious. I am also happy to report that the smash burger is also very good. The onion rings were good too. They were large and crispy and seemed free o oil. The only reason for an update is because the gelato is different from last time. You still get a generous serving for your money. I am only talking about the pistachio flavor. Last time is was the MOST AMAZING PISTACHIO GELATO that I have tasted in all of Vegas. It was solid pistachio flavor and also packed with pistachios. This time it had very little pistachio flavor. So little that it was hard to identify as pistachio. It also only had a total of two pistachios in a two scoop serving that we shared. I still highly recommend the food. I'm not sure why this place isn't listed under ice cream as well? They have ice cream, gelato, and sorbet. The mango sorbet blew me away. It has a very natural mango flavor that isn't too sweet and tastes like fresh mangos. I will need to go back to grab the biggest container they sell of this stuff. Located in the food hall and worth every penny. My review is just for this sorbet but the burgers here look really good so I'll need to try one next time. read more

The food made us sooooo sick! Came for quick grub, burger was $17, and chicken tenders were $17 also. Super expensive and the quality was terrible. The line was a bit slow but the cashier was so sweet and mentioned some people were being a little mean...not okay! I ordered the smoke show burger that came with onion straws and bacon jam, a side of truffle fries and a bottle Coke Zero. The wait was not as bad as I thought...plenty of seating in the area. Located inside the Fontanebleau Hotel food hall. We stayed at the hotel and wanted to check out their restaurants. Their service is friendly, but just really slow and clumsy, with multiple mistakes in our order. The Classic Burger was OK, nothing special, and they even messed up our order so we had to wait longer. The food hall is very spacious, with lots of seating, with other food options. The day club just closed so it was super busy when we came, but their staff didn't act like like it. Unless management fixes, I do not recommend. TIP: Be wary if coming on a weekend right when the day club closes. The food hall will have long lines with crowds of drunk and loud patrons. read more

LOADED TRUFFLE FRIES: Pretty steep price for some fries but at least the portion was huge! Good texture and truffle flavor, definitely very heavy though. Make sure to eat them hot because they were rock solid when we tried to have them as drunchies later in the night. CAPON'S CLASSIC: The burger was decent. Nothing super special and I probably wouldn't pay this much for a mediocre burger normally, but it's a Vegas food court so I'm already expecting higher prices. It was pretty sweet for me & the bottom bun was drenched in the honey so I ate it with only one bun. The pickles were good & the meat was tender but the hot honey sorta made it all taste odd for me. If you're into hot chicken sandwiches, maybe skip this one? The Nuttah Buttah was the best sundae I've ever had! I subbed the chocolate ice cream with vanilla and my goodness I couldn't stop eating it even if I wanted to. The hot fudge and Reese cup were nice additions and proportioned perfectly with the rest of the toppings. It's a typical food court set-up, where you order and pay first, and then wait for your number to be called to pick up your order. We ordered quite a few things for the four of us for dinner before a show, and it came in stages: soda being bottles that you pick up right away, burgers and fries being done in a few minutes, and the shake taking a while since it needed to be hand spun individually. Not sure how well the staff would do with any sort of volume, but because there weren't many people around, our food was ready in a reasonable time. Capon's classic ($13) - plain cheeseburger. They allowed us to put all the toppings on the side. Buffalo Billy ($15) - this was my sandwich, and it was disappointing for the price. The crispy chicken fillet was thick enough, but not very large so I ended up having more than half of the bun without meat. There wasn't much blue cheese dressing, and not sure what happened to any celery. Firebird ($14) - chicken sandwich Smokeshow ($16) - cheeseburger with caramelized onion bacon jam. All the sandwiches were served on a excellent potato bun, slightly toasted on both sides. The meat was of good quality, with the toppings (lettuce, tomato, pickles) were fresh and crisp. Crispy Waffle Fries ($6) - excellent. Can (almost) never go wrong with waffle fries. Onion Rings ($6) - real onion rings, big, and greasy. very good. Strawberry Shake ($8) - this was a great value, a large amount of strawberry ice cream, hand spun, and served perfectly with the right amount of thickness. I don't think it's ordered that much, since it took a while for the worker to make...way after the food had been delivered. Double Chocolate Shake ($8) - Coke Zero ($6) - steep for a 16oz bottle, considering how much the shake is. Kiddie Ice Cream Cone ($4) - soft serve, sized for a kid. Brother ordered it just to hit the 100 dollar mark on his dining credit. So summary: it's a fast food restaurant, employees looking like they could work at any other fast food joint, really good shakes, decent burgers, ok chicken sandwiches. OK place to eat if already in Fountainebleu, but not a reason to go there. read more

The food court is on the 2nd floor where you'll find Capons. I went with a classic burger as it comes. Took maybe 6 min for the order to come up. Overall, I found the burger to be very tasty. Seasoned well, cooked well. I will say, the 1 patty doesn't need 2 slices of cheese, that's a bit much. The sauce compliments the burger well and the bun held up fine.
